近年来,中国电力节能法规政策不断完善,节能措施不断强化,效果显著,在电力生产和传输环节,节能水平达到世界先进,部分领域达到世界领先。电力节能当前存在着煤炭优化利用力度有待提高、高效机组难以发挥技术优势、节能经济代价越来越高、政策间不协调、节能考核有待进一步完善、市场机制作用未有效发挥等问题。本文针对"十三五"电力节能规划目标,提出了相关措施;提出未来要对传统的节能目标管理方法进行深度改革,使电力节能从狭义节能向广义节能发展。  相似文献

近年来,华东区域电力节能减排工作取得了巨大成就,各项指标有了显著提升,从发电、输配电用电等环节比较分析了华东区域电力节能减排各项指标与国内外先进水平的差异,认为华东区域电力节能减排水平在国内处于领先水平,但与国外先进水平相比还有一定差距,特别是用电结构上差距较大。通过比较分析,在肯定成绩的同时,找出存在的不足,明确努力的方向,并从制度上、机制上和管理上,提出了进一步促进电力节能减排工作的建议。  相似文献

在对电力电气控制阀的设计中,由于采用传统方法电气控制阀工作电压运用不合理,导致电力在电气方面能耗多。提出一种基于多层低误差神经网络的电压调节方法,将其应用到电力电气控制阀中,通过采用电力电气系统电压控制模型,消除当前存在的电力电气控制阀电压控制中的过控制和模糊控制等弊端,实现对电气控制阀电压幅度的准确控制,达到节能的目的。实验结果表明,该模型可以对电力电气控制阀的电压实现高精度控制,在电力节能方面起到了很好的效果  相似文献

"十一五"期间,由于国家高度重视,目标明确,出台相关法规、政策措施,加快技术进步和产业化发展,推动采用经济手段和市场机制,我国电力节能减排取得了巨大成就。"十二五"时期,电力行业一方面要保障国民经济平稳快速增长,另一方面要加快转变电力发展方式,因此电力发展应该是安全、稳定和节能减排约束下的可持续发展。本文在对电力工业发展预测、电力节能减排法规政策趋势分析、节能减排目标及指标体系设定的基础上,提出了加快电力结构调整、积极应对气候变化、推动电力节能减排产业化、完善法律法规和政策体系、加强电力需求侧管理、更加注重从源头节能减排、加强污染物控制等方面的措施及政策建议。  相似文献

Technologically advanced human societies require specialized tools and equipment to enable their diverse and mobile activities. Portable electronic devices like laptop, PDA, handphone, etc. are now an essential tool for many people in their daily lives. The rechargeable batteries used to power the portable electronic devices could be improved upon with regards to power density, and there is a crucial need for efficient, renewable and more environmentally friendly power sources. Many researchers have shown that the direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is an appropriate alternative to rechargeable battery technology, although many factors must be resolved before it can be commercialized. This paper gives an overview on the possibilities for using the DMFC as portable electronic devices power source along with some views on current and future trends in DMFC development, economic analysis and presents the current problems and solutions by DMFC researchers.  相似文献

Samarium doped ceria (SDC) shows obvious electronic conduction in a reducing atmosphere, which results in internal short-circuiting of the SOFC. In this work, we initiatively combine the Gorelov modified electromotive force (EMF) method and the Liu modified EMF method to determine the internal electronic resistance of the SOFC with 60 μm SDC film electrolyte. The internal electronic resistance determined with the Gorelov modified EMF method is a little larger than that determined with the Liu modified EMF method. The power loss of the SOFC is mainly resulted from the internal short-circuiting, oxygen ionic resistance and electrode polarization resistance. At low external current density, the internal short-circuiting power loss is predominant, while at high current density the oxygen ionic resistance power loss is predominant. Temperature has little effect on the maximum efficiency of the SOFC. When the SOFC works at the maximum power output, the efficiency of the cell is about 30%, but if the electronic conduction of the SDC electrolyte could be eliminated, the efficiency could be improved by 2.5 times.  相似文献

In the face of world-wide energy price fluctuation, energy supply security, and the energy crisis, it becomes an urgent issue to search for alternative methods for energy generation and to close the gap between the supply and demand of global energy. The current method of energy supply in Taiwan is through a centralized electronic power system, which is generated by a few large electronic power plants. Hydrogen fuel cell (HFC) has a characteristic of de-centralized electronic power supply system, which provides electronic power more reliably, efficiently and economically. Based on the output of Taiwan’s sewage, sludge, kitchen waste and biohydrogen technology, the preliminary market for biohydrogen fuel cell (BHFC) is positioning itself toward the supply of public electronic power within the housing communities. Based on the patent analysis of BHFC, this study finds that Taiwan pays more attention to the front-end manufacturing of raw materials and emphasizes the development of biohydrogen technology, while America and Japan mainly pay more attentions to rear-end product application and emphasize the application of hydrogen and fuel cells by integrating industrial opinions. Based on the market analysis of BHFC, this study finds that the product attributes, consumers’ characteristics and external variables strongly influence consumer’s purchase intention of biohydrogen technology products.  相似文献

即插即用理论是微电网研究的热点,目前国内外对即插即用理论的研究多侧重于设计单个微源并网的电力电子控制系统,而很少研究多个微网元件之间的协调控制策略。首先介绍了微电网的优缺点以及即插即用在微网中运用的理论基础,构建并阐述了以电网Agent、微电网Agent和元件Agen龃成的微电网3层控制体系,设计了基于MAS系统和电力电子控制技术的即插即用模型,并详细分析了微电网元件协调控制策略。  相似文献

This work presents an electronic control system developed for hydrogen injection in a diesel power generator. The full system is basically constituted by a gas fuel injection rail with injection valves, a speed sensor and an electronic control unit. The electronic injection system was installed and tested in a diesel power generator of 44 kW rated power. The tests were carried out with hydrogen injected in the intake manifold and diesel oil directly injected in the combustion chamber. The results show the injection valve opening periods necessary to obtain hydrogen mass flow rates equivalent to 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the diesel oil mass replaced. The measured hydrogen mass flow rate injected is presented as a function of load power demand and hydrogen concentration in the fuel.  相似文献

230 MHz电力无线专网的干扰种类主要有宽带全频干扰、窄带同频干扰和窄带邻频干扰3种。其中,宽带全频干扰主要是由各种LED电子屏、电子广告牌、电子铭牌以及射灯或照明灯引起;窄带同频干扰主要来自230 MHz频段内的非法电台和大功率雷达;窄带邻频干扰主要来自于其他使用230 MHz电力无线专网相邻频点的窄带通信系统。文章针对以上3种干扰类型,结合现网实际对230 MHz电力无线专网提出了相应的规避干扰解决思路,并就具体措施方法进行了详细介绍,以使230 MHz电力无线专网在实际应用中取得更高效能。  相似文献
