文章主要对三类生物质发电技术进行了分析比较.生物质混烧发电技术在已有燃煤电站的基础上将生物质与煤混烧发电,投资成本是三类技术中最少的,但可能降低原燃煤电站效率.由于低热值燃气轮机技术尚未成熟,因此生物质气化发电技术仅适用于10MW以下中小规模发电系统,气化-余热发电系统效率较高,特别适用于5-6MW的发电系统.生物质直接燃烧发电技术比较成熟,但在小规模发电系统中蒸汽参数难以提高,只有在大规模利用时才具有较好的经济性,比较适合于10MW以上的发电系统. 相似文献

The People's Republic of China foresees a target of 30 GW for installed wind power capacity by 2010 (2008: 12 GW). This paper reports on the technical and economic potentials of wind power, the recent development, existing obstacles, and related policies in China. The barriers to further commercialization of the wind power market are important and may deter the 100 GW capacity target of the Chinese government by 2020. The paper concludes that the diffusion of wind power in China is an important element for not only reducing global greenhouse gas emissions, but also for worldwide progress of wind power technology and needed economies of scale. 相似文献

As the UK strives to increase its level of renewables based power generation, the contribution that biomass makes and could make in the future is examined. The role of power generation from biomass in reducing greenhouse gas emissions is evaluated, alongside an evaluation of the wider environmental, social and economic impacts of increasing the level of bioenergy in the UK. The use of biomass cook stoves is widespread in the rural communities of developing countries. It is important to improve the efficiency of these stoves in order to reduce the global warming contribution. An improved biomass fired stove has been developed in our laboratory and a prototype has been built. This paper constructs panel data from an 11-year data set on all 47 prefectures of Japan, covering the period 1996–2006 . We use this data set to analyze the factors affecting photovoltaic (PV) system diffusion. Our empirical results show that the regional government policy clearly helps to promote PV system adoption. It is also found that installation costs have a significant negative effect on PV system adoption, whereas housing investment and environmental awareness among residents have a positive effect. We believe that this finding has a significant implication for further PV system diffusion because it suggests the importance of regional diffusion policies reflecting the environmental awareness of regional residents. 相似文献

This study assesses the impacts of promoting, through auctions, centralized solar power generation (concentrated solar power – CSP, and photovoltaic solar panels – PV) on the Brazilian power system. Four types of CSP plants with parabolic troughs were simulated at two sites, Bom Jesus da Lapa and Campo Grande, and PV plants were simulated at two other sites, Recife and Rio de Janeiro. The main parameters obtained for each plant were expanded to other suitable sites in the country (totaling 17.2 GW in 2040), as inputs in an optimization model for evaluating the impacts of the introduction of centralized solar power on the expansion of the electricity grid up to 2040. This scenario would be about USD$ 185 billion more expensive than a business as usual scenario, where expansion solely relies on least-cost options. Hence, for the country to incentivize the expansion of centralized solar power, specific auctions for solar energy should be adopted, as well as complementary policies to promote investments in R&D and the use of hybrid systems based on solar and fuels in CSP plants. 相似文献
