大山选矿厂投产以来,针对浮选工艺流程中的问题做了大量改进:给药系统经历了从投产初的给药泵到 1995年的电子给药机,再到1998年的PLC-Ⅲ-64/5程控加药机和新型电磁阀的改进历程;浮选工艺经历了投产时的混合-分离两段浮选工艺,到2001年后的优先-混合分步浮选工艺的改进历程。通过这些改进,加上对原有设备性能的提高和新设备、新药剂的使用,使浮选指标不断提高,铜精矿品位从1991年的22.99%提高到2004年的24.89%,铜回收率从1991年的78.34%提高到2004年的86.72%。  相似文献

梅山矿业针对浮选给药系统药剂单耗高的问题,进行了浮选数控给药系统工业试验与研究。通过将浮选作业原有给药系统升级为数控给药系统,收集工业试验前后浮选质量指标和药剂消耗指标,统计并分析了数控加药系统对浮选的影响。试验结果表明:数控给药系统使用后,获得的浮选作业硫精矿品位为34.37%、硫回收率达67.51%,捕收剂单耗58.07 g/t,起泡剂单耗43.76 g/t,数控给药系统可有效提高浮选回收率,降低浮选药剂消耗。  相似文献
