After the introduction of fuzzy sets by Zadeh, there have been a number of generalizations of this fundamental concept. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy sets introduced by Atanassov is one among them. In this paper, we apply the concept of an intuitionistic fuzzy set to Hv-modules. The notion of an intuitionistic fuzzy Hv-submodule of an Hv-module is introduced, and some related properties are investigated. Characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy Hv-submodules are given.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the stability of multiobjective nonlinear programming problems with fuzzy weights in the objective functions and fuzzy matrix parameters in the constraints and represent, in addition, the related dual problems for which the set of feasible parameters and the solvability set are studied. These fuzzy weights and fuzzy matrix parameters are characterized by fuzzy numbers. The existing results concerning the basic notions parametric space in convex programs are redefined and analyzed qualitatively under the concept of α-Pareto optimality. An illustrative example is given to clarify the obtained results.  相似文献

Recently, the sup-min convolution based on Zadeh’s extension principle has been used by Liu and Kao [Fuzzy measures for correlation coefficient of fuzzy numbers, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 128 (2002) 267-275], to calculate a fuzzy correlation coefficient. They used a mathematical programming approach to derive fuzzy measures based on the classical definition of the correlation coefficient. It is well known that TW (the weakest t-norm)-based addition and multiplication preserve the shape of L-R fuzzy numbers. In this paper, we consider the computational aspect of the TW-based extension principle when the principle is applied to a correlation coefficient of L-R fuzzy numbers. We give the exact solution of a fuzzy correlation coefficient without programming or the aid of computer resources.  相似文献

Since Quandt [The estimation of the parameters of a linear regression system obeying two separate regimes, Journal of the American Statistical Association 53 (1958) 873-880] initiated the research on 2-regressions analysis, switching regression had been widely studied and applied in psychology, economics, social science and music perception. In fuzzy clustering, the fuzzy c-means (FCM) is the most commonly used algorithm. Hathaway and Bezdek [Switching regression models and fuzzy clustering, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 1 (1993) 195-204] embedded FCM into switching regression where it was called fuzzy c-regressions (FCR). However, the FCR always depends heavily on initial values. In this paper, we propose a mountain c-regressions (MCR) method for solving the initial-value problem. First, we perform data transformation for the switching regression data set, and then implement the modified mountain clustering on the transformed data to extract c cluster centers. These extracted c cluster centers in the transformed space will correspond to c regression models in the original data set. The proposed MCR method can form well-estimated c regression models for switching regression data sets. According to the properties of transformation, the proposed MCR is also robust to noise and outliers. Several examples show the effectiveness and superiority of our proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a ring as a universal set and study (?T)-fuzzy rough approximation operators with respect to a TL-fuzzy ideal of a ring. First, some new properties of generalized (?T)-fuzzy rough approximation operators are obtained. Then, a new fuzzy algebraic structure - TL-fuzzy rough ideal is defined and its properties investigated. This study develops a concept of infinite fuzzy relation equations with a continuous t-norm. It extends the work by Xiong and Wang [Q.Q. Xiong, X.P. Wang, Some properties of sup-min fuzzy relational equations on infinite domains, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 151 (2005) 393-402]. We describe attainable (respectively, unattainable) solutions, which are closely related to minimal solutions to the equations. It is shown that a solution set comprises both attainable and unattainable solutions. The study offers a characterization of these solutions. Under some assumptions, the solution set is presented and discussed. Two applications are also given.  相似文献

Applying dither to highly nonlinear systems may suppress chaotic phenomena, but dynamic performance, such as convergence rate and disturbance attenuation, is usually not guaranteed. This paper presents a dithered H robust fuzzy control scheme to stabilize chaotic systems that ensures disturbance attenuation bounds. In the proposed scheme, Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy linear models are used to describe the relaxed models of the dithered chaotic system, and fuzzy controllers are designed based on an extension to the concept of parallel distributed compensation (PDC). Sufficient condition for the existence of the H robust fuzzy controllers is presented in terms of a novel linear matrix inequalities (LMI) form which takes full consideration of modeling error and disturbances, but cannot be solved by the standard procedures. In order to solve the LMI problem and to identify the chaotic systems as T-S fuzzy modes, we propose a compound optimization strategy called the island-based random-walk algorithm (IRA). The algorithm is composed of a set of communicating random-walk optimization procedures concatenated with the down-hill simplex method. The design procedure and validity of the proposed scheme is demonstrated via numerical simulation of the dithered fuzzy control of a chaotic system.  相似文献

In this paper, the problems of fuzzy binary relations on fuzzy n-cell number space and their applications are investigated. Firstly, we have defined some fuzzy approximation relations on fuzzy n-cell number space, and studied their properties. Secondly, as application, we have developed an algorithmic version of classification in an imprecise or uncertain environment by using the fuzzy approximation relations. This paper is devoted to study the initial fuzzy T-proximity structures of the fuzzy T-proximity spaces defined by Hashem and Morsi in 2002, where T stands for any continuous triangular norm. In this paper, we show that all initial and final lifts in the category T-FPS of these fuzzy T-proximity spaces exist and hence the initial and final fuzzy T-proximity structures exist. We introduce a characterization for the initial fuzzy T-proximity structures, so as a special initial fuzzy T-proximity spaces, the subspaces and product spaces of these fuzzy T-proximity spaces can also be characterized. We also show that the fuzzy topology associated to the initial fuzzy T-proximity structure of a family of fuzzy T-proximity spaces, coincides with the initial fuzzy topology of the family of fuzzy topologies associated to these fuzzy T-proximity spaces.  相似文献

The problems of relaxed quadratic stability conditions, fuzzy observer designs and H controller designs for T-S fuzzy systems have been studied. First new stability conditions are obtained by relaxing the stability conditions derived in previous papers. Secondly, new fuzzy observers based on the relaxed stability conditions for the T-S fuzzy systems have been proposed. Thirdly two sufficient LMI conditions, which guarantee the existence of the H controllers based on fuzzy observers for the T-S fuzzy systems have been proposed. The conditions are not only simple, but also consider the interactions among the fuzzy subsystems. Finally by some examples, using the LMI technique, we show that the regulators, the fuzzy observers and the H controller designs based on new observers for the T-S fuzzy systems are very practical and efficient.  相似文献

The theory of rough set, proposed by Pawlak and the theory of fuzzy set, proposed by Zadeh are complementary generalizations of classical set theory. Many sets are naturally endowed with two binary operations: addition and multiplication. One concept which does this is a ring. This paper concerns a relationship between rough sets, fuzzy sets and ring theory. It is a continuation of ideas presented by Kuroki and Wang [N. Kuroki, P.P. Wang, The lower and upper approximations in a fuzzy group, Inform. Sci. 90 (1996) 203-220]. We consider a ring as a universal set and we assume that the knowledge about objects is restricted by a fuzzy ideal. In fact, we apply the notion of fuzzy ideal of a ring for definitions of the lower and upper approximations in a ring. Some characterizations of the above approximations are made and some examples are presented.  相似文献

This work concerns the tracking problem of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) continuous fuzzy model with external disturbances. The objective is to get a model reference based output feedback tracking control law. The control scheme is based on a PDC structure, a fuzzy observer and a H performance to attenuate the external disturbances. The stability of the whole closed-loop model is investigated using the well-known quadratic Lyapunov function. The key point of the proposed approaches is to achieve conditions under a LMI (linear matrix inequalities) formulation in the case of an uncertain and disturbed T-S fuzzy model. This formulation facilitates obtaining solutions through interior point optimization methods for some nonlinear output tracking control problems. Finally, a simulation is provided on the well-known inverted pendulum testbed to show the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

A new cluster validity index is proposed that determines the optimal partition and optimal number of clusters for fuzzy partitions obtained from the fuzzy c-means algorithm. The proposed validity index exploits an overlap measure and a separation measure between clusters. The overlap measure, which indicates the degree of overlap between fuzzy clusters, is obtained by computing an inter-cluster overlap. The separation measure, which indicates the isolation distance between fuzzy clusters, is obtained by computing a distance between fuzzy clusters. A good fuzzy partition is expected to have a low degree of overlap and a larger separation distance. Testing of the proposed index and nine previously formulated indexes on well-known data sets showed the superior effectiveness and reliability of the proposed index in comparison to other indexes.  相似文献

The notion of a fuzzy set stems from considering sets where, in the words of Zadeh, the “transition from non-membership to membership is gradual rather than abrupt”. This paper introduces a new concept in fuzzy set theory, that of a gradual element. It embodies the idea of fuzziness only, thus contributing to the distinction between fuzziness and imprecision. A gradual element is to an element of a set what a fuzzy set is to a set. A gradual element is as precise as an element, but the former is flexible while the latter is fixed. The gradual nature of an element may express the idea that the choice of this element depends on a parameter expressing some relevance or describing some concept. Applications of this notion to fuzzy cardinality, fuzzy interval analysis, fuzzy optimization, and defuzzification principles are outlined.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a generalization of group, hypergroup and n-ary group. Firstly, we define interval-valued fuzzy (anti fuzzy) n-ary sub-hypergroup with respect to a t-norm T (t-conorm S). We give a necessary and sufficient condition for, an interval-valued fuzzy subset to be an interval-valued fuzzy (anti fuzzy) n-ary sub-hypergroup with respect to a t-norm T (t-conorm S). Secondly, using the notion of image (anti image) and inverse image of a homomorphism, some new properties of interval-valued fuzzy (anti fuzzy) n-ary sub-hypergroup are obtained with respect to infinitely -distributive t-norms T (-distributive t-conorms S). Also, we obtain some results of T-product (S-product) of the interval-valued fuzzy subsets for infinitely -distributive t-norms T (-distributive t-conorms S). Lastly, we investigate some properties of interval-valued fuzzy subsets of the fundamental n-ary group with infinitely -distributive t-norms T (-distributive t-conorms S).  相似文献

The usual arithmetic operations on real numbers can be extended to arithmetical operations on fuzzy intervals by means of Zadeh’s extension principle based on a t-norm T. A t-norm is called consistent with respect to a class of fuzzy intervals for some arithmetic operation, if this arithmetic operation is closed for this class. It is important to know which t-norms are consistent with particular types of fuzzy intervals. Recently, Dombi and Gy?rbíró [J. Dombi, N. Gy?rbíró, Additions of sigmoid-shaped fuzzy intervals using the Dombi operator and infinite sum theorems, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 157 (2006) 952-963] proved that addition is closed if the Dombi t-norm is used with sigmoid-shaped fuzzy intervals. In this paper, we define a broader class of sigmoid-shaped fuzzy intervals. Then, we study t-norms that are consistent with these particular types of fuzzy intervals. Dombi and Gy?rbíró’s results are special cases of the results described in this paper.  相似文献

Credit-risk evaluation is a very challenging and important problem in the domain of financial analysis. Many classification methods have been proposed in the literature to tackle this problem. Statistical and neural network based approaches are among the most popular paradigms. However, most of these methods produce so-called “hard” classifiers, those generate decisions without any accompanying confidence measure. In contrast, “soft” classifiers, such as those designed using fuzzy set theoretic approach; produce a measure of support for the decision (and also alternative decisions) that provides the analyst with greater insight. In this paper, we propose a method of building credit-scoring models using fuzzy rule based classifiers. First, the rule base is learned from the training data using a SOM based method. Then the fuzzy k-nn rule is incorporated with it to design a contextual classifier that integrates the context information from the training set for more robust and qualitatively better classification. Further, a method of seamlessly integrating business constraints into the model is also demonstrated.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of H filtering for continuous Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with an interval time-varying delay in the state. Based on the delay partitioning idea, a new approach is proposed for solving this problem, which can achieve much less conservative feasibility conditions. The attention is focused on the design of an H filter via the parallel distributed compensation scheme such that the filter error system is asymptotically stable and the H attenuation level from disturbance to estimation error is below a prescribed scalar. The constructed Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, by applying the delay partitioning method, can potentially guarantee the obtained delay-dependent conditions to be less conservative than those in the literature. The obtained results are formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be readily solved via standard numerical software. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the reduction in conservatism of the proposed filter design method.  相似文献
