1 概况
涟钢280m^2烧结机是涟钢为提高钢铁产品的产量和质量,降低生产成本,提高产品市场竞争力而兴建的。280m^2烧结机系统建成投产后,在正常工作情况下,每年可生产高质量的成品烧结矿300万吨,它的建成极大地缓解了公司当前原燃料供给的压力。工程于2004年12月5日在长沙正式与中冶长天签订工程总承包合同,正式开始施工运作。并于2006年2月17日达产达效,比公司制定的一个月提前了3天,并比预计的三个月提前了2个月3天,在整个烧结机建设史上是一大奇迹。 相似文献

涟钢1800CSP热轧平整机在生产中存在一些板形缺陷,用户反馈板形质量异议在5%以上。为了提高该机组的板形控制水平,减轻工作辊“W”形不均匀磨损对板形的影响,并提高单辊过钢量,针对热轧平整机工艺特点,本文以工作辊和支持辊间接触压力分布均匀化和前张力分布均匀化为目标,优化设计了新的工作辊及支持辊辊形。理论计算和现场应用表明,优化后新辊形使辊间接触压力分布趋于均匀,平整机工作辊“W”形磨损得到缓解,单辊过钢量与板形质量均显著提高。 相似文献

The sources of construction delays include engineering, construction, financial/economic, management/administrative, and force majeure. This paper presents a knowledge-based expert system dedicated to engineering-related delays. Three categories of engineering-related delays are considered in the proposed system. These are: (1) design development; (2) workshop drawings; and (3) project parties changes delays. The knowledge of the system is acquired from literature, Federation International des Ingenieurs-Conseils (FIDIC) contract forms, domain experts, as well as a questionnaire survey. Three classes of participants (consultants, contractors, and employers) have been approached to get their feedback on the cases of engineering-related delays. The design of the questionnaire and criteria for selecting participants are described. The feedback of the participants is analyzed to draw the main causes of engineering-related delays. The proposed system’s built-in rules utilize the procedure of FIDIC contract forms for both design-bid-build and design-build projects. In addition, it provides flexibility in utilizing other customized procedures. The system advises on the claim entitlement, responsibility, and compensability of claims. A case study is presented to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed expert system. 相似文献

The role of institutional arbitration has become significantly less commercially viable in the international construction industry as a primary means of dispute resolution because of the uniqueness of the construction process. As a result, the construction industry has developed an innovative form of primary dispute adjudication called the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB). This paper will show the need for an efficient dispute resolution process because of the globalization of the construction industry. It will focus on the standard contract forms of the Féderation Internationale des Ingénieures-Conseils (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) (FIDIC), which are widely used in international construction projects. The paper will then discuss recent developments in the FIDIC, including the development of the DAB to address the fundamental need for a commercially viable means of construction dispute adjudication. 相似文献
