通过种子介导生长方法,合成了形貌、粒径均一,分散性良好的双金属Ag@Au纳米粒子,并将其作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底,对氧氟沙星(OFLX)进行检测。首先在最佳实验条件下对氧氟沙星主要拉曼峰进行归属,选取1 416 cm -1拉曼特征峰。其次,对其1 416 cm -1特征峰强度与氧氟沙星浓度作线性拟合,曲线方程为Y=291.48X+3 156.8,r=0.989,检测极限可达10 -10 mol/L。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,可为氧氟沙星类抗生素药物的SERS检测提供依据。 相似文献

孔雀石绿(Malachite Green, MG)作为水体污染和水产品安全中重点监控的污染物,一般方法难以进行快速检测。因此研究和开发操作简便、快速准确的孔雀石绿残留检测新方法具有非常重要的经济价值和社会价值。本实验基于表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy, SERS)方法,采用种子生长法制备金纳米立方体作为SERS基底,对模拟的真实水样中不同浓度的MG溶液进行分析和检测,检测限低至10-9 mol/L。实验结果表明SERS技术对孔雀石绿的检测具有较高的灵敏性和重现性,本研究工作将促进拉曼光谱技术在检测水体环境中污染物的应用。 相似文献

采用液液界面自组装法在正己烷/水两相界面处制备出大面积且致密的二维(2D)表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)基底膜。以正己烷为油相,配体置换后的金纳米棒(Au NRs)为水相,加入乙醇迅速诱导Au NRs在油-水界面处自组装出2D-SERS基底膜。采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)置换Au NRs表面的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),不仅有效地降低了Au NRs的表面电荷,而且减少了各纳米粒子之间的排斥力。随后以结晶紫(CV)为拉曼探针分子,考察了该基底膜具有较高的灵敏度和较好的重复性,并检测了塑化剂BBP。结果表明,该基底膜对BBP的检测限达到10(-8) mol/L,并且能成功检测出某市售白酒中添加的中毒剂量(1.3 mg/kg)的BBP,因此该基底膜有望用于实际应用当中。 相似文献

为了制备磁性荧光以及光电化学性能良好的多功能纳米粒子,采用微相乳液法,用二氧化硅(SiO_2)包裹Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子的同时,将苝酰胺与SiO_2表面的羟基反应,生成共价键连接的Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-(1a)和Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-(2a)纳米粒子,用红外光谱、XRD、SEM、UV-Vis吸收光谱、荧光光谱及ECL进行表征。结果表明,与化合物1a、2a相比,复合物Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-(1a/2a)的电子吸收和荧光光谱峰型相同,峰位置略有移动。在一定浓度范围内,Fe_3O_4@SiO_2-(2a)纳米粒子的ECL强度随浓度增大而降低,且其在50100 s的区间内基本稳定。 相似文献

以甘氨酸与5-氯水杨醛为原料,构建了一种高效的席夫碱Zn2+荧光探针分子L,结构由1HNMR和13CNMR进行了表征,性能通过光谱实验进行了研究。光谱分析实验结果表明,探针分子L对Zn2+具有出色的选择性和灵敏度,在0~14μmol/L浓度范围内,体系荧光强度与Zn2+浓度呈线性关系,检出限为13.72 nmol/L,在365 nm紫外灯下裸眼观察到明显的荧光颜色变化,可实现Zn2+可视化检测。通过Job曲线和DFT理论计算对识别机理进行了研究,结果表明,探针分子L与Zn2+以摩尔比2∶1结合。此外,水样检测实验表明探针分子L具有应用于检测实际水样中Zn2+的潜力。 相似文献

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A particular satisfactory agreement between both ways is found for the ab initio calculation at the 6–311G basis This set level. A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%. 相似文献
