连铸中间包用烧成铝镁质冲击砖的研制

通过以特级矾土和电熔镁砂为主要原料,加入一系列的促凝剂、减水剂、烧结剂等外加物,振动成型,干燥,经隧道窑高温烧成,研制出连铸中间包用烧成铝镁质冲击砖。使用性能明显优于不烧铝镁质制品。     

影响陶粒支撑剂成品率的因素及改进措施

陶粒支撑剂半成品在干燥过程中出现颗粒破碎的现象，半成品强度不够和设备是其破碎的原因，通过对设备进行改造和利用多种结合剂的加入能有效地解决这个问题，使其在干燥过程中不破碎，从而提高产品的烧成合格率，但复合添加物使成本上升较多，需做进一步的深入研究。     

高强漂珠轻质砖试生产

漂珠轻质制品的烧成温度一般为１２００℃，我们克服了在１３００℃下烧成收缩大的难题，研制了成功了体积密度为１．０３ｇ／ｃｍ＾３的漂珠轻质砖，在此基础上，本次试生产，首先是选择含低熔杂质少的合山漂珠，高铝生料为原料，进行了不同漂珠料，高铝料，结合粘土，结合剂的工艺性能试验，并比较了混练，成型，烧成不同工艺对制品性能的影响，选择了在粘土隧道窑烧成，强制搅拌机混料，机压成型的生产工艺，已生产不变体积密度为     

157.5米隧道窑窑型的改造

1.改造性大修前窑体的变革我厂157.5米隧道窑是原苏联五十年代的窑型,它用来生产硅砖。这种窑型一般是窑车与窑车衔接简单(见图1),因此窑体密封不良,容易窜火。1972年后我厂不再生产硅砖,而用硅砖157.5米隧道窑来焙烧镁砖与镁铝砖,最终烧成温度由烧成硅砖的1370～1390℃,提高到烧成镁砖的1560～1580℃。因此,原硅砖砌筑的窑顶不断发生熔蚀,不适应烧成镁砖的操作要求。 1974年9月,157.5米隧道窑进行了一次大修,大修中按照一般烧成镁砖的要求,参照一般镁砖隧道窑砌筑情况,取消了硅砖内衬与窑顶,采用了镁铬砖内衬和镁铝砖拱吊顶。三年后,实践证明采用拱吊顶效果很好,保持了窑顶拱型完整,即使在窑顶一环     

特级高铝耐火制品的研制

本文叙述了用转窑铝矾土熟料研制特级高铝耐火制品的过程。采用ＡＴ无机—有机复合结合剂替代传统的软质粘土结合坯体方式，是弥补我国矾土材料天然形成Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量高，杂质含量多而高温窑业性能不佳的措施之一。只要坚持合理的工艺制度，较低温度烧成长时间保温的方法，完全可以获得外形尺寸准确、烧结性能良好、体积密度２．８２ｇ／ｃｍ３、荷重软化温度１５５０℃乃至更好高温窑业性能的耐火制品。     

抗炼铜渣浸蚀低成本耐火材料的研究

用低成本材料制取了镁铝铬和铝铬砖试样,进行抗炼铜用吹炼渣浸蚀的试验,并与生产用的95电熔镁砖、电熔再结合镁砖和镁铬砖的抗渣性作了对比。结果表明:用铝铬渣所制作的铝铬烧成砖是比一般镁铬砖更为合适的材料。     

矿热炉用不同品位镁砖的对比研究

矿热炉用碱性耐火制品，以镁质砖为主。镁含量不同的镁砖其基质间的硅酸盐相组成和含量也不同，通过对原料的微观结构，成品砖的导热系数、线膨胀及静态抗渣实验的分析，对不同镁含量的镁砖有更清晰的认知。     

高强度轻质耐火制品的研制

本文就高强度轻质系列产品所采用的原料、结合剂、混炼、烧成温度等工艺条件进行了试验与探讨,取得了生产高强度轻质制品的工艺参数。研制结果表明:选用2~#原料用量为60～100％,采用不用结合剂的配方,在1280℃～1300℃温度下烧成,可制取体积密度为0.8～0.4,常温耐压强度为20～120公斤/厘米~2的高强度轻质砖。     

刚玉透气砖特性指标与主要工艺参数的相关性

本文以试验为基础研究了不同结合剂制造的刚玉透气砖性能,重点对结合剂、颗粒配比、烧成温度等主要工艺参数与制品特性指标的关系进行了探讨。在对试验结果进行方差分析后,优选出最佳工艺条件,并进行了验证试验和制砖试用。     

高铝砖“黑心”产生的原因及解决途径

高铝砖“黑心”的产生降低了制品的耐火度，常温耐压强度和荷重软化温度等质量指标，产生“黑心”的主要原因是原料中铁钛含量高，烧成热工制度不合理以及码砖，砖坯干燥存在的问题等，应该从上述原因入手，改善工艺，严格操作，减少或避免“黑心”产生，提高制品质量。
