世界经济强国的经济发展无一不与汽车工业密切相关,在激烈的市场竞争情况下,汽车设计新技术得到了进一步的发展。在汽车设计领域,计算机辅助设计是必然趋势,因为该方法能够缩短开发时间和降低开发成本。该文以奥迪R8车身造型为实例,研究了以三维建模、曲面分析、模型渲染为主要步骤的计算机辅助三维设计方法。在车身的造型设计时,应用了UG特有的NURBS自由曲线曲面造型方法 ,对奥迪R8勾画出一些主要的轮廓线,在调整处理后,进行扫掠,得到车身造型曲面,分析曲面,最后进行渲染。本文所应用的方法可以用于其它汽车外观件的设计。 相似文献

目的 回顾产品设计方法与技术的发展经历,建立设计方法与技术的定式化分类框架,分析数字化智能化产品设计技术的研究与应用热点,展望智能化创新设计技术的未来发展趋势与挑战。方法 通过对已有的产品设计方法与技术的分析,将设计对象、设计阶段、设计资源、设计手段作为设计方法与技术的分类要素,构建设计方法与技术的定式化分类框架;通过确定各分类要素的具体内容,可以明确不同的设计方法与技术,如数字化智能化产品设计技术;利用该定式化分类框架,展望未来数字化智能化产品设计技术的发展趋势。结论 提出了一种用于产品设计方法与技术定式化的分类框架,界定了基于模型的系统设计与仿真优化、基于互联网的开放式众包设计和数据驱动的设计等三个热点研究方向,指出了产品全生命周期一体化设计、混合智能驱动的创新设计的趋势与挑战。 相似文献

Advanced experimental stress analysis techniques have been increasingly used on large aircraft structures to provide stress data for both design and numerical analyses validation. In the past these techniques tended to be limited to the structural test phase which is subsequent to the design and manufacture stage. Experimental stress techniques have had to become more sophisticated and utilised much earlier in the programme in order to meet the ever increasing demands for competitive, aircraft design, performance and reliability. Currently the techniques have applications from the earliest design stage through to final in-service support engineering. Photoelastic stress analysis was one of the earliest and most powerful experimental design tools in use at Filton, however, the range of techniques is continually being extended to meet the technological demands of new designs. This has involved keeping abreast of a wide array of sciences to identify and develop new physical procedures for stress related experimental analysis. Progress is reviewed in this paper as well as the vision for the future within the context of Airbus aircraft design. The economic and technical pressures to move towards more automation and image processing are discussed including the requirement to provide data that is more user friendly to conventionally trained design and stress engineers. 相似文献

Digital filters are finding wide applications in signal processing aspects of such fields as engineering, geophysics and biosignal analysis. The design of a digital filter and its realization with near minima computer word length are two problems which can be solved by computer-aided design techniques In this paper, the automated design of the initial filter (recursive type) only is considered. Both of the basic design methods—the direct and indirect approaches—have been analysed, and compute programs have been written to implement the various design techniques. Recent trends in research into the application of artificial intelligence techniques to education are identified. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate how a combination of design optimization theory and methodology can be applied
to large-scaled industrial systems to efficiently improve their performance, reduce their costs or improve other design objectives.
The scheme described was developed when other conventional design and optimization strategies failed in efficiently optimizing
an air-to-air missile design for Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control. The efficient design scheme was developed for the
system using a combination of optimization and design of experiment techniques. It will be shown that multidisciplinary design
optimization techniques can be improved with a dependency-tracking demand-driven language resulting in an attractive choice
for solving industrial type design problems. The design methodology holds true even for systems in which a large number of
disciplinary design and analysis software are integrated. One reason for the efficiency of the scheme is the parameterized
dependency-tracking environment in which the optimizations are carried out. With the hybrid approach developed, combining
exploration and optimization techniques with the unique dependency-tracking and demand driven features of the environment,
it was possible to reduce the computational time by as much as 44%. The design scheme developed and presented can be used
to improve the design and optimization process for numerous other engineering applications. 相似文献

目的探究拼贴手法对当下动态图形设计的启发。方法从多角度分析动态图形设计的先行者们在设计实践所使用的拼贴手法,总结其对传统拼贴手法的继承与发展,结合个人的实践经验,总结动态图形中的拼贴手法是如何将毕加索的拼贴手法中"亲近生活"、"提升思考性"的特征引入到当下的动态图形设计中的,提升其表达效果和可能性的方式方法。结论通过"拼贴"对动态图形设计的有机介入,给动态图形设计带来了提升。一方面既可摆脱计算机复制带来的触感、隐喻等传统拼贴特征缺失等问题的困扰,带来生活触感的提升;另一方面,又能打开思路,结合当下新的技术手段提升创作空间广度,获取更便捷的设计实践手段和思路。 相似文献
