1 前言金属光泽釉已经应用于陶瓷砖生产中,市场上现已有黄色、银色、黑色、铜红和棕色等几种金属光泽釉。根据市场需要,经过多次试验,我们研制出釉面光亮并且带有金属膜的绿色金属光泽釉,其绿色金属光泽釉装饰炻质砖具有较高的艺术效果及欣赏价值。近年来对金属光泽釉的研究很多,如在铅硼高碱或硼锌低碱透明釉中加入铁、锰、铜、镍、钛、钒等氧化物。这些氧化物相互配比并且过饱和,可以形成系列颜色带有膜或不带膜的金属光泽釉。笔者通过大量实验,最后确定在高铅高硼低碱的基础釉中过饱和锰、铜、铬、镍等成一定比例的绿色色基,烧… 相似文献

以马尾松硫酸盐法制浆黑液为原料,采用微波辐射技术进行羟甲基化、磺化反应,制备改性木质素基陶瓷添加剂(LST)。通过正交实验得到最佳反应条件:HCHO用量为3%(占黑液质量分数),NaHS03用量为6%(占黑液质量分数),磺化温度为110°C,磺化反应的微波功率为450W,磺化时间为25min;用红外光谱法测定了LST结构特征参数并进行了产品的应用研究。实验结果表明,当LST的添加量为0.6%(占陶瓷粉料质量分数)时,陶瓷浆料流出时间为20S,比重为1.705g/mL,生坯强度为2.618MPa,皆优于对比样。 相似文献

A multilayer ceramic structure with a photonic bandgap (MC-PBG) was fabricated by a method of tape casting combined with screen printing. The MC-PBG structure is a two-dimensional array with either rectangular or hexagonal metal coils in a ceramic matrix. The metal coils are connected to the base metal layer in the ceramic substrate to form a monolithic body. The surface-wave dispersion properties of these MC-PBG structures were measured. A stop band, which is significantly influenced by the symmetrical characteristics of the inductor–capacitor ( LC ) arrays, was found in both the structures in the frequency range of 2.0–3.5 GHz. Because of their effective surface-wave suppression, MC-PBG structures can be used as high-performance antenna substrates to enhance the broadside gain of patch antenna devices. 相似文献

The microwave drill is a novel process for creating shaped holes in nonconductive materials. Its inherent material selectivity makes the microwave drill ideally suited for the controlled removal of ceramic coatings from underlying metallic substrates. In this paper, it is shown that the microwave drill process can drill through ceramic thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) to uncover an array of simulated cooling holes. The concept, apparatus, and procedure for successful drilling are described, and the potential for use in the production of advanced gas turbine components is discussed. 相似文献

Thermal stability was examined theoretically for various commercial grades of alumina heated by microwave energy. The critical temperature for thermal runaway was evaluated as a function of Biot number and ambient temperature, employing various functional forms of the dependence of dielectric loss with temperature. Field-temperature relationships were derived for the limit of small temperature gradients in the specimen. Finite difference methods were used under conditions where significant temperature gradients were sustained in the specimen. The critical temperature approached limiting asymptotes for the extremes in Biot number, with smooth variation in the intermediate regime. Stability diagrams were constructed which denote regions of stability and their dependence on important system parameters. The effects of ambient temperature on critical temperature were determined analytically and compared with experimental observations on heating alumina fiber bundles by a hybrid configuration utilizing an external suseptor. The results have implications for temperature control near the critical temperature and the design of hybrid heating systems. 相似文献
