对宝钢大型高炉长寿生产实践进行了总结。宝钢炼铁工作者在掌握大型高炉操业技术的同时,对高炉长寿工作进行了大量实践探索,形成了具有宝钢特点的大高炉生产操作与长寿维护系统技术,实现了2号高炉一代炉龄15年以上和3号高炉单位炉容产铁已达12000t/m~3(还在生产中)的高炉长寿目标,取得良好的经济效益。

宝钢 2号高炉跻身世界高效长寿高炉行列2 0 0 4年截止到 8月 2 8日 ,宝钢股份投产 13年的 2号高炉累计产铁量达到 4 0 6 3万 t,单位炉容产铁量突破万吨大关 ,创造了国内高炉长寿新纪录 ,跻身世界高效长寿高炉行列 ,宝钢 2号高炉是首次由中国自行设计、建设、开炉的 4 0 0 0m3级特大型高炉 ,炉容为 4 0 6 3m3,国产化率达 90 %以上。该炉投产 11个月各项指标均达到标准 ,其后创造了日吨铁工序能耗 372 .79kg标准煤的世界先进水平。在高炉长寿方面 ,宝钢成功研制了安装微型冷却器技术 ,有效解决了热负荷波动对高炉炉墙的破坏 ,建立了炉缸活跃指…

宝钢3号高炉长寿设计与操作技术

目前,宝钢3号高炉一代炉役的生产时间、累计铁产量和单位炉容铁产量都已经创造了国内高炉的新纪录,实现了高效长寿。回顾3号高炉长寿和生产历程,分析了长寿设计中的教训和经验,解析了高炉设计与操作方式、技术和习惯之间的匹配关系,探讨高炉长寿设计改进技术方向。结合3号高炉操作实践,论证了3号高炉长寿操作维护成功技术和经验,同时,从高炉长寿角度,剖析了高炉设计和操作之间的潜在关系,为高炉长寿技术进步提供参考。     

基于炉体调查的宝钢3号高炉长寿经验

宝钢3号高炉停炉以后,对高炉的炉体侵蚀情况进行了系统的调查,结合调查结果,重点从高炉长寿设计、不同炉役时期的高炉操作和长寿维护等三个方面,阐述了3号高炉的长寿经验。认为3号高炉能够取得一代炉役寿命19年、单位炉容产铁量1.57万t/m~3的长寿业绩,一是高炉长寿设计,为长寿奠定了基础;二是高炉操作上保持长期的炉况稳定顺行,为长寿提供了重要保障;三是炉役后期加强高炉的长寿维护,为长寿起到了关键性作用。     

宝钢炼铁厂及宝钢3号高炉

宝钢炼铁厂拥有三座４０００ｍ＾３级大型高炉，每年可供铁水９．７５万ｔ。炼铁厂以高炉为中心，搞好管理，坚持精料方针，不断提高操作技术，贯彻持续稳定顺行的方针，取得了高产，优质，低耗，长寿的优异成绩。宝钢３号高炉是在总结了１，２号高炉成功经验的基础上兴建的，在改善炉前劳动条件和高炉长寿方面作了新的努力尝试。     

推进精料技术,大力提高高炉喷煤

宝钢的3座高炉（1、2号高炉内容积均为4063m^3,3号高炉4350m^3）现处于满负荷生产。近年来在生产技术上大力提高高炉喷煤,1号高炉1999年年均喷煤比达238kg/t铁。高炉生产取得如此巨大的进步,得益于精料技术的推进,得益于高炉操作技术以及长寿技术同步发展。     

中国高炉炼铁技术进展

在描述2004年中国高炉炼铁技术现状的基础上,指出中国高炉炼铁在高效、低耗、长寿、优化操作技术等方面取得了进步。近年来,大型高炉生产技术水平,取得了明显进步,但是,精料技术、喷吹煤粉、热风温度等方面呈下降态势。宝钢、马钢、上钢一厂、鞍钢、首钢等企业部分大高炉利用系数和燃料比等指标已达到先进水平。今后要进一步改善原燃料质量和提高热风温度。     

电阻法高炉炉衬测厚技术及在宝钢1号高炉上的应用

电阻法高炉炉衬测厚技术能在线连续监测炉衬的现存厚度及变化,分辨率达到30mm。采用这一技术可以随时了解高炉炉衬的侵蚀状况,从而改进操作,加强维护,使高炉安全生产和长寿。本文介绍了这一技术及在宝钢1号高炉的应用结果。
