将人工神经网络用作转炉炼钢过程的预测模型,实现了对转炉出钢温度的全面预测.并探讨了影响转炉出钢温度及转炉炼钢过程的因素,为生产合格钢水及转炉的动态控制提供理论依据.本模型能很好的预测转炉终点的出钢温度,并能较好的分析主要工艺参数(如铁水温度、氧气耗量等)对转炉出钢温度的影响,预测值比较准确.     

涟钢20t转炉出钢过程钢流温降规律的研究

统计分析了涟钢２０ｔ氧气顶吹转炉的出钢温度,出钢过程钢水温降、出钢过程钢水温降速率等的分布状况,研究了影响出钢过程钢水温降的因素,建立了出钢过程钢水温度变化数学教学,研究结果表明,降低出钢温度,缩短出钢时间、提高钢包内衬温度可显著减少出钢过程钢水温降。     

涟钢20t转炉出钢过程钢液温降规律的研究

统计分析了涟钢20t氧气顶吹转炉的出钢温度、出钢过程钢水温降、出钢过程钢水温降速率等的分布状况,研究了影响出钢过程钢水温降的因素,建立了出钢过程钢水温度变化数学模型.研究结果表明,降低出钢温度、缩短出钢时间、提高钢包内衬温度可显著减少出钢过程钢水温降.     

涟钢LF精炼温度变化研究

采用多元回归分析方法建立了涟钢210转炉厂LF钢包炉精炼终点钢水温度的变化模型,应用该模型对LF精炼终点钢水温度进行预测,对预测结果进行了统计分析,结果表明该模型对LF钢包炉精炼终点温度的预测误差较小,能对现场产生指导意义。     

210 t顶底复吹转炉-RH流程IF钢板坯连铸钢水温降规律的研究

对迁钢210 t顶底复吹转炉-RH-板坯连铸工艺条件下的IF钢温度状况进行了统计和分析,根据RH初始温度和废钢加入量对RH处理过程温降的影响,建立RH处理过程钢水温度变化的数学模型,得出转炉出钢至开始连铸时的总温降为162.52℃,转炉出钢至RH到站平均温降为79.54℃, RH过程平均温降39.10℃, RH出站至中间包的温降为44.58℃;利用多元统计回归分析,可较好地预测RH过程的温降。

不同直径的出钢口决定转炉出钢流场的分布,从而影响出钢过程的钢水温降,而钢水温降直接影响转炉出钢温度以及炼钢生产节奏。为掌握出钢过程中的温降规律以及设计合理的出钢口参数,利用Ansys软件包建立三维转炉及钢包模型,借助数值模拟方法,研究得到200 t转炉在不同尺寸出钢口下的出钢流场数据,进而针对出钢过程中的钢水注流,研究出钢口尺寸及钢包内壁温度对注流温降的影响规律。研究发现,钢水注流的温降与注流比表面积成正比;另外在出钢早期,内壁温度每提升100 K,注流温降平均减小0.4~0.7 K。后续将继续开展出钢过程中钢包及合金辅料对钢水温降影响规律的研究,以期为转炉出钢工艺提供数据支撑。

一种钢包连续加盖装置的研究与应用

分析了炼钢厂钢包转运过程中影响钢水温度变化的各种因素及所受工艺状况制约,研究应用了一种钢包连续加盖装置,最终降低了转炉钢水出钢温度和过程温降,起到很好的节能降耗效果。     

基于数据驱动的转炉二吹阶段钢水温度动态预测模型

转炉钢水温度是转炉终点控制的工艺参数之一,精确的钢水温度预测对转炉终点控制具有重要的指导意义。然而,以往的大多数转炉终点预测模型属于静态模型,只能够实现对转炉吹炼终点钢水温度的预测,无法实现动态预测,导致模型的作用有限。针对该问题,提出了一种基于数据驱动的转炉二吹阶段钢水温度动态预测模型。模型先通过新案例主吹阶段的工艺参数,基于案例推理算法找到历史案例库中相似案例。再利用相似案例的二吹阶段工艺参数并基于长短期记忆网络（Long short-term memory,LSTM）算法训练工艺参数与钢水温度的变化关系。然后利用训练好的LSTM模型,计算新案例二吹阶段的钢水温度变化。最后,利用某钢厂实际生产数据,研究了不同重用案例个数及神经元个数对模型预测精度的影响,实验结果表明:模型在重用案例个数为4,神经元个数为10时模型的预测精度最高,此时模型对钢水温度的预测误差在[?5 ℃, 5 ℃]、[?10 ℃,10 ℃]和[?15 ℃,15 ℃]的命中率分别达到40.33%、68.92%和88.33%,模型的性能高于传统二次方模型和三次方模型。      

影响连铸钢水温度诸因素分析

本文通过对上钢五厂转炉炼钢厂在线温度的测定,建立了以连铸钢水温度为中心的系统数学模型。理论和实际的分析表明,采用该模型使钢水温度预测准确率在95％以上,对生产工艺控制有一定的指导意义。
