合成了糠醛双Schiff碱N,N′-双(2-呋喃甲醛亚胺基乙基)-2,6-吡啶二甲酰胺及其铜配合物,通过波谱分析对其结构进行了表征,测定了Schiff碱及其铜配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抗菌活性和最低抑菌浓度。结果表明,Schiff碱及其铜配合物均有一定的抗菌活性,且Schiff碱铜配合物的抗菌活性更好,两者最低抑菌浓度均在0.5~1.0 g.L-1之间。  相似文献

采用热乙醇溶液为溶剂,合成了一种酰腙类Schiff碱-2-乙酰基吡啶缩异烟酰腙,并制备其Ce(III)和Nd(III)两种稀土配合物。结果表明,该法合成的Schiff碱配合物具有较高的热稳定性,当在2-乙酰基吡啶缩异烟酰腙的溶液中加入氯化铝之后,则呈现很强的紫色荧光,可以作为潜在的发光材料。  相似文献

以2-氨基-5-氯吡啶、水杨醛为原料在室温条件下进行研磨,合成了2-氨基-5-氯吡啶水杨醛Schiff碱(HL=C12H9ClON2),然后加入过渡金属盐氯化镍(氯化钴、醋酸铜)继续研磨制得2-氨基-5-氯吡啶水杨醛Schiff碱金属配合物,用元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR、荧光光谱、电导率等手段对配合物的结构进行了表征,确定了配合物的组成分别为NiL2、CoL2、CuL2。  相似文献

以H2O2为氧源,研究了歧化松香胺Schiff碱-铜配合物催化枞酸、环己烯、异戊二烯的氧化反应,通过分析反应产物的GC-MS谱图,评价氧化反应的结果以及产率.结果表明,歧化松香胺Schiff碱-铜配合物可以较好地催化枞酸、环己烯、异戊二烯的氧化反应.  相似文献

以2-羟基-1-萘醛和乙二胺为原料,乙醇为溶剂,加热回流制备2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱配体,然后分别与铟(Ⅲ)、钍(Ⅳ)的盐反应,生成相应的配合物,并对2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性进行探究。结果表明,配合物对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较配体更强。  相似文献

文章首先合成了水杨醛双SchiffN,N’-双(2-水杨醛亚胺基乙基)-2,6-吡啶二甲酰胺(Iia),并以它为配体合成了铜配合物,通过波谱分析对其结构进行了表征。并采用固体培养基抑菌圈法和液体培养基比浊法对了Schiff碱及其铜配合物进行抗菌活性的测定。结果表明,水杨醛双Schiff碱及其铜配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抗菌活性,并且水杨醛双Schiff碱铜配合物的抗菌活性比水杨醛双Schiff碱的抗菌活性强。  相似文献

Schiff bases are versatile compounds synthesized from the condensation of primary amino compounds with aldehydes or ketones. The high thermal of many Schiff base and their complexes were useful attributes for their application as catalysts in reactions involving at high temperatures. This thermal behavior of Schiff bases and their complexes was evaluated by TGA/DTG and DTA curves with mass losses related to dehydration and decomposition. This review summarizes the developments in the last decade for thermal analysis of Schiff bases. Therefore, synthesis of Schiff bases and their complexes are reviewed.  相似文献

Benzoquinone, diphenoquinones and its derivatives are important intermediates for industrial synthesis of a wide variety of special chemicals, such as pharmaceuticals, dyes and agricultural chemicals. The useful catalyst were obtained by aminolysis of vinylbenzyl chloride/divinylbenzene copolymer with ethylenediamine (1) or urotropine (2) and then modification by salicylaldehyde (1A, 2A) or picolinaldehyde (1B, 2B). The catalytic activity of Cu(II) complexes with Schiff base immobilized on the synthesized supports were tested in the oxidation reaction of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol (DTBP) to diphenoquinone (PQ) with tert-butylhydroperoxide. The best oxidation degree of DTBP (60-70%) and the selectivity towards PQ (80%) is revealed by Cu(II) complexes with long Schiff base ligands derived from salicylaldimine (1A), which have CuL structure (EPR measurement).  相似文献

In this study, three novel poly(styrene) attached Schiff bases (AMP–SB) were synthesized from condensation reaction of (aminomethyl)polystyrene with 2-hydroxy-5-bromobenzaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-5-chlorobenzaldehyde for uptake from solutions containing Mn(II) and Ni(II) ions and as antimicrobial agent against Micrococcus luteus. Furthermore coordination polymers were synthesized including Mn(II) and Ni(II) ions for understand to geometric structure of uptake ions. Polymers attached Schiff bases and coordination polymers were characterized by means of elemental analyses, magnetic measurements, FTIR, UV-GB, TG/DTA and 1H-NMR. The Ni(II) and Mn(II) contents in the metal-containing polymer complexes were determined by the ICP-MS technique. Antibacterial activities of the polymers attached Schiff bases and their complexes were studied by the well-diffusion method against M. luteus (ATCC-9341).  相似文献

Acylhydrazine derived furanyl and thienyl Schiff bases and their Cu(II) complexes have been prepared and characterized on the basis of their physical, spectral and analytical data. The preferred enolic form of the Schiff base function as a tetradentate ligand during coordination to the metal ion yielding a square planar complex. Two bidentate NS ligands were synthesized by the condensation reaction of S-2-methylbenzyldithiocarbazate (S2MBDTC) with 2-methoxybenzaldehyde (2MB) and 3-methoxybenzaldehyde (3MB). The ligands were reacted separately with acetates of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) yielding 1:2 (metal:ligand) complexes. The metal complexes formed were expected to have a general formula of [M(NS)2] where M = Cu2+, Ni2+, and Zn2+. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility and various spectroscopic techniques. The magnetic susceptibility measurements and spectral results supported the predicted coordination geometry in which the Schiff bases behaved as bidentate NS donor ligands coordinating via the azomethine nitrogen and thiolate sulfur. The molecular structures of the isomeric S2M2MBH (1) and S2M3MBH (2) were established by X-ray crystallography to have very similar l-shaped structures. The Schiff bases and their metal complexes were evaluated for their biological activities against estrogen receptor-positive (MCF-7) and estrogen receptor-negative (MDA-MB-231) breast cancer cell lines. Only the Cu(II) complexes showed marked cytotoxicity against the cancer cell lines. Both Schiff bases and other metal complexes were found to be inactive. In concordance with the cytotoxicity studies, the DNA binding studies indicated that Cu(II) complexes have a strong DNA binding affinity.  相似文献

Some acylhydrazine derived ONO donor Schiff bases and their Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes have been prepared having the same metal ion (cation) but different anions. These synthesized metal(II) complexes have been characterized on the basis of their elemental analyses, magnetic moment, molar conductance, and IR and electronic spectral data. All of the Schiff base ligands function as tridentates and the deprotonated enolic form is preferred for coordination. In order to evaluate the effect of anions on the bactericidal activity, these synthesized complexes, in comparison to the uncomplexed Schiff bases have been screened against bacterial species., Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the results are reported.  相似文献
