以2-氨基-5-氯吡啶、水杨醛为原料在室温条件下进行研磨,合成了2-氨基-5-氯吡啶水杨醛Schiff碱(HL=C12H9ClON2),然后加入过渡金属盐氯化镍(氯化钴、醋酸铜)继续研磨制得2-氨基-5-氯吡啶水杨醛Schiff碱金属配合物,用元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR、荧光光谱、电导率等手段对配合物的结构进行了表征,确定了配合物的组成分别为NiL2、CoL2、CuL2。 相似文献

以2-羟基-1-萘醛和乙二胺为原料,乙醇为溶剂,加热回流制备2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱配体,然后分别与铟(Ⅲ)、钍(Ⅳ)的盐反应,生成相应的配合物,并对2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性进行探究。结果表明,配合物对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较配体更强。 相似文献

Schiff bases are versatile compounds synthesized from the condensation of primary amino compounds with aldehydes or ketones. The high thermal of many Schiff base and their complexes were useful attributes for their application as catalysts in reactions involving at high temperatures. This thermal behavior of Schiff bases and their complexes was evaluated by TGA/DTG and DTA curves with mass losses related to dehydration and decomposition. Benzoquinone, diphenoquinones and its derivatives are important intermediates for industrial synthesis of a wide variety of
special chemicals, such as pharmaceuticals, dyes and agricultural chemicals. The useful catalyst were obtained by aminolysis
of vinylbenzyl chloride/divinylbenzene copolymer with ethylenediamine (1) or urotropine (2) and then modification by salicylaldehyde
(1A, 2A) or picolinaldehyde (1B, 2B). The catalytic activity of Cu(II) complexes with Schiff base immobilized on the synthesized
supports were tested in the oxidation reaction of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol (DTBP) to diphenoquinone (PQ) with tert-butylhydroperoxide. The best oxidation degree of DTBP (60-70%) and the selectivity towards PQ (80%) is revealed by Cu(II)

In this study, three novel poly(styrene) attached Schiff bases (AMP–SB) were synthesized from condensation reaction of (aminomethyl)polystyrene with 2-hydroxy-5-bromobenzaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-5-chlorobenzaldehyde for uptake from solutions containing Mn(II) and Ni(II) ions and as antimicrobial agent against Micrococcus luteus. Furthermore coordination polymers were synthesized including Mn(II) and Ni(II) ions for understand to geometric structure of uptake ions. Polymers attached Schiff bases and coordination polymers were characterized by means of elemental analyses, magnetic measurements, FTIR, UV-GB, TG/DTA and 1H-NMR. The Ni(II) and Mn(II) contents in the metal-containing polymer complexes were determined by the ICP-MS technique. Antibacterial activities of the polymers attached Schiff bases and their complexes were studied by the well-diffusion method against M. luteus (ATCC-9341). 相似文献

Two bidentate NS ligands were synthesized by the condensation reaction of S-2-methylbenzyldithiocarbazate (S2MBDTC) with 2-methoxybenzaldehyde (2MB) and 3-methoxybenzaldehyde (3MB). The ligands were reacted separately with acetates of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) yielding 1:2 (metal:ligand) complexes. The metal complexes formed were expected to have a general formula of [M(NS)2] where M = Cu2+, Ni2+, and Zn2+. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility and various spectroscopic techniques. The magnetic susceptibility measurements and spectral results supported the predicted coordination geometry in which the Schiff bases behaved as bidentate NS donor ligands coordinating via the azomethine nitrogen and thiolate sulfur. The molecular structures of the isomeric S2M2MBH (1) and S2M3MBH (2) were established by X-ray crystallography to have very similar l-shaped structures. The Schiff bases and their metal complexes were evaluated for their biological activities against estrogen receptor-positive (MCF-7) and estrogen receptor-negative (MDA-MB-231) breast cancer cell lines. Only the Cu(II) complexes showed marked cytotoxicity against the cancer cell lines. Both Schiff bases and other metal complexes were found to be inactive. In concordance with the cytotoxicity studies, the DNA binding studies indicated that Cu(II) complexes have a strong DNA binding affinity. 相似文献

Some acylhydrazine derived ONO donor Schiff bases and their Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes have been prepared having the same metal ion (cation) but different anions. These synthesized metal(II) complexes have been characterized on the basis of their elemental analyses, magnetic moment, molar conductance, and IR and electronic spectral data. All of the Schiff base ligands function as tridentates and the deprotonated enolic form is preferred for coordination. In order to evaluate the effect of anions on the bactericidal activity, these synthesized complexes, in comparison to the uncomplexed Schiff bases have been screened against bacterial species., Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the results are reported. 相似文献
