This paper is concerned with the problem of H fuzzy static output feedback control for discrete‐time Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy systems, and new design methods are presented. By defining a fuzzy Lyapunov function, a new sufficient condition guaranteeing the H performance of the T‐S fuzzy systems is derived, and the condition is expressed by a set of linear matrix inequalities. In comparison with the existing literature, the proposed approach may provide more relaxed condition while ensuring better H performance. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

This paper investigates the H asynchronous filtering problem for active power filter (APF) systems with time delayed to monitor the states of these systems. APF system is represented by T‐S fuzzy model. The phenomenon of asynchronous often appears in the practical system. And in this paper, asynchronous means that the switching of the filters we designed has a lag to the switching of the system models. By using the MDADT and the Lyapunov‐Krasovskii function methods, the switching filtering error system is delay‐dependent stability and has the H performance. The filter parameter is solved by linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A simulation example is given to show the efficiency of the proposed methods.  相似文献

The fuzzy model predictive control (FMPC) problem is studied for a class of discrete‐time Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy systems with hard constraints. In order to improve the network utilization as well as reduce the transmission burden and avoid data collisions, a novel event‐triggering–based try‐once‐discard (TOD) protocol is developed for networks between sensors and the controller. Moreover, due to practical difficulties in obtaining measurements, the dynamic output‐feedback method is introduced to replace the traditional state feedback method for addressing the FMPC problem. Our aim is to design a series of controllers in the framework of dynamic output‐feedback FMPC for T‐S fuzzy systems so as to find a good balance between the system performance and the time efficiency. Considering nonlinearities in the context of the T‐S fuzzy model, a “min‐max” strategy is put forward to formulate an online optimization problem over the infinite‐time horizon. Then, in light of the Lyapunov‐like function approach that fully involves the properties of the T‐S fuzzy model and the proposed protocol, sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the input‐to‐state stability of the underlying system. In order to handle the side effects of the proposed event‐triggering–based TOD protocol, its impacts are fully taken into consideration by virtue of the S‐procedure technique and the quadratic boundedness methodology. Furthermore, a certain upper bound of the objective is provided to construct an auxiliary online problem for the solvability, and the corresponding algorithm is given to find the desired controllers. Finally, two numerical examples are used to demonstrate the validity of proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of H fuzzy controller synthesis for a class of discrete‐time nonlinear active fault‐tolerant control systems (AFTCSs) in a stochastic setting. The Takagi and Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model is employed to exactly represent a nonlinear AFTCS. For this AFTCS, two random processes with Markovian transition characteristics are introduced to model the failure process of system components and the fault detection and isolation (FDI) decision process used to reconfigure the control law, respectively. The random behavior of the FDI process is conditioned on the state of the failure process. A non‐parallel distributed compensation (non‐PDC) scheme is adopted for the design of the fault‐tolerant control laws. The resulting closed‐loop fuzzy system is the one with two Markovian jump parameters. Based on a stochastic fuzzy Lyapunov function (FLF), sufficient conditions for the stochastic stability and H disturbance attenuation of the closed‐loop fuzzy system are first derived. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach to the fuzzy control design is then developed. Moreover, a suboptimal fault‐tolerant H fuzzy controller is given in the sense of minimizing the level of disturbance attenuation. Finally, a simulation example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, new approaches regarding H2 guaranteed cost stability analysis and controller synthesis problems for a class of discrete‐time fuzzy systems with uncertainties are investigated. The state‐space Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy model with norm‐bounded parameter uncertainties is adopted. Based on poly‐quadratic Lyapunov functions, sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust H2 fuzzy controller can be obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Furthermore, a convex optimization problem with LMI constraints is formulated to design a suboptimal fuzzy controller which minimizes the upper bound on the quadratic cost function. The effectiveness of the proposed design approach is illustrated by two examples. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing an Hfuzzy state‐ feedback (SF) plus state‐derivative‐feedback (SDF) control system for photovoltaic (PV) systems based on a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. The TS fuzzy controller is designed on the basis of the Takagi‐Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. The sufficient condition is found such that the system with the fuzzy controller is asymptotically stable and an Hperformance is satisfied. First, a dc/dc buck converter is considered to regulate the power output by controlling state and state‐derivative variables of PV systems. The dynamic model of PV systems is approximated by the TS fuzzy model in the form of nonlinear systems. Then, based on a well‐known Lyapunov functional approach, the synthetic is formulated of an Hfuzzy SF plus SDF control law, which guarantees the L2‐gain from an exogenous input to the regulated output to be less than or equal to some prescribed value. Finally, to show effectiveness, the simulation of the PV systems with the proposed control is assessed by the computer programme. The proposed control method shows good performance for power output and high stability for the PV system.  相似文献

In this paper the problem of H dynamic feedback control for fuzzy dynamic systems has been studied. First the problem of H dynamic feedback controller designs for complex nonlinear systems, which can be represented by Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy systems, is presented. Second, based on a Lyapunov function, four new dynamic feedback H fuzzy controllers are developed by adequately considering the interactions among all fuzzy sub‐systems and these dynamic feedback H controllers can be obtained by solving a set of suitable linear matrix inequalities. Finally, two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methods. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new scheme for designing a H stabilizing controller for discrete‐time Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy systems with actuator saturation and external disturbances. The weighting‐dependent Lyapunov functions approach is used to design a robust static output‐feedback controller. To address the input saturation problem, both constrained and saturated control input cases are considered. In both cases, stabilization conditions of the fuzzy system are formulated as a convex optimization problem in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Two simulation examples are included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methods. A comparison with the results given in recent literature on the subject is also presented.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the design problem of observer-based H control for discrete-time Takagi?Sugeno (T?S) fuzzy systems. New sufficient conditions guaranteeing the H performance of the T?S fuzzy systems are derived. With the aid of some special derivations, bilinear matrix inequalities are converted into a set of linear matrix inequalities which can be solved using a single-step resolution procedure. In comparison with the existing literature results, the proposed approach may provide more relaxed conditions while ensuring better H performance. Finally, both numerical and practical examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose and investigate a new general model of fuzzy genetic regulatory networks described by the Takagi–Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model with time‐varying delays. By using a Lyapunov functional approach and linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques, the stability criteria for the delayed fuzzy genetic regulatory networks are expressed as a set of LMIs, which can be solved numerically by LMI toolbox in Matlab. Two fuzzy genetic network example are given to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, a new method is proposed for stability analysis and synthesis of Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with time‐varying delay. Based on a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), some less conservative delay‐dependent stability criteria are established. In the derivation process, some additional useful terms, ignored in previous methods, are considered and new free‐weighting matrices are introduced to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of LKF for T–S fuzzy systems with time‐varying delay. The proposed stability criterion and stabilization condition are represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the benefits of the proposed method. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article presents a fuzzy control scheme for a class of Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy uncertain bilinear system with disturbance (FUBSD). First, the T–S FUBSD is established and based on the parallel distributed compensation method, the overall robust H fuzzy controller is proposed to globally stabilise the T–S FUBSD. Then, some sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the robust stabilisability of the overall fuzzy control system via linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is utilised to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper is focused on reliable controller design for a composite‐driven scheme of networked control systems via Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy model with probabilistic actuator fault under time‐varying delay. The proposed scheme is distinguished from the other schemes as mentioned in this paper. Aims of this article are to solve the control problem by considering the H, dissipative, and L2?L constraints in a unified way. Firstly, to improve the efficient utilization of bandwidth, the adaptive composite‐driven scheme is introduced. In such a scenario, the channel transmission mechanism can be adjusted between adaptive event‐triggered generator scheme and time‐driven scheme. In this study, the threshold is dependent on a new adaptive law, which can be obtained online rather than a predefined constant. With a constant threshold, it is difficult to get the variation of the system. Secondly, a novel fuzzy Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional is constructed to design the fuzzy controller, and delay‐dependent conditions for stability and performance analysis of the control system are obtained. Then, LMI‐based conditions for the existence of the desired fuzzy controller are presented. Finally, an inverted pendulum that is controlled through the channel is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This study aims to design an interval type‐2 (IT2) fuzzy static output feedback controller to stabilize the IT2 Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy system. Conservative results may be obtained when a common quadratic Lyapunov function is utilized to investigate the stability of T‐S fuzzy systems. A fuzzy Lyapunov function is employed in this study to analyze the stability of the IT2 fuzzy closed‐loop system formed by the IT2 T‐S fuzzy model and the IT2 fuzzy static output feedback controller. Stability conditions in the form of linear matrix inequalities are derived. Several slack matrices are introduced to further reduce the conservativeness of stability analysis. The membership‐function shape‐dependent analysis approach is also employed to relax the stability results. The numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed conditions.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the H filtering problem for two‐dimensional T‐S fuzzy systems. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained by using basis‐dependent Lyapunov functions. By considering the measured output as an independent variable with respect to the state variable and the disturbance input, a new method for designing two‐dimensional H filters is presented. Moreover, it has been shown that the proposed method is equivalent to the conventional one. Therefore, the proposed method does not lead to any conservativeness that may be caused by separately considering the measured output, the state variable, and the disturbance input. In converting the parameterized linear matrix inequalities (PLMI) into LMI constraints, attention is focused on the reduction of the number of LMI‐based conditions. On the basis of the proposed theorem, the number of LMI‐based conditions is reduced to r3 from r3(r + 1)2 ∕ 4 by the conventional method. Thus, the computational advantage is obvious for fuzzy systems with large number of fuzzy rules. Simulation results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method. In this paper, using a more general Lyapunov function, less conservative sum‐of‐squares (SOS) stability conditions for polynomial‐fuzzy‐model‐based tracking control systems are derived. In tracking control problems the objective is to drive the system states of a nonlinear plant to follow the system states of a given reference model. A state feedback polynomial fuzzy controller is employed to achieve this goal. The tracking control design is formulated as an SOS optimization problem. Here, unlike previous SOS‐based tracking control approaches, a full‐state‐dependent Lyapunov matrix is used, which reduces the conservatism of the stability criteria. Furthermore, the SOS conditions are derived to guarantee the system stability subject to a given H performance. The proposed method is applied to the pitch‐axis autopilot design problem of a high‐agile tail‐controlled pursuit and another numerical example to demonstrate the effectiveness and benefits of the proposed method.  相似文献

By utilising Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy set approach, this paper addresses the robust H dynamic output feedback control for the non-linear longitudinal model of flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicles (FAHVs). The flight control of FAHVs is highly challenging due to the unique dynamic characteristics, and the intricate couplings between the engine and fight dynamics and external disturbance. Because of the dynamics’ enormous complexity, currently, only the longitudinal dynamics models of FAHVs have been used for controller design. In this work, T–S fuzzy modelling technique is utilised to approach the non-linear dynamics of FAHVs, then a fuzzy model is developed for the output tracking problem of FAHVs. The fuzzy model contains parameter uncertainties and disturbance, which can approach the non-linear dynamics of FAHVs more exactly. The flexible models of FAHVs are difficult to measure because of the complex dynamics and the strong couplings, thus a full-order dynamic output feedback controller is designed for the fuzzy model. A robust H controller is designed for the obtained closed-loop system. By utilising the Lyapunov functional approach, sufficient solvability conditions for such controllers are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed T–S fuzzy dynamic output feedback control method is demonstrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper aims to design a controller to robustly stabilize uncertain nonlinear systems with time‐varying delay and norm bounded uncertainties via Takagi–Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model. The stabilization conditions are given in the form of linear matrix inequalities using a single Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) combining the introduction of some relaxation matrices and only one tuning parameter. In comparison with the existing techniques in the literature, the proposed approach has two major advantages. The first is the reduction of computational complexity when the number of IF‐THEN rules, r, is big. The second concerns the conservatism reduction. Several examples are given to show the effectiveness and the merits of the design procedure. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper aims at presenting a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller for photovoltaic (PV) systems subject to asymmetric input constraint. Indeed, the output voltage of the DC‐DC converter used for adjusting the photovoltaic output power can be controlled by means of variation of duty ratio limited between 1 and 0. The control design goal is to improve the efficiency of PV systems under asymmetric saturation of duty ratio. To achieve this goal, first, a Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model is used to represent the nonlinear behavior of the PV system. A T–S reference model is employed to give the ideal state direction which must be followed. To achieve a good steady state tracking, the integral of the state tracking error is used to define an extended system state vector. Second, the input characteristic is partitioned into several regions. In each region, the asymmetric saturation function can be considered as a symmetric saturation function. Furthermore, H stabilization conditions for the resulting switching fuzzy control of the PV system under actuator saturation are formulated in term of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) using the Lyapunov approach. Simulation results are exhibited to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献
