直链丁烯水合制仲丁醇动力学研究

在一个填充０．３－０．８ｍｍ粒度的强酸性阳离子交换树脂固定床反应器中，研究了直链丁烯水合为仲丁醇的反应动力学，反应条件为：温度１００－１５０℃，压力４．２ＭＰａ，烃进行料空速０．２－０．８ｈ＾－１，水进料空速１０ｈ＾－１。稀烃和水混合后以液态进入反应器中，由此得出了水合速率方程。     

Al—5Fe—2Ni合金析出相的Mossbauer谱

用Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱学和ＸＲＤ方法研究了快速凝固Ａｌ－５Ｆｅ－２Ｎｉ（原子百分数）合金的析出相，结果表明，析出相为三元化合物Ａｌ９ＦｅｘＮｉ２－ｘ（０〈ｘ〈２）属于单斜晶系，晶格参数ａ＝０．８５８ｎｍ，ｂ＝０．６３１ｎｍ，ｃ＝０．６２１ｎｍ，β＝９４．８，它的Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱为一套双线，同质异能移位ＩＳ＝０．１２ｍｍ．ｓ＾－１，四极分别ＱＳ＝０．３２ｍｍ．ｓ＾－１，线宽Г＝０．２６ｍｍ．ｓ＾     

金属膨胀式真空计量标准

介绍了新研制的金属膨胀式真空计量标准及其起努压力和体积比的测量方法，讨论了气体特性，温度变化格气体吸附等干扰效应，分析了标准装置的不确定度。该标准的校准范围为１０＾５－１０＾－４Ｐａ，校准电容薄膜规和磁悬浮转子规时不确定度为０．０１％－１．０％。     

V2O3系新型PTC热敏元件的实用研究

对Ｖ２Ｏ３系新型ＰＴＣ热敏元件进行实用性研究。结果表明，元件的性能指标达到：常温电阻率８．０×１０＾－４Ωｃｍ，升阻比３８０倍，电阻纱数６％／℃，额定电流密度１Ａ／ｍｍ＾２，响应时间０．５ｓ。该元件用作大电流过流保护元件。     

高性能PZNFTSI陶瓷热释电材料与小面积红外探测器的研制

本探讨了小面积红外热释电探测器的探测率与热释电材料性能参数之间的关系，制备了热释电系数高达５．１×１０＾－４Ｃ·ｍ＾－２℃＾－１的ＰＺＮＦＴＳＩ型陶瓷热释电材料，并用其制作了一系列φ０．３ｍｍ的小面积探测器，性能最高达５．９×１０＾８ｃｍＨｚ＾１／２Ｗ＾－１，远远超过同样尺寸的ＬｉＴａＯ３晶体探测器。探测率Ｄ＾＊的测量结果与理论预测值符合得较好，克服了晶体热释电材料在小面积应用时的局限，为进一步     

温轧态2618A铝合金高应速率超塑性的研究

对温轧态２６１８Ａ铝合金在不同度温（４７０－５５０℃）和应变速率为１０＾－＾３－１０ｓ＾０＾－＾１范围内的塑性进行了研究，确定了最佳超塑性变形规范：在５００－５３０℃温度范围内，应变速率为２．８×１０＾－＾１ｓ＾－＾１的条件，可获得大于２３０％。的延伸率，表明该合金具有高应变速率超塑性的特性。     

阳极真空弧及其特性研究

介绍阳极真空弧设备的现象。对弧等离子体特性，阳极的蒸发和起弧方式进行了实验研究。在２５Ａ弧电流下，电子温度０．４￣０．７ｅＶ，电子浓度１０＾１５￣１０＾１７ｍ＾－３，离子通量１０＾１８￣１０＾２０ｍ＾－２ｓ＾－１。     

用分光光度法测定氯化物镀锌溶液中的苄叉丙酮

报道了用分光光度法测定氯化物镀锌溶液中的苄叉丙酮，然后让其与浓硫酸作用生成一黄色化合物化合物，的最大吸收波长λｍａｘ＝３８２ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数ε３８２＝３．２１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。方法的线性范围为０－－０．２ｍｇ／２５ｍｌ，检测限量为０．０１ｍｇ／２５ｍｌ。具有方法简单，灵敏度高，干扰少的特点，用该法测定了氯化钾镀锌溶液中苄叉丙酮的含量。     

高纯锗γ谱仪活度测量标准装置

介绍高纯度γ谱仪活度测量标准装置的效率刻度、性能检验和对测量误差的详细分析。在在５９－１４０８ｋｅＶ能量范围为３．７＊１０＾３－３．７８１０＾５Ｂｑ活度范围内，本标准装置测量３０多种常用放射性核素活度的扩展不确定度为１．４％－５．０％。     

LS2p型标准传声器的声中心测量

介绍了ＬＳ２ｐ型标准传声器的声中心测量。测量装置的自由场偏差小于０．１ｄＢ，坐标测距系统准确度优于０．０５％，分辨力为０．０１ｍｍ。声中心测量结果与ＩＥＣ／ＣＤ１０９４－３，２９（ｓｅｃ）２７９标准草案提供的数据进行比较，在２～２０ｋＨｚ频率范围内两者的声中心位置相差±０．１ｍｍ，而在２５ｋＨｚ和３１．５ｋＨｚ两频率分别有５８ｍｍ和１０．０ｍｍ的差别

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

CNAS Passes APLAC's PTP Review

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

正Four new national standards on air pollutant emission control offi cially issued by the Ministry of Environment Protection(MEP)together with AQSIQ and SAC has been brought into force from July 1,2014.The Emission standard for air pollutants of coal-burning,oil-burning and gasfi red boilers,which is the strictest emission standard historically,will tackle the stubborn pollution problem of boilers and waste incineration in most of China’s regions.

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
