鞍钢合理炉料结构的形成

鞍钢高炉合理的炉料结构是高碱度烧结矿与酸性球团矿搭配使用。建设弓矿200万t球团厂，生产高质量的酸性球团矿取代东烧酸性小球烧结矿(东烧改为生产高碱度烧结矿)，4年回收投资，鞍钢全面实现合理的炉料结构。     

不定形耐火材料在球团焙烧炉上的应用

鞍钢烧结总厂球团焙烧机是从澳大利亚克里斯夫公司罗布河球团厂部分引进设备,11号高炉技术改造重大配套项目之一。鞍山黑色金属矿山设计院加以修、配、改设计,设计生产能力为年产200万吨氧化镁酸性球团矿。1989年2月投产,迄今已两年多,其间历经两、三次检修部分炉衬,终因炉衬破损严重,不能适应鞍钢炼铁生产对球团矿日益增长的要求。公司决定对焙烧炉进行大修。大修设计由鞍钢设计院承担对原设计不尽合理部分进行修改。     

球团矿粉干燥煤粉热风炉三维设计及应用

直燃式煤粉热风炉是球团矿生产中为精矿粉干燥回转窑提供热源的燃烧炉.介绍了炉子的三维结构设计、重要热工参数的计算及煤粉燃烧的连续点火问题、炉内结焦问题和煤粉炉除尘问题的解决方法.该炉在鞍钢弓长岭球团厂获得成功应用并成为示范炉.     

努力推进我国球团矿的生产

论述了我国发展球团矿生产的紧迫性和必要性,分析了国外球团矿生产发展的态势和我国目前球团矿生产的现状,指出了我国当前要进一步推进球团矿生产,并提出了球团厂建设中应注意的一些问题。     

1991年北美铁矿球团生产情况

1991年北美铁矿产量估计为93.1Mt高于1990年的90.9Mt,但低于1989年的98.2Mt。1991年北美12家球团厂估计产球团矿(包括酸性和熔剂性球团矿)75.7Mt,低于1990年15家球团厂产量的76.5Mt和1989年15家球团厂产量的82.5Mt,1991年北美球团产量估计占球团生产能力91.3Mt的83%。美国最大的球团厂明塔克厂1991年估计生产熔剂性球团矿     

提高竖炉球团矿铁品位的研究

根据高炉生产实践，入炉品位每升高1个百分点，焦比可降低2％，产量可提高3％，渣量可减少20kg／t，综合体现在生铁成本下降10元／t。球团矿因其强度好、粒度均匀、铁品位高、还原性好等特点，越来越受到现代高炉炼铁的青睐，其在炉料结构中的用量比例越来越高。但是目前我国只有个别球团厂的铁品位达到65％，大部分都在62％～63％左右，有的球团厂还低于60％；与闽外的相比，我国球团矿铁品位一般要低3～4个百分点。所以，进一步提高球团矿铁品位是加快球团生产的首要任务。     

ISO9001：2000标准在球团生产中的运用

武钢矿业公司随着鄂州500万t/a球团厂的建设和二期的规划，将有望成为球团矿的商品基地。大冶铁矿球团厂作为矿业公司最早的球团矿生产单位，在2003年实现了球团矿产品外销，从武钢内部市场走入外部市场。如何稳定和提高产品质量，满足用户的需要，更好地巩固和开拓市场，为今后武钢成为球团矿的商品基地积累经验将成为工作的重点。     

竖炉球团生产中FeO的控制

巴西多西河谷公司对其球团厂进行现代化改造

1前言 随着鞍钢高炉大型化的发展，高炉的炉料结构日趋合理，基本上是70％的高碱度烧结矿搭配30％的酸性球团矿。由于高炉的产能增加，球团矿的供应出现缺口，所以厂里先后进口了加拿大、印度等球团矿。但各种球团矿因生产的原料和工艺不同，球团矿的特性会有差别，因此对炼铁总厂使用的几种球团矿的质量特性做一简要分析。
