采用硅烷偶联剂KH-560和钛酸酯偶联剂TM-38S对四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)进行表面改性,制备了相应的聚苯硫醚(PPS)尼/龙(PA)66/T-ZnOw复合材料,研究了两种偶联剂及其复合体系对T-ZnOw表面改性效果和相应复合材料力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的断面形态进行了观察。结果表明,钛酸酯偶联剂TM-38S对T-ZnOw的表面改性效果要优于硅烷偶联剂KH-560;两种偶联剂均提高了复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度,但对复合材料的弯曲强度影响不大。其中TM-38S改性T-ZnOw与PPS/PA66复合后所得材料的力学性能优于KH-560改性T-ZnOw的材料。两种偶联剂的复合体系虽然可以弥补KH-560副反应对T-ZnOw表面改性的不利影响,但对改善复合材料力学性能的协同作用不明显。  相似文献

采用偶联剂KH-570对四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)进行表面改性,制备了聚丙烯(PP)/改性T-ZnOw复合材料。对复合材料进行了X射线衍射分析,并考察了T-ZnOw含量对复合材料力学性能和抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:T-ZnOw在PP基体中结晶良好;适量添加经过表面改性的T-ZnOw能提高复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弯曲强度;在T-ZnOw含量为4%时,复合材料即可达到国家规定的抗菌要求。  相似文献

PA66/TLCP/埃洛石纳米管三元复合材料的结构与性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用熔融共混方法制备了尼龙66(PA66)/热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)/埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)三元复合材料.结果表明,TLCP对PA66起到一定的增强增韧作用,加入HNTs后,PA66/TLCP/HNTs三元复合材料的弯曲性能明显提高,含有质量分数10%TLcP和5%HNTs的三元复合材料相比纯PA66,在冲击强度提高32.6%的同时,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度分别提高了约16.3%、103%、22℃.采用差示扫描量热分析研究了复合材料中TLCP和HNT8对PA66结晶和熔融性能的影响,扫描电子显微镜照片和动态热机械分析表明,HNTs的加入改善了PA66与TLCP的相容性,TLCP在HNTs的作用下能够较好地原位成纤.  相似文献

分别用四种不同的硅烷偶联剂处理氧化镁,研究了不同偶联剂表面处理后的氧化镁填充尼龙-6导热复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度和导热性能。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂处理后氧化镁/尼龙6复合材料的强度、刚性和导热性能明显提高,热变形温度则略有上升。四种硅烷偶联剂对氧化镁表面处理效果从好至差依次顺序为KH792KH550KH160KH560。  相似文献

将碳纤维与热致液晶高分子(TLCP)经成型加工制得样条,24 h后测试样条的表面电阻率、熔点、结晶度,并考察碳纤维的加入对液晶高分子力学性能的影响。结果表明:TLCP表面电阻率随碳纤维含量的增加而下降,当碳纤维含量达到20%时,材料的表面电阻率最低,抗静电效果最佳;碳纤维的加入使结晶度稍有提高,拉伸强度提高明显,但是TLCP的冲击强度有所降低。  相似文献

利用转矩流变仪将聚乳酸(PLA)与云母(Mica)熔融共混,制得复合材料(PLA/Mica)。利用热失重仪(TGA)和维卡软化温度仪(VST)仪测试热分解温度和热变形温度,来表征PLA热性能随云母含量变化而变化的情况。结果表明,添加云母后,PLA热稳定性降低,热分解温度随着云母含量的增加而降低;同时,添加云母后PLA耐热变形温度增加,其中云母含量5%的复合材料的维卡软化温度为72.5℃,与纯PLA的64.5℃相比,提高了8℃;在铝酸酯偶联剂DL411、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、KH-560、KH-570四种偶联剂中,偶联剂KH-550表面处理后云母和PLA共混制得的复合材料具有相对较好的热稳定性和热变形温度。  相似文献

PA66/TLCP/HNTs纳米管复合材料的制备与性能   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用熔融共混方法制备了尼龙(PA)66/热致液晶聚合物(TLCP)/埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)复合材料,研究了其热性能、微观形态及力学性能.结果表明,当TLCP的质量分数为4%、HNTs的质量分数为15%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳.其拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量相比纯PA66分别提高了30.4%、76.9%、34.4%、91.7%.熔体的加工流动性得到改善,PA66/TLCP/HNTs复合材料的吸水性能明显降低.少量的TLCP有利于提高PA66/TLCP复合材料的结晶性能和熔融温度;HNTs的加入能提高复合材料的结晶温度,与基体有较好的界面结合;TLCP及HNTs能在基体中均匀地分散,TLCP在PA66/TLCP/HNTs复合材料中形成微纤结构,且沿纤维轴方向取向.  相似文献

以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)和氧化镁(MgO)为导热填料,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了PP/T-ZnOw /MgO导热绝缘复合材料。在T-ZnOw用量为10 %(质量百分含量,下同),MgO用量在0~60 %的范围内,考察了MgO用量对复合材料的热导率( )、体积电阻率(ρv)、力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,随着MgO用量的增加,PP/T-ZnOw /MgO复合材料的 增大,ρv减小;材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度以及熔体流动速率均随着MgO用量的增加而下降,而冲击强度则呈先保持稳定,然后减小的趋势。这一变化趋势在MgO用量 30 %时较为显著。当MgO用量为60 %(33 %,体积分数)时,PP/T-ZnOw /MgO复合材料的 最大,达到0.7563 W/(m·K),比未加MgO时的PP/T-ZnOw复合材料和纯PP的热导率分别提高了108.0 %和210.0 %;此时材料的ρv最小,为9.20×1015 Ω·cm,仍可满足绝缘材料的要求。  相似文献

用热致性液晶聚合物(TLCP)和玻璃纤维(GF)对二氮杂萘酮联苯结构聚醚砜酮(PPESK)进行混杂增强改性,用双螺杆挤出机通过熔融共混的方式制备了改性PPESK复合材料。研究了PPESK/TLCP、PPESK/TLCP/GF复合材料的加工性能和力学性能,并对复合材料的拉伸断面形貌进行观察。结果表明,随着TLCP用量的增加,熔体的粘度逐渐降低,加工流动性得到改善;TLCP/GF的混杂增强使PPESK复合材料的拉伸强度得到一定提高,冲击强度有所降低;TLCP用量小于10份时,TLCP以球状粒子或棒状形式存在,当TLCP用量为20份时,TLCP在材料中形成直径为亚微米数量级的高长径比微纤。  相似文献

双螺杆挤出制备热致液晶/尼龙 66(TLCP/PA66)复合材料,示差量热扫描(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料的熔融和结晶等行为进行分析.结果表明:低含量的TLCP存在成核剂的作用使复合材料具有较高的结晶温度、结晶度以及完美的结晶形态;受到TLCP刚性分子链的影响,高含量TLCP使复合材料的熔点、结晶温度和结晶度等参数下降.XRD分析结果表明:TLCP促进复合材料晶体沿(010)和(110)面生长.  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
