润滑油抽出油制取橡胶填充油的研究

以糠醛为溶剂对抚顺石油一厂减五线馏分油溶剂精制的抽出油进行抽提,制备了橡胶填充油.考察了抽提温度和剂油质量比对产物收率和质量的影响.研究结果表明,当剂油质量比一定时,温度升高,产物收率上升,芳烃含量下降;当温度一定时,随着剂油质量比的增大,产物收率上升,而芳烃含量先上升后下降.综合考虑产物质量和收率,本实验范围内较适宜的操作条件为:抽提温度80 ℃,剂油质量比3.0.在此条件下,产物收率为63%,芳烃含量为58.84%.     

中原原油生产润滑油

本文对中原混合原油生产润滑油，从常减压蒸馏到溶剂脱蜡、酸碱精制及白土补充精制等生产过程进行了阐述，并与川中原油生产润滑油进行了比较。     

催化酯化地沟油的裂解油制备燃料油

以地沟油为原料,通过高温热裂解得到高酸值85mg（KOH）／g的裂解油,进而通过催化酯化反应降低热裂解油的酸值。讨论了催化剂种类、甲醇用量等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,以自制的S2O8^2-／ZrO2固体超强酸作催化剂,甲醇用量（以裂解油质量计）为30％时,酯化效果最好,可以使裂解油酸值降至2mg（KOH）／g。还考察了催化剂的使用寿命,结果表明,催化剂使用到第3次时,酯化率仍可达到84．8％。酯化后裂解油的燃料油性能有所改善。     

加氢基础油在喷油螺杆压缩机油中的应用

根据喷油螺杆空气压缩机的性能特点，采用加氢基础油研制开发了DAH喷油螺杆压缩机油，介绍了喷油螺杆压缩机的实际使用情况，并对选油条件提出了具体要求。     

大庆原油掺炼萨里尔原油生产润滑油基础油

介绍了使用大庆原油掺混50%萨里尔原油试生产润滑油基础油期间,各装置的加工情况并对产品性能指标进行了对比。萨里尔原油酸值小,硫、氮含量较低,属于轻质低硫石蜡基原油,适宜生产润滑油基础油。试生产结果表明:通过优化装置的操作条件,减二线可以生产黏度指数大于90的满足HVIIb等级要求的润滑油基础油,减三线可以生产黏度指数大于80的满足HVIIa等级要求的润滑油基础油。     

高凝油捞油技术

为降低运行成本,提高"三低"油井开发效益,通过对影响高凝油捞油因素进行分析,解决了高凝油井化学降粘、抽子能满足在复合套管内捞油的需要、弹性泄油技术、捞油车适合沈一区高凝油(67℃)大负荷捞油需要等四大难题,使高凝油井可顺利实现捞油作业.     

China Aviation Oil Acquires Overseas Oil Company

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) announced an acquisition of a 20.6 percent stake in Singapore Petroleum Company (SPC) from Satya Capital Inc Ltd, the largest investment the company has ever made in its history. China Aviation Oil (Singapore),which is the largest Chinese enterprise Singapore,will become the second largest shareholder of SPC after the acquisition.

Chinese Oil Giants Eye Canadian Oil Fields

SinoCanada, a subsidiary of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Development Corporation, and Canada-based Synenco Energy Inc announced on May 31 that they have inked a series of agreements to launch a joint venture for common development of the oil sand project located in Athabasca region of Northeast Canada＇s Alberta Province. Based on the agreements, Sinopec will pay 105 million Canadian dollars （USS84 million） for a stake in Canada＇s Northern Lights oil sands project while Synenco owns the remaining 60 percent share, and will operate the project as the managing partner.     

Insulating Oil for Underwater Oil Production Equipment

The problem of using electric insulating oils in underwater oil production equipment is examined. The results of comparative studies of the physicochemical and insulating properties and thermooxidative stability of domestic and foreign oils of this class are presented.     

China Crude Oil Imports and Oil Market-oriented Reform

Crude oil imports in China are mainly carried out by state-owned entities with non state-owned entities as compliment. Crude imported by 5 state-owned entities accounts for 90% of the total imports, while non state-owned entities are about given more freedom in using and importing crude. In 2015 only, there were 13 companies granted with access to imported crude oil and 6 were qualified to import rights. Currently, there are 29 non-state-owned companies engaging in crude import business. China oil market is faced with severe challenges. The growth rate of oil demand declined, and dependence upon imported oil increased and reached as high as 61.26% in 2015. Refined oil demand growth also slowed down, and oil refining overcapacity got prominent and completion would become fiercer in future. Overcapacity was about 140 million tons per year in 2015. Consumption ratio of diesel to gasoline went on declining, and the task of product structure adjustment was heavy. China oil market is undergoing great transformation, and institutional mechanism will go ahead, on the basis of centering on orderly release of limitations on crude oil and refined oil import and export, orderly release of competitive business and government pricing of oil/gas downstream links, vigorous resolving of overcapacity, strengthening low-carbon development, and laying a solid foundation for guarantee.

针对成熟阶段的油页岩,提出了一种评价油页岩微小孔隙中含油率的方法.应用测井资料,定量求取油页岩各组分的体积含量,得到较为精确的油页岩孔隙度值和泥质含量.通过导电机理的分析,建立油页岩导电模型.利用测井资料确定方程中各参数,对油页岩含油率进行定量评价.实际应用表明,该方法对富含有机质、泥质含量较多的油页岩具有较好的适用性...
