Polypyrrole (PP) and composite PP–multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) materials were prepared for supercapacitors (SC) using new dopants for PP. The MWNT dispersion was achieved using advanced dispersants. The 36 mg cm?2 PP electrochemical electrodes showed a capacitance of 6.3 F cm?2 at 2 mV s?1 scan rate. PP–MWNT composites showed enhanced capacitance for high charge–discharge rates and large electrode mass with enhanced cyclic stability. The mechanisms of MWNT dispersion and composite microstructure formation were discussed. Capacitance measurements provided new insight into the effect of additives on the characteristics of electrodes and cells. The SC cells have been manufactured, which showed promising performance for application in energy storage systems.  相似文献

We report on the structure, microstructure and inverse magnetocaloric effect associated with the first-order martensitic phase transition, in Heusler Ni50.0Mn35.5In14.5 alloy ribbons. We have studied the short-time vacuum annealing influence at 1048?K, 1073?K, 1098?K, and 1123?K in these properties. At room temperature, an increase in the degree of structural order for ribbons annealed up to 1098 K was observed, corresponding to cubic L21 austenite phase. Meanwhile, for the sample annealed at 1123?K a monoclinic 10M martensitic phase was detected. A comparison of magnetic entropy change as a function of the applied field, after using zero-field-cooling thermomagnetic and isothermal magnetization measurements, has been made for the sample annealed at 1073?K.  相似文献

The results are presented of the barothermal treatment studies of a WC–6Co hard alloy at high pressure (7 GPa). It is shown that such a treatment of hard alloy leads to the deterioration of the basic physico-mechanical characteristics, specifically the strength at the contact, and the coercive force, which is stipulated by the increase of the defects amount in the structure of the carbide phase of the hard alloy.  相似文献

The influence of additive silica on the microstructure of plasma sprayed Al2O3 and Al2O3 13 wt pct TiO2 ceramic coatings at laser melting has been investigated in this study ,At the laser melting ,additive silica in Al2O3ceramic coating can reduce the stress of cooling shrinkage generated during solidification ,Moreover,silica can render finer size of grains of the melting layer and form continuous glassy matter around the grain boundaries so as to reduce further the cooling stresses and to suppress the formation and spreading of cracks ,On the other hand,at the laser melting,TiO2 reacts with Al2O3 and transforms into TiAl2O5,The latter new phase has great and anisotropic coefficients of thermal expansion leading to big and asymmetrical stresses and thus to form cracks in the melting layer of Al2O3 13 wt pct TiO2 coating ,Due to the fact that the influence of additive silica on the suppression of the formation of cracks is rather limited and cannot counterbalance the negative effect of TiAl2O5,thus the melting layer of Al2O3 13 wt pct TiO2 coating doped with 3 wt pct SiO2 cracks also ,Nevertheless,TiO2 can greatly develop the wear resistance of the ceramic coating as sprayed or laser melted.  相似文献

In this work Sn and Bi were added to Cu–Sn–P–Ce for improving its microstructures and properties. Structures of the three matrices were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The Cu41Sn11 became the main microstructure with some pores, the grinding ratio increased, and the grinding efficiency improved slightly with the addition of Sn to Cu–Sn–P–Ce. Bi was distributed in the form of simple substance, the grinding ratio increased, and the grinding efficiency greatly reduced with the addition of Bi to Cu–Sn–P–Ce.  相似文献

Density functional calculations based on local density approximation (LDA) of the properties of doped barium bismuthates are reported. Using a linear-response approach within the linear-muffin-tin-orbital method the phonon spectrum of Ba0.6K0.4BiO3 is calculated. The electron–phonon coupling constant is then evaluated for a grid of phonon wavevectors using the self-consistent change in the potential due to phonon distortion. Anharmonic contributions to from the tilting of oxygen octahedra are also evaluated on the basis of the frozen-phonon approach.  相似文献

The influence of two kinds of alloying processes, adding Nb (or Ti) and N-Mn alloy as well as adding Nb (or Ti) and spraying N2, on microstructures and properties of a high manganese steel has been studied. It has been found that adding Nb(or Ti), accompanying with N-Mn alloy, is unfavourable to microstructure compactness of the high manganese steel, but adding Nb (or Ti)and spraying N2 into the melt is good for refining austenitic grain, forming a lot of hard particles and improving microstructure compactness. The mechanical properties of the high manganese steel have relation to the content of elements Nb or Ti. Its fracture mode will turn ductile fracture into brittle cleavage fracture gradually. By X-ray and TEM analysis, it is proved that the austenite can be transformed to deformation-induced α martensite after adding a certain amount of element Nb (or Ti). The microstructure transformation of alloying high manganese steels through deformation is one of methods for strengthening austenite matrix and increasing the work-hardening rate as well as improving antiwear property.  相似文献

Electron microscopic investigation on low carbon steel strips produced by the CSP process has been carried out.Large number of oxide dispersive precipitates have been observed in the ferrite matrix of the steel strips.Dimension of them is about 10-20nm.Electron diffraction study showed that the structure of these precipitates consists with cubic system spinel structure .Their lattice parameter is about 0.83nm.The results implied that they should be complex oxides of Fe,Al et al.Small sulfide particles with 100-300nm in size have also been observed.Remarkable strengthening and grain refinement effects can be obtained by the precipitations.The oxygen and sulfur in steels could play beneficial role under certain conditions.  相似文献

According to the experimental researches of dynamic friction polishing (DFP) technology, high density and hardness W–Mo–Cr alloy with strong graphitization ability of diamond can achieve a high material removal rate of diamond. In the preparation process of polishing plate, mechanical alloying (MA) method is used to synthetize pre-alloying powders by means of fierce mechanical action and supersaturated solid state reaction performed by high-energy ball milling. The effect and progress of MA are directly affected by the process parameters of ball milling. This article mainly summarizes the microstructural changes of W–Mo–Cr pre-alloying powders varying with milling time and process control agent (PCA) content, and their function mechanisms and potential causes are discussed. The reasonable process parameters of ball milling are optimized by single-factor experiments. The results show that under the conditions of 300 rpm rotation speed, 60 h milling time, and 10% PCA content, the surface activities, compositional uniformity, and grain refinement level of powders are heightened. The preparation of excellent pre-alloying powders provides early technical guarantee for the study of high density tungsten-based alloy used for DFP diamond.  相似文献

In this paper, the influence of micron-grained WC additions with the different grain sizes on the microstructure and hardness of ultrafine WC–Co cemented carbides at the elevated temperature were investigated by the scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties test. The Vickers hardness and transverse rupture strength of hardmetals were measured at temperatures ranging from room temperature to 800°C. The results show that the addition of micron-sized WC particles can lead to the increase of fracture toughness and slow the decreasing of hardness at the elevated temperature.  相似文献
