Cerium oxide-based nanozymes have recently drawn much attention in the field of biomedical and antioxidant applications,because of their unique regenerative or autocatalytic properties.Herein,we studied the biomimetic superoxide dismutase(SOD) nanozymes CeO_2-Gd that combines the fluorescence properties of rare earth Gd with the antioxidant properties of CeO_2 nanoparticles,which was prepared via facile route.The structure and composition of the CeO_2-Gd were measured and verified by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energydispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),and X-ray electron spectroscopy(XPS).Confocal microscopy was used to image cells.Antioxidant performance and cell viability of these nanozymes were measured in vitro using BGC-803 cell.CeO_2-Gd nanozymes with a higher Ce~(3+)/Ce~(4+) ratio show higher superoxide dismutase(SOD) mimetic activity.Their antioxidant activity and fluorescence properties of CeO_2-Gd in BGC-803 cancer cells are enhanced by oxygen vacancies generated by doping rare-earth elements Gd.This work may guide the future design of CeO~2-Gd-based biomimetic nanozymes for anticancer and antioxidant applications. 相似文献

A series of La_2O_3-promoted Li-Mn/WO_3/TiO_2 catalysts were prepared by varying the concentration of La_2O_3 promoter.The effect of La_2O_3 promoter on its properties and catalytic performance for OCM was characterized with XRD,FT-IR,O_2-TPD,Raman,CO_2-TPD,H_2-TPR,XPS and CH_4-TPSR,The results show that all the La_2O_3-promoted Li-Mn/WO_3/TiO_2 catalysts possess a larger amount of strong basic sites and more abundant chemisorbed oxygen species in comparison with Li-Mn/WO_3/TiO_2,which is beneficial to OCM reaction.Furthermore,La_2O_3 promoter can enhance the mobility of the oxygen species and the Mn species redox ability,which can also be favorable for the improvement of the catalytic performance for OCM,Due to the optimal synergistic interaction of these factors,5 wt%La_2O_3-Li-Mn/WO_3/TiO_2 exhibits the best performance among all the catalysts,on which the highest C_2 yield of 19.2% is achieved at 750℃. 相似文献

CeO2/g-C3N4 photocatalysts have attracted tremendous attention in the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants. The design and construction of highly active CeO2/g-C3N4 photocatalysts without harsh conditions are still challenging. Herein, highly dispersed CeO2–x nanoparticles with rich oxygen vacancies were successfully precipitated on the surface of g-C3N4 under mild conditions. The fabricated CeO2–x/g-C3N4 exhibits remarkable activity and stability for photocatalytic degradation of MO pollutant. The optimal rate constant of MO degradation over CeO2–x/g-C3N4 is about 0.031 min?1, which is three times higher than that of g-C3N4. A negligible activity decrease is observed after three cycling runs. The enhanced catalytic performance can be ascribed to the excellent dispersion of CeO2–x with rich oxygen vacancies that benefit O2 adsorption and visible light absorption. In addition, the proper band alignment between CeO2–x and g-C3N4 is conducive to the highly efficient separation of photogenerated electron–hole pairs. 相似文献

Fractionations of rare earth elements (REEs) and the forming mechanisms in plants were studied using Triticum aestivum as plant material with application of exogenous REEs and hydroponic culture. REEs were significantly fractionated in different parts of Triticum aestivum. M-type tetrad effect could be observed in both root and shoot of Triticum aestivum, which might result from the different abilities of REEs to form phosphate precipitation. Middle REEs (MREEs), light REEs (LREEs) and heavy REEs (HREEs) were enriched in root, stem and leaf of Triticum aestivum, respectively. REE speciation calculations using VMINTEQ program show REEs in simulated xylem solution mainly exist as REE-EDTA- and RE3 , but only HREEs are enriched in REE-EDTA-, while LREEs are enriched in the other REE species. It is suggested that the fractionation between LREEs and HREEs might be caused by the uptake of REE-EDTA- in Triticum aestivum leaves, but might result from the uptake of the other REE species in their stems. 相似文献

The absorption behavior of lattice oxygen for Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(2-δ)(YDC) crystal was investigated. Combined with TG-DSC, XRD, Raman and XPS characterization, lattice oxygen absorption occurs at intermediate temperature(from 500 to 800 ℃),which is related to the oxygen vacancies consumption,and no phase change is observed in this process. In electric conductivity relaxation(ECR) experiment, prolonged oxygen diffusion process is observed above 600 ℃, which may be caused by oxygen absorption process. And through ECR experiments,the bulk diffusion coefficient D_(chem) and surface exchange coefficient K_(ex) for YDC dense sample are measured as 6,5×10~(-5)-2×10~(-4)cm~2/s and K_(ex)=2×10~(-4)-9×10~(-4)cm/s at intermediate temperature range. 相似文献
