喷吹颗粒镁脱硫喷枪射流数值模拟

采用商业软件fluent模拟了倒"Y"型喷枪颗粒镁喷吹脱硫过程,研究了喷枪插入深度、载气流量、喷枪出口直径和出口夹角对喷枪射流及铁水内部流场的影响。结果表明,适当减小载气流量、增加喷枪插入深度、适当减小出口直径、出口夹角90°时喷枪的射流及铁水内部流场较好。     

铁水脱硫喷溅原因分析及解决措施

分析了镁钙复合喷吹铁水脱硫过程中产生喷溅的原因,通过采取合理控制铁水罐净空、喷枪喷吹速度、喷枪插入深度等措施,减轻了脱硫过程的铁水喷溅程度,铁损由原来的大于42 kg/t铁降低到33 kg/t铁以下。     

螺旋外导流槽式脱硫喷枪的数值模拟及应用研究

针对常规直通式单口喷枪喷吹金属颗粒镁铁水脱硫存在的脱硫反应动力学条件差的问题,提出了螺旋外导流槽式脱硫喷枪,并对其喷吹过程进行了数值模拟研究。通过对比发现,螺旋导流槽式脱硫喷枪能够有效提高气体对熔池的搅拌作用,同时减弱铁水喷溅。某钢厂250 t铁水罐的铁水金属颗粒直接喷吹脱硫工业性试验与应用表明,铁水喷溅与渣面金属镁蒸气逃逸燃烧明显降低,脱硫剂平均单耗降低6.0%,喷枪平均寿命达180炉/支,应用效果优良。     

喷吹颗粒镁铁水脱硫影响因素的数值模拟

在CFD软件平台上进行了青钢新区喷吹颗粒镁铁水脱硫影响因素的数值模拟,研究了载气流量、喷枪插入深度、喷嘴直径、喷嘴夹角对脱硫过程铁水罐内流场以及混匀死区的影响。结果表明,在原有工艺参数下,随载气流量适当减小、喷枪插入深度最大、喷嘴直径稍微增大和喷嘴夹角适当增大,均可改善铁水罐内速度场和湍动能的分布,减小混匀死区,增加停留时间。推荐的工艺参数为载气流量90 Nm~3/h、喷枪插入深度200 mm、喷嘴直径8 mm、喷嘴夹角60°~90°。     

300 t铁水包双枪喷吹脱硫均混时间的水模型研究

通过1:3.5水模型研究了宝钢300 t铁水包双枪喷吹脱硫时,喷枪插入深度、气体流量、喷吹位置对均混时间的影响。结果表明,偏心喷吹的搅拌效果优于中心喷吹;喷枪插入越深,均混时间越小,但对底部耐火材料冲击加大;气体流量增加,铁水包内回流区增加,均混时间减小;喷枪弯曲时均混时间比同一工况直喷枪喷吹减少10%～30%。     

单直孔喷枪与双侧孔喷枪的脱硫效果分析

马鞍山钢铁股份公司第一钢轧总厂针对复合喷吹脱硫工艺中采用单直孔喷枪存在终点命中率低、镁粉消耗高、易产生喷溅、温度损失大、喷吹时间长等问题,通过改造喷枪结构,采用一种新型双侧孔喷枪并合理优化喷吹参数,取得明显脱硫效果。在铁水初始w(S)=0.03%～0.04%,终点目标w(S)≤0.002%条件下,达到了终点命中率提高7%、镁粉消耗降低0.11kg/t、温度损失减少6℃、喷吹时间缩短2.5min和喷溅得到控制等效果,同时大幅度降低了脱硫成本。     

铁水KR预处理高效输粉系统研究与应用

通过研究目前铁水脱硫工艺中输粉效率低、输送喷溅问题,改进输粉设备喷射结构。同时改进输送管道定常助吹系统,解决浓相输送带来的物料堆积堵塞管道问题。采用新技术后,输粉效率提高1倍以上,脱硫环境得到较大改善。     

插入深度与载气流量对铁水颗粒镁脱硫影响的数值模拟

在CFD软件平台上进行喷吹颗粒镁铁水脱硫数值模拟,通过改变喷枪插入深度、载气流量等参数,探究其对脱硫过程中铁水罐内流场以及混匀死区的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下,增大喷枪插入深度、适当降低载气流量均可改善喷吹颗粒镁的动力学条件,增强脱硫效果。     

复合旋转喷吹铁水脱硫预处理工艺研究与应用

鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂结合复合喷吹脱硫和KR搅拌脱硫两种工艺的优势,研制了复合旋转喷吹铁水脱硫预处理工艺,并且增加了脱硫喷枪的喷吹孔数量,调整了喷枪旋转转速,优化了喷吹孔位置分布以及喷吹孔径尺寸等参数。实践表明,采用复合旋转喷吹铁水脱硫预处理工艺可以降低脱硫粉剂消耗约30%,脱硫率提高了4.25%。     

新型铁水颗粒镁脱硫喷枪的研究

针对目前铁水镁脱硫喷枪结构单一及使用中枪体振动易引起气体逸出不均匀、喷溅较大等问题,通过水模型物理模拟和数值模拟,设计了一种汽化室带侧孔的新型脱硫喷枪。研究结果表明：设计喷枪喷吹时,气体从汽化室逸出连续均匀,气泡在液相中分布均匀弥散,且停留时间与原喷枪相当,液面波动较平稳均匀。工业试验结果表明：使用新型喷枪可降低镁耗2...
