In this paper, we consider multiple mobile manipulators grasping a common object in contact with a rigid surface, and propose a new version of adaptive robust control extended to the actuator level for multiple mobile manipulators carrying a common object in a cooperative manner. The proposed controls are robust not only to parametric uncertainties including mass variation and electrical parameters but also to external disturbances. Simulation results are presented to validate that the motion/force tracking errors converge to zero whereas the internal force tracking error remains bounded and can be made arbitrarily small.  相似文献

In this paper, adaptive robust force/motion control strategies are presented for mobile manipulators under both holonomic and nonholonomic constraints in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances. The proposed control is robust not only to parameter uncertainties such as mass variations but also to external ones such as disturbances. The stability of the closed-loop system and the boundedness of tracking errors are proved using Lyapunov stability synthesis. The proposed control strategies guarantee that the system motion converges to the desired manifold with prescribed performance and the bounded constraint force. Simulation results validate that the motion of the system converges to the desired trajectory, and the constraint force converges to the desired force.  相似文献

The problem of self-tuning control with a two-manipulator system holding a rigid object in the presence of inaccurate translational base frame parameters is addressed. An adaptive robust neural controller is proposed to cope with inaccurate translational base frame parameters, internal force, modeling uncertainties, joint friction, and external disturbances. A radial basis function neural network is adopted for all kinds of dynamical estimation, including undesired internal force. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, together with simulation studies and analysis, the position tracking errors are shown to asymptotically converge to zero, and the internal force can be maintained in a steady range. Using an adaptive engine, this approach permits accurate online calibration of the relative translational base frame parameters of the involved manipulators. Specialized robust compensation is established for global stability. Using a Lyapunov approach, the controller is proved robust in the face of inaccurate base frame parameters and the aforementioned uncertainties.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive backstepping fuzzy cerebellar-model-articulation-control neural-networks control (ABFCNC) system for motion/force control of the mobile-manipulator robot (MMR) is proposed. By applying the ABFCNC in the tracking-position controller, the unknown dynamics and parameter variation problems of the MMR control system are relaxed. In addition, an adaptive robust compensator is proposed to eliminate uncertainties that consist of approximation errors, uncertain disturbances. Based on the tracking position-ABFCNC design, an adaptive robust control strategy is also developed for the nonholonomicconstraint force of the MMR. The design of adaptive-online learning algorithms is obtained by using the Lyapunov stability theorem. Therefore, the proposed method proves that it not only can guarantee the stability and robustness but also the tracking performances of the MMR control system. The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed control system are verified by comparative simulation results.  相似文献

In this paper, adaptive NN control is proposed for bilateral teleoperation system with dynamic uncertainties, unknown external disturbances, and unsymmetrical stochastic delays in communication channel to achieve transparency and robust stability. Compared with previous passivity‐based teleoperation framework, the communication delays are unsymmetrical and stochastic. By partial feedback linearization using nominal dynamics, the nonlinear dynamics of the teleoperation system are transformed into two subsystems: local master/slave dynamics control and time‐delay motion tracking. By integrating Markov jump systems and adaptive parameters updating, adaptive NN control strategy is developed. The stability of the closed‐loop system and the boundedness of tracking errors are proved using Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional synthesis under specific linear matrix inequalities conditions. The proposed adaptive NN control is robust against motion disturbances, parametric uncertainties, and unsymmetrical stochastic delay, which effectiveness is validated by extensive simulation studies. This paper addresses the trajectory tracking control of a nonholonomic wheeled mobile manipulator with parameter uncertainties and disturbances. The proposed algorithm adopts a robust adaptive control strategy where parametric uncertainties are compensated by adaptive update techniques and the disturbances are suppressed. A kinematic controller is first designed to make the robot follow a desired end-effector and platform trajectories in task space coordinates simultaneously. Then, an adaptive control scheme is proposed, which ensures that the trajectories are accurately tracked even in the presence of external disturbances and uncertainties. The system stability and the convergence of tracking errors to zero are rigorously proven using Lyapunov theory. Simulations results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust adaptive control law in comparison with a sliding mode controller.  相似文献

In this paper, force/motion tracking control is investigated for nonholonomic mobile manipulators with unknown parameters and disturbances under uncertain holonomic constraints. The nonholonomic mobile manipulator is transformed into a reduced chained form, and then, robust adaptive force/motion control with hybrid variable signals is proposed to compensate for parametric uncertainties and suppress bounded disturbances. The control scheme guarantees that the outputs of the dynamic system track some bounded auxiliary signals, which subsequently drive the kinematic system to the desired trajectory/force. Simulation studies on the control of a wheeled mobile manipulator are used to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

We present a semi-decentralized adaptive fuzzy control scheme for cooperative multirobot systems to achieve H(infinity) performance in motion and internal force tracking. First, we reformulate the overall system dynamics into a fully actuated system with constraints. To cope with both parametric and nonparametric uncertainties, the controller for each robot consists of two parts: 1) model-based adaptive controller; and 2) adaptive fuzzy logic controller (FLC). The model-based adaptive controller handles the nominal dynamics which results in both zero motion and internal force errors for a pure parametric uncertain system. The FLC part handles the unstructured dynamics and external disturbances. An H(infinity) tracking problem defined by a novel performance criterion is given and solved in the sequel. Hence, a robust controller satisfying the disturbance attenuation is derived being simple and singularity-free. Asymptotic convergence is obtained when the fuzzy approximation error is bounded with finite energy. Maintaining the same results, the proposed controller is further simplified for easier implementation. Finally, the numerical simulation results for two cooperative planar robots transporting an object illustrate the expected performance.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the tracking control problem of robotic systems perturbed by time-varying parameters, unmodelled dynamics and external force (and moment) disturbances. The upper bound of system uncertainties and disturbances is not required for controller design. Also, no limitations are assumed on the speed of variation and the magnitude of unknown parameters and perturbations. An adaptive algorithm with simplicity and universality properties is proposed to ensure robust tracking. Presenting the closed loop stability proof analytically, the tracking controller is applied to a two-link robot manipulator and the simulation results are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

Combining sliding mode control method with radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), this paper proposes a robust adaptive control scheme based on backstepping design for re-entry attitude tracking control of near space hypersonic vehicle (NSHV) in the presence of parameter variations and external disturbances. In the attitude angle loop, a robust adaptive virtual control law is designed by using the adaptive method to estimate the unknown upper bound of the compound uncertainties. In the angular velocity loop, an adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to suppress the effect of parameter variations and external disturbances. The main benefit of the sliding mode control is robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. To further improve the control performance, RBFNNs are introduced to approximate the compound uncertainties in the attitude angle loop and angular velocity loop, respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the tracking errors are shown to be asymptotically stable. Simulation results show that the proposed control system attains a satisfied control performance and is robust against parameter variations and external disturbances.   相似文献

In the presence of uncertain constraint and robot model, an adaptive controller with robust motion/force tracking performance for constrained robot manipulators is proposed. First, robust motion and force tracking is considered, where a performance criterion containing disturbance and estimated parameter attenuations is presented. Then the proposed controller utilizes an adaptive scheme and an auxiliary control law to deal with the uncertain environmental constraint, disturbances, and robotic modeling uncertainties. After solving a simple linear matrix inequality for gain conditions, the effect from disturbance and estimated parameter errors to motion/force errors is attenuated to an arbitrary prescribed level. Moreover, if the disturbance and estimated parameter errors are square-integrable, then an asymptotic motion tracking is achieved while the force error is as small as the inversion of control gain. Finally, numerical simulation results for a constrained planar robot illustrate the expected performance.  相似文献

Most studies on the coordination control of multiple mobile manipulators system assume exact knowledge of system dynamics and deal only with motion control. However, actual applications may involve the tasks in which multiple coordinated mobile manipulators system interacts with rigid or non-rigid working surfaces. In this paper, we consider multiple mobile manipulators grasping a rigid object in contact with a deformable working surface, whose geometric and real physical parameters are unknown but boundedness of physical parameters is known. The contact forces are nonlinear and difficult to model. A neuro-adaptive control for coordinated mobile manipulators is proposed for robust force/motion tracking. The control law is based on the philosophy of the parallel approach, in which the control problem is divided into three subspaces and the adaptive techniques are employed to deal with the uncertain environmental constraints, disturbances, and unknown robotic and object dynamics. The proposed adaptive force–motion controller guarantees the tracking errors of motion and force trajectories converge to zero. Simulation examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control.  相似文献

This paper studies the trajectory tracking control problem of mobile manipulators subject to nonholonomic constraints, operating in task space, with the presence of external torque disturbances and dynamic uncertainties. The proposed controls are robust to external torque disturbances and can overcome the effects of the unknown dynamic parameters. The stability of the closed-loop system and the asymptotic convergences of tracking errors are proved using Lyapunov synthesis. The proposed control strategies have been designed to drive the system motion converges to the desired manifold and, at the same time, guarantees the boundedness of all the closed-loop signals. Simulation results validate that the system trajectory converge to the desired one.  相似文献

The recently proposed saturated adaptive robust controller is integrated with desired trajectory compensation to achieve global stability with much improved tracking performance. The algorithm is tested on a linear motor drive system which has limited control effort and is subject to parametric uncertainties, unmodeled nonlinearities, and external disturbances. Global stability is achieved by employing back-stepping design with bounded (virtual) control input in each step. A guaranteed transient performance and final tracking accuracy is achieved by incorporating the well-developed adaptive robust controller with effective parameter identifier. Signal noise that affects the adaptation function is alleviated by replacing the noisy velocity signal with the cleaner position feedback. Furthermore, asymptotic output tracking can be achieved when only parametric uncertainties are present.  相似文献

In this study, a dynamical adaptive integral backstepping variable structure control (DAIBVSC) system based on the Lyapunov stability theorem is proposed for the trajectory tracking control of a nonlinear uncertain mechatronic system with disturbances. In this control scheme, no prior knowledge is required on the uncertain parameters and disturbances because it is estimated by two types of dynamical adaptive laws. These adaptive laws are integrated into the dynamical adaptive integral backstepping control and variable structure control (VSC) parts of the DAIBVSC. The dynamical adaptive law in the dynamical adaptive integral backstepping control part updates parametric uncertainties, while the other in the VSC part adapts upper bounds of non‐parametric uncertainties and disturbances. In order to achieve a more robust output tracking and better parameter adaptation, the control system is extended by one integrator and sliding surface is augmented by an integral action. Experimental evaluation of the DAIBVSC is conducted with respect to performance and robustness to parametric uncertainties. Experimental results of the DAIBVSC are compared with those of a traditional VSC. The proposed DAIBVSC exhibits satisfactory output tracking performance, good estimation of the uncertain parameters and can reject disturbances with a chattering free control law. This paper studies the lateral and longitudinal path tracking control of four-wheel steering vehicles. By the introduction of virtual points, a robust and adaptive path tracking control strategy is proposed to simultaneously counteract modeling uncertainties, unexpected disturbances, and coupling effects. An adaptive model-based feedforward adaptive term and the robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) feedback term can be used to yield an asymptotic tracking result, which improve the tracking performance and reduce the control effort. The stability of closed-loop system is analyzed using a Lyapunov-based method. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed controller under different driving conditions.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing adaptive fuzzy-based (or neural network-based) robust controls for a large class of uncertain nonlinear time-varying systems. This class of systems can be perturbed by plant uncertainties, unmodeled perturbations, and external disturbances. Nonlinear H(infinity) control technique incorporated with adaptive control technique and VSC technique is employed to construct the intelligent robust stabilization controller such that an H(infinity) control is achieved. The problem of the robust tracking control design for uncertain robotic systems is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed robust stabilization control scheme. Therefore, an intelligent robust tracking controller for uncertain robotic systems in the presence of high-degree uncertainties can easily be implemented. Its solution requires only to solve a linear algebraic matrix inequality and a satisfactorily transient and asymptotical tracking performance is guaranteed. A simulation example is made to confirm the performance of the developed control algorithms.  相似文献
