电压调节器是稳定发电机工作电压的重要部件。为提升汽车发电机系统核心器件的自主可控率,本文提出一种基于国产MCU的汽车发电机电压调节器系统设计方案。系统以国产芯旺微KF8A100FNG微控制器作为主控芯片,根据调节器的应用需求,采用模块化设计,完成了系统的外围电路设计。测试结果在预期范围内。本方案具有很强的工程实用性,是对芯片国产化的一次应用尝试,也为发电机调节器后续的相关开发和改进提供参考。 相似文献

发电机调压器是维持柴油机组正常运行不可缺少的重要部分,对机组的安全稳定运行起到重要作用。目前,主要存在基于晶体管式的模拟调压器以及基于微处理器的数字调压器两种。鉴于数字调压器具有传统的模拟式调压器无法比拟的优势,本文针对某型车辆柴油发电机设计了基于TMS320F28335芯片的数字电压调节器。设计了数字电压调节器的输入输出接口电路,包括模拟量调理电路、数字量调理电路、励磁主电路和励磁驱动电路等,制作功率板。采用以TMS320F28335为核心的DSP最小系统作为核心控制器,利用电压、励磁电流双环调节的方式,采用复合PID控制算法。搭建系统实验平台,对调压器进行测试,满足预期功能要求。 相似文献

In a power system, the role of a generator voltage regulator is to ensure that the output voltage is maintained within an acceptable threshold. In this paper a voltage regulator is proposed. The design of this regulator is based on both variable structure control theory and a pole assignment technique. The performance of the proposed regulator has been compared to that of the realistic regulator system proposed by the IEEE Committee on Excitation Systems. We investigate two different kinds of resonant current regulators for a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) under distorted grid voltage conditions: proportional integral resonant (PIR) regulator with traditional resonant part and vector propor- tional integral (VPI) regulator with VPI resonant part. Based on the mathematical model of DFIG under distorted grid voltage, the transfer function and frequency response characteristics of the two current regulators are analyzed and compared. The superiority of the VPI current regulator over the PIR regulator is pointed out, and the influence of discretization methods on the performance of the resonant current regulator is studied. The problem of transient stability and voltage regulation for a single machine infinite bus (SMIB) system is addressed in this paper. An improved Backstepping design method for transient stability enhancement and voltage regulation of power systems is discussed beginning with the classical Backstepping to designing the nonlinear excitation control of synchronous generator. Then a more refined version of this technique will be suggested incorporating the sliding mode control to enhance voltage regulation and transient stability. The proposed method is based on a standard third-order model of a synchronous generator connected to the grid (SMIB system). It is basically implemented on the excitation side of the synchronous generator and compared to the classical Backstepping controller as well as the conventional controllers which are the automatic voltage regulator and the power system stabiliser. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method which ameliorates to a great extent the transient stability compared to the other methods. 相似文献

The ‘steady state stability’ of the French power transmission system has been greatly improved by supplying additional signals to the voltage regulator. The control system parameters, including the additional signals, have been chosen in order to cover all the possible operating conditions and network configurations. These additional signals lead to an increase in the ‘steady state stability’ domain even with a regulator having constant parameters. Better results have been obtained using the model reference adaptive control method with an adjustable regulator. A method based on the ‘hyperstability’ approach has been used for the design of the adaptive control system because of its efficiency. Moreover, the adaptive control of generator excitation, using voltage, speed and active power as input signals, reduces the oscillations of the H.P. turbine valves when the generator is affected by network perturbations. Therefore, the wear of the units, in particular of nuclear units, could be reduced. The principles of this new type regulator are discussed and experimental results are presented. 相似文献
