大型货物的装填过程中影响载荷的因素较多,其中对中精度对装填载荷影响较为明显。通过动力学仿真软件ADAMS对装填过程中载荷进行模拟,并对各影响因素进行定量分析,得到对中偏差与装填载荷的关系。将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,验证该仿真方法的正确性,可作为后续研究装填载荷的一种方法,为结构设计提供指导。  相似文献

利用Pro/E三维造型软件,运用MAGMAsoft铸造数值模拟软件对阀体铸钢件充型凝固过程进行了模拟分析。通过对铸件铸造全过程的CAD/CAE研究,准确地反映了铸件充型凝固过程的实际状况,预测了可能产生的铸造缺陷及产生缺陷的部位。研究结果表明,在靠近阀体铸件热节部位放置冒口以及在法兰底部添加冷铁,可使之顺序凝固,能有效地改善热节状态,达到消除和控制缺陷的目的,使铸件能够达到质量要求。  相似文献

This paper focuses on solving the bottleneck problem-process simulation in virtual manufacture (VM), a solution of whole process simulation including geometrical aspect and physical aspect is put forward in the domain of laser surface hardening. For the difference of mechanisms among the different laser machining modes, the architecture integrated with the common and the distinction is constructed for the whole process simulation, and it is suitable for all laser machining modes. The virtual processing equipments for the laser machining are built by IGRIP software. The processing model is the map of the processing mechanism and the different models mapping to different machining modes. The whole process modeling of laser surface hardening is described. The extracted modeling parameters comprise geometrics, laser characters, material properties and mechanical properties, the model is built by artificial neural network method, and the finished model is embedded to IGRIP by quadric development. The whole virtual processing is implemented combining the whole model and the visualization simulation, the simulation result including the joints movement of the processing robot, collision-free report, processing effect prediction etc. are output. The analysis for the simulation result and the influence of parameters on processing effect are discussed to guide the real laser machining. 由于物体曲面形状复杂和扫描设备的原因,扫描得到的点云中难免有孔洞出现。为产生封闭的实体曲面,需要对孔洞进行填充。国内外许多学者提出了许多关于孔洞填充的算法,不过这些算法主要针对曲率较小区域的孔洞。这里提出了一种新的改进算法,解决了高曲率区域的复杂孔洞填充问题。通过将复杂孔洞分割成许多简单子孔洞,再将各子孔洞分别填充,完成复杂孔洞填充。最后对孔洞填充区域进行光顺和细化处理,并更新其拓扑信息。  相似文献

Injection molding is a plastic transformation process to produce complex parts; an efficient way of decorating a part is to do it during the molding cycle, introducing decorated film or fabric inside the mold.One of the most important tools to optimize the injection cycle is to make simulations, but the recognized software do not have potential to simulate IMD (In Mold Decoration) process because the behavior of the polymer flowing over fabric is unknown.This article is focused on the design of a methodology to characterize polymer rheological behavior from a macroscopic point of view, in order to estimate a useful viscous model for use in CAE software by means of a spiral mold and pressure sensors located in it, instead of a rheometer. However, the test temperature of polymer is not constant during the test when the spiral mold method is used, and it is necessary to introduce corrections.For authors, this study is a novelty because any author has used a spiral mold to characterize the rheological behavior of polymers injected over fabric, and the exposed methodology will be very useful to adjust IMD pressure drop on computer programs.  相似文献

传统的表面装饰是在工件表面网印出图案.用可成型膜进行模内装饰正取代传统的成型后上漆、印制、镭射刻字和镀铬等工艺,模内热转印注塑成型(IMR)技术就是利用这种可成型薄膜,它可使零件在脱模时即已完成装饰.将IMR技术应用于笔记本Frame的塑料模具工艺中,取得较好的成型质量,有助于该项新技术的推广应用.  相似文献

为了优化拖车连杆头铸件的浇注工艺,以Pro/E软件为前处理平台,以ProCAST软件为模拟平台,结合工厂实际生产的需要,对拖车连杆头铸件进行了数值模拟。通过对模拟结果与试制结果的比较,在充分肯定ProCAST软件分析准确性的基础上,从浇注系统和补缩系统入手,对铸件进行了工艺参数的优化设计。研究结果表明:通过充型凝固数值模拟分析以进行工艺参数的优化,有效地避免了铸件体中出现缺陷,提高了产品的质量。  相似文献
