Three new voltage-mode universal biquadratic filters configuration are proposed. The first proposed high-input impedance universal filter with single input and five outputs, which can simultaneously realize voltage-mode lowpass (LP), bandpass (BP), highpass (HP), bandstop (BS) and allpass (AP) filter responses employing all grounded passive components. The second proposed high-input impedance universal filter with three input and single output, which also can realize all the standard filter functions without requiring any inverting input voltage signal. The third proposed universal filter with three inputs and five outputs, which can be used as either a three-input single-output or a two-input five-output universal filter. Moreover, each of the proposed circuits still enjoys (i) the employment of only grounded capacitors, and (ii) no requirement with the component choice conditions to realize specific filtering functions.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel current-mode biquadratic filter with three inputs and a single output. The proposed circuit employs five modified current follower transconductance amplifiers (MCFTAs) and only two grounded capacitors. It can realize all five biquadratic filter functions namely: low-pass (LP), band-pass (BP), high-pass (HP), band-stop (BS) and all-pass (AP) at the output terminal by selecting different input current signals, without requiring any parameter-matching conditions or additional circuits. The filter has an orthogonal electronic adjustment of the natural angular frequency ω0 and the quality factor Q, and it has very low element sensitivities of ω0 and Q. Moreover, the proposed filter has the feature of high output impedance and low input impedance, and the use of only grounded capacitors makes it convenient for integrated circuit implementation. The performances of the proposed circuit are illustrated by PSPICE simulations, and the results are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.  相似文献

Two universal current-mode integrator-based OTA-C filter structures are presented. General explicit design formulas are derived. The filter architectures proposed are constructed using a canonical FLF configuration with an input distribution or output summation network. They are comprehensive in function. By setting any particular input distributing or output summing weights (transconductances), we can realise arbitrary approximation characteristics. It is also straightforward to obtain universal filter architectures and the corresponding design formulae of any particular order. A novel wideband bandpass filter (BPF) using a cross-shaped microstrip multiple-mode resonator (MMR) is presented in the letter. The MMR is composed of a section of open-ended microstrip-line and a pair of short-ended stubs. Its three resonant modes are used to construct the passband of the proposed BPF. And two coplanar waveguides are used as the input/output transmission-lines to improve the coupling between the MMR and input/output transmission-lines. The filter has been investigated numerically and experimentally. Both simulated and measured results show that the filter has a good performance, including controllable bandwidth from 66% to 114%, low insertion loss (lower than 0.78 dB), and a small group delay variation.  相似文献

A new high input impedance voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter with three input terminals and six output terminals is presented. The proposed circuit uses three plus-type differential difference current conveyors (DDCCs), three resistors, and two grounded capacitors. The proposed circuit can realize all the standard filter functions, namely, lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch, and allpass, simultaneously, without component matching conditions. The proposed circuit still offers the features of high input impedance, using only grounded capacitors, and orthogonal controllability of resonance angular frequency and quality factor.  相似文献

In orthogonal frequency division multiplexing/offset quadrature amplitude modulation (OFDM/OQAM) systems, the relationship between the input of the synthesis filter bank (SFB) and the output of the analysis filter bank (AFB) is much more complicated than OFDM due to its special prototype filter. By analyzing the trans-multiplexer response characteristics, an equivalent trans-multiplexer matrix is proposed to describe the relationship between the input and the output. With the equivalent matrix, the output can be easily computed using matrix multiplication with the input. Moreover, with the inverse of the equivalent trans-multiplexer matrix, imaginary interference can be eliminated using the precoding method. The simulation results show the correctness of the equivalent trans-multiplexer matrix.  相似文献

A current-mode first-order allpass filter configuration is proposed. The presented circuit uses a single current operational amplifier (COA), a resistor and a capacitor, which are of minimum number. High output impedance of the proposed filter enables the circuit to be cascaded without additional buffers. The proposed circuit is insensitive to parasitic input capacitances and input resistances due to internally grounded input terminals of COA. It does not impose any component matching constraint in analog signal processing circuits. Non-ideal effects of COA to the first-order allpass network are also investigated. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed filter a new current-mode quadrature oscillator is given as an application example. The theoretical results are verified with PSPICE simulations using a new realization of fully differential CMOS COA.  相似文献

指数滤波器是一类新构造出来的输出信噪比和目标时延分辨力随指数变化的滤波器,该滤波器在损失一定输出信噪比的前提下可以有效提高目标时延分辨力,从而提高目标时延估计精度,但仅采用单个指数滤波器仍存在输出信噪比和目标时延分辨力均达不到实际需求的情况。在乘积型高阶模糊函数乘积运算的启发下,在指数滤波器的基础上提出了一种新的乘积型指数滤波器,并分析了该乘积型指数滤波器的输出信噪比及目标时延分辨力等性能。仿真实验表明,所提的乘积型指数滤波器在低信噪比情况下可以更有效提高多目标时延估计精度,且算法简单易于实现,适用于背景复杂的多目标参数估计任务。  相似文献

Unity power factor zero-voltage-switched (ZVS) AC-to-DC power converters with an active filter are proposed. The line voltage is supplied to AC-to-DC power converters through a rectifier circuit with an input filter, to reduce high-frequency ripple components. The line current is almost synchronized to the line voltage, due to the low impedance of the input filter. Forward ZVS multiresonant power converters (ZVS-MRCs) are utilized for high-frequency operation and lossless switching. An active filter is introduced to minimize the twice line-frequency ripple component of the output voltage without large-size passive filters. We propose a novel circuit for noise rejection, which is composed mainly of a linear amplifier, a nonlinear amplifier, and a filter. The input signal is applied to a linear amplifier, a bandpass limiter, and an envelope detector followed by a low-pass filter. The output of the lowpass filter is multiplied by the output of the bandpass limiter. The difference between the output of the multiplier and linear amplifier is the output of the proposed circuit. It is then indicated that the proposed circuit rejects noise, of which amplitude is narrow-band relative to the desired signal or noise phase.  相似文献

This paper brings a multi input single output third order universal filter using second generation current controlled current conveyor (CCCII). The proposed structure consists of three CCCIIs and three capacitors for all filter responses. The universal filter offers all five sections of filter responses, namely: low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch filter and all-pass. The topology can provide all filter responses by the proper selection of input. The proposed universal filter offers some important features like no external resistor, minimum number of CCCIIs, no component matching constraint for filter response, electronically adjustable filter response using bias current of CCCIIs and many more. The workability of the proposed structure is well verified with PSPICE in which simulation results follow the theoretical one.  相似文献

A novel multimode bandpass filter with high and wide rejection band is proposed by using an open stub. The open-stub has two functions in the filter: (1) perturbation for the multimode operation and (2) zero point generation at the stopband for the stopband control. With proper input/output coupling, additional two poles, i.e., four poles, can be generated for the proposed filter structure. The design is then verified by experiment. The single structure four-mode filter has low insertion loss, good stopband performance, and compact size and linear phase.  相似文献

In this study, a three-input single-output voltage-mode biquadratic filter employing voltage differencing differential input buffered amplifier (VD-DIBA) is presented. The proposed filter uses two VD-DIBAs and two grounded capacitors without any external resistors, which is well suited for integrated circuit implementation. The circuit provides five standard transfer functions, namely, low pass, high pass, band pass, notch and all pass filters with electronic control of quality factor and pole frequency. Each transfer function can be selected by suitably selecting input signals via digital method. The filter does not require inverting of the input voltage signal. Moreover, the circuit possesses high input and low output impedances and thus it enables simple voltage-mode cascading. The PSPICE simulation and also experimental results are included, verifying the workability of the proposed filter. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.  相似文献

基于非线性极化旋转(NPR)的阈值方案具有阈值功率点低、对色散不敏感等特点,但由于本身结构原因,其输出功率与输入功率成正弦关系,导致阈值性能不稳定。为了改善基于NPR阈值方案的性能,本文提出并实验研究了在输出端加可调带通滤波器(TBPF)的改进方案。改进后的阈值方案稳定了阈值输出功率,提高了阈值性能。同时,改进方案中采用的TBPF能够实现阈值功率传输曲线的调节,可适应不同系统的需求,改变了以往阈值器件因物理结构一旦确定而阈值性能不改变的缺陷。  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel three-phase ac-dc buck-boost converter. The proposed converter uses four active switches, which are driven by only one control signal. This converter is operated in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) by using the pulsewidth modulation (PWM) technique, and the control scheme very easily and simply achieves purely sinusoidal input current, high power factor, low total harmonic distortion of the input current and step-up/down output voltage. Also, the proposed converter provides a constant average current to the output capacitor and load in each switching period. Thus, the ripple component of sixth times line frequency will not appear in the output voltage. Therefore, a smaller output capacitor can be used in the proposed converter. Moreover, the steady-state analysis of voltage gain and boundary operating condition are presented. Also, the selections of inductor, output capacitor and input filter are depicted. Finally, a prototype circuit with simple control logic is implemented to illustrate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This article presents a new current mode single-input-multiple-output nth order universal filter. The proposed circuit employs (n + 1) number multiple output second generation current conveyors and n number grounded capacitors only. Presented circuits can realize current mode low pass, high pass, band pass, notch and all pass responses simultaneously at different high output impedance terminals. The current mode filter circuit provides low input impedance by selecting the proper value of bias current and also has high output impedance, which is suitable for cascading. The circuit offers some important features such as resistor less realization, no passive component matching constraints, low sensitivity, electronic tunability and active-C realization. The functionality of the proposed filter circuit is tested with the PSPICE simulation, which is found to agree well with the proposed theory.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel design for realizing a voltage-mode (VM) all-pass filter utilizing two differential voltage current conveyors (DVCCs) is proposed. Also, the suggested filter uses a canonical number of passive elements (one grounded capacitor and one resistor) without requiring any element matching condition. The proposed filter has high input and low output impedances, which make it suitable for cascading. The effects of the nonidealities of the DVCCs on the proposed design are investigated. As an application, a quadrature oscillator is designed using the proposed VM all-pass filter and an integrator. In this paper, a multiple-input single-output (MISO) voltage-mode bi-quad active filter using voltage differencing voltage transconductance amplifier (VDVTA) is designed and analysed. The filter can realize several functions such as low-pass (LP), high-pass (HP), band-pass (BP), band-reject (BR) and all-pass (AP). The proposed configuration employs three input voltages and generates a single output voltage. The filter characteristics, i.e., pole frequency (ωp) and quality factor (Q) are electronically tunable through the bias current of the VDVTA. The filter performance is analysed through sensitivity analysis in presence of parasitics as well as process, voltage and temperature fluctuations. The proposed design is implemented in a 45-nm CMOS technology and simulated using Virtuoso Analog Design Environment of Cadence.  相似文献

This paper introduces a novel nonlinear filtering structure: the linear combination of weighted medians (LCWM). The proposed filtering scheme is modeled on the structure and design procedure of the linear-phase FIR highpass (HP) filter in that the linear-phase FIR HP filter can be obtained by changing the sign of the filter coefficients of the FIR lowpass (LP) filter in the odd positions. The HP filter can be represented as the difference between two LP subfilters that have all positive coefficients. This representation of the FIR HP filter is analogous to the difference of estimates (DoE) such as the difference of medians (DoM). The DoM is essentially a nonlinear HP filter that is commonly used in edge detection. Based on this observation, we introduce a class of LCWM filters whose output is given by a linear combination of weighted medians of the input sequence. We propose a method of designing the 1-D and 2-D LCWM filters satisfying required frequency specifications. The proposed method adopts a transformation from the FIR filter to the LCWM filter. We show that the proposed LCWM filter can offer various frequency filtering characteristics including “LP,” “bandpass (BP),” and “HP” responses  相似文献
