以聚苯乙烯-b-聚[乙烯-(乙烯-丙烯)]-b-聚苯乙烯(SEEPS)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为基体,白油为增塑剂,苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯接枝聚氨酯(SEBS-g-PU)为相容剂,利用双螺杆挤出机共混挤出用于包覆聚碳酸酯(PC)树脂的包覆料。研究了配方组成对包覆料各方面性能的影响。结果表明,随着TPU含量的增加,包覆料拉伸强度、伸长率及对PC的剥离强度增加;采用碳酸钙填充,包覆料剥离强度优于滑石、高岭土和云母;同时还研究了SEEPS不同摩尔质量对包覆料性能的影响。结果表明,随着SEEPS摩尔质量的增大,包覆料拉伸强度、伸长率及剥离强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;采用相容剂SEBS-g-PU增容包覆料,得出SEBS-g-PU加入后包覆料的微观性能得到明显改善,同时随着SEBS-g-PU含量的增加,包覆料的拉伸强度、伸长率及剥离强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势。  相似文献

以SEBS(氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)和SEBS-g-MAH(马来酸酐接枝SEBS)为基体树脂、白油为增塑剂、滑石粉为填料和环氧树脂(EP)为改性剂,利用双螺杆挤出机共混挤出包覆料;然后以玻璃纤维增强尼龙6为被包覆料,采用二次注塑法将包覆料包覆在尼龙板上。通过单因素试验法优选出制备包覆料的较佳工艺条件。结果表明:当w(SEBS)=100%、w(SEBS-g-MAH)=30%、w(白油)=100%和w(滑石粉)=100%时,包覆料具有粘接力强、硬度适中、流动性较好和价格适宜等特点,并且EP的引入使包覆料的粘接机制发生了变化。  相似文献

以苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH)为相容剂制备了回收高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(HIPS)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)的共混物。利用熔体质量流动速率试验机和毛细管流变仪分析研究了该HIPS/ABS/SEBS-g-MAH共混物的流变行为。结果表明:在测试温度、应力条件下,该HIPS/ABS/SEBS-g-MAH共混物均为假塑性流体;随着相容剂SEBS-g-MAH用量的增加,共混物的非牛顿指数和黏流活化能均先增大后减小,且在相容剂SEBS-g-MAH用量为15 phr时达到最大值。  相似文献

研究主体材料并用比以及石蜡油、碳酸钙和乙烯丙烯酸树脂用量对氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体(TPE)性能的影响。结果表明:随着SEBS/PP并用比减小,TPE的邵尔A型硬度和压缩永久变形增大;当石蜡油用量为70份时,TPE的拉伸强度最大,压缩永久变形最小;碳酸钙用量增大,TPE的压缩永久变形减小;添加乙烯丙烯酸树脂,TPE的压缩永久变形先减小后增大,最佳用量为3份。  相似文献

通过熔融共混法制备用于包覆丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共混物(ABS)的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),研究TPU流动性和硬度对其与ABS之间粘合强度的影响以及硅酮粉用量、光稳定剂HA10/紫外线吸收剂UV-P/抗氧剂1010体系和抗氧剂1098/168/626体系对TPU耐磨性能和耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:TPU与ABS之间的粘合强度随着TPU熔融指数增大而增大,随着TPU硬度增大先增大后减小,当TPU的邵尔A型硬度为85度时,粘合强度达到最大,为16 N·m-1;硅酮粉可以提高TPU的耐磨性能,光稳定剂HA10/紫外线吸收剂UV-P/抗氧剂1010体系可以使TPU灰度等级小于4的试验时间延长至380 h,抗氧剂1098/168/626体系可以有效提高TPU的耐磨性能和耐老化性能。  相似文献

制备了苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH).将SEBS-g-MAH、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)、粘合力促进剂、碳酸钙及其他助剂共混后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,再注甥得到弹性体复合材料.结果表明,SEBS-g-MAH的红外分析证明马来酸酐(MAH)已被接枝到SEBS上,扫描电镜图也显示所制备的弹性体复合材料呈"海-岛"结构.  相似文献

以聚酰胺66(PA66)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)为原料,3份马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH)为增容剂,通过熔融共混法制备了PA66/SEBS复合材料,研究了SEBS添加量对复合材料结晶性能、热性能、界面相容性、力学性能等的影响。结果表明:SEBS的加入没有改变PA66的特有晶型,仅仅改变了不同晶型的相对含量;随着SEBS用量的增加,PA66/SEBS复合材料的熔融温度、界面相容性下降,拉伸强度也呈逐渐降低的趋势;随着SEBS用量的增加,未加增容剂的复合材料的断裂伸长率呈逐渐减小的趋势,而加入增容剂的复合材料的断裂伸长率则呈先增后减的趋势;另外,加入了增容剂的复合材料的力学性能明显优于未加增容剂的复合材料。  相似文献

采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)法测定苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)的加氢度和微观结构。结果表明,采用镍系催化剂对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)进行加氢反应制备SEBS时,在苯乙烯链段未参与加氢反应的前提下,通过对SBS和SEBS的谱峰进行归属,建立了用1H-NMR测定SEBS总加氢度的方法,且无需已知苯乙烯的摩尔分数,适用范围较宽;用该法还可直接得到SEBS中各微观结构含量和丁二烯1,2-结构和1,4-结构的加氢度。  相似文献

Blends of styrene-butadiene diblock copolymer (S-B, 52 wt% styrene content) and styrene-butadiene random copolymer (SBR) of various styrene compositions were studied by small-angle X-ray scattering, light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. The composition of random copolymer plays an important role in the solubilization of SBR in S-B. The order-disorder transition temperature, TODT, decreases linearly with the addition of SBR. TODT decreases as the symmetry in SBR composition increases and shows the highest value in the case of homopolymers. Asymmetric butadiene-rich SBR dissolves mostly into PB microdomain of S-B to increase lamella microdomain spacing, D, and its addition makes the overall microdomains of S and B in the mixture more asymmetrical. Symmetric SBR is localized into the interface of S-B microdomain to reduce unfavorable S-B contact at the interface. The phase diagram for S-B containing asymmetric SBR shows a succession of mixed mesophases of different morphologies from lamellae and cylinder to disordered liquid phases, whereas the phase diagram containing symmetric SBR shows two homogeneous phases and one region of two-phase coexistence, where macroscopically separated phases coexist together.  相似文献

With the help of cell dynamics simulation we investigate morphology of thin block copolymer film around a nanoparticle. The obtained structures include: parallel, perpendicular, mixed and perforated lamellae, parallel and perpendicular cylinders and spheres. Analogy and difference with planar films are discussed. Our simulation suggests that novel porous nanocontainers can be formed by the coating of a sacrificial nano-bead by a block copolymer layer with a well controlled nanostructure.  相似文献

The issue of self-healing materials is of paramount importance due to its intrinsic scientific value, as well as potential applications in a wide variety of fields, such as manufacturing, medicine, and electronics. We have investigated the behavior of poly(styrene-b-methylmethacrylate) diblock copolymer, following deformation performed by a silicon atomic force microscopy tip. We observed the changes in the polymer as it was subsequently heated in situ, and found how diblock “scars” can heal. These observations give important guidance to efforts that seek to create nanostructures using these methods, while also revealing fundamental insights into the mechanisms of polymer repair on the nanoscale.  相似文献

研究了用傅立叶变换红外光谱法测定乙丙共聚物中乙烯含量的方法。建立了傅立叶红外光谱法快速测定乙丙共聚物中乙烯含量的标准工作曲线,对其准确性和精密度进行了评价。结果表明,测定样品的最大相对误差为2.82%,重复测定同一样片的相对标准偏差为0.48%,方法的准确性和精密度良好。该方法适用于乙烯质量分数为0%~33%的乙丙无规共聚物和嵌段共聚物的测定,并且已在生产中得到很好的应用。  相似文献

将用原子转移自由基聚合及连续补加甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的方法制备的苯乙烯(St)/MMA梯度聚合物P(Pt-t-MMA)作为增容剂应用于聚氯乙烯/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PVC/SBS)和PS/PMMA聚合物合金的增容和改性。扫描电镜结果表明,P(St-t-MMA)可以改善PVC/SBS和PMMA/PS合金的相容性。PVC/SBS合金中加入少量P(St-t-MMA)后,冲击强度从6.0kJ/m^2提高到12.1kJ/m^2,加工流变性能得到了改善。SBS用量也影响PVC/SBS合金的冲击强度。  相似文献

Polymeric micelles based on poly(γ-benzyl-l-glutamate)-poly(ethylene glycol) graft copolymer (PBLG-g-PEG) with various degrees of grafting and the mixtures composed of PBLG-g-PEG and poly(γ-benzyl-l-glutamate)-poly(ethylene glycol) block copolymer (PBLG-b-PEG) were prepared by the dialysis method in deionized water. Fluorescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope (TEM) have been used to study the self-assembly behavior. The experimental results revealed that the degree of grafting exerts marked effect on the critical micelle concentration (CMC) and the morphology of the micelle formed by PBLG-g-PEG. With increasing the degree of grafting, the CMC value becomes larger and the morphology of formed micelle changes from irregular shape to spindle. It was also found that mixtures of PBLG-g-PEG/PBLG-b-PEG can associate into hybrid polymeric micelle with various shapes.  相似文献

Crystallization of two oxyethylene/oxybutylene block copolymers (E76B38 and E155B76) from micelles in block copolymer/amorphous homopolymer blends was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and time-resolved small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Unlike the simultaneous crystallization and formation of superstructure in crystallization from an ordered structure, crystallization of block copolymer from micelles can be divided into two steps. The core of the micelles firstly crystallizes individually, with first-order crystallization kinetics and homogeneous nucleation mechanism. The SAXS revealed that crystallization-induced deformation occurs for the micelles, which strongly depends on microstructure of the block copolymers. For the shorter block copolymer E76B38, larger deformation induced by crystallization was observed, leading to coalescence of the micelles after crystallization, while for the longer block copolymer E155B76 the micelles show little deformation and the morphology of micelle is retained after crystallization.  相似文献
