采用广义微分求积(GDQ)法开展了不同边界条件下承受面内线性变化载荷作用复合材料层合板振动与屈曲的分析与优化。针对GDQ法求解面内线性变化载荷工况复合材料层合板屈曲问题存在计算振荡、不收敛现象,提出载荷扰动策略实现了GDQ法对复合材料层合板屈曲问题的稳定高效求解。基于基础圆频率和临界屈曲载荷系数的归一化指标,分析了铺层角度对复合材料层合板综合性能的影响,并结合直接搜索模拟退火算法开展了复合材料层合板的铺层顺序优化。结果表明:铺层角度变化对屈曲性能的影响明显强于频率特性;面内线性变化载荷中,以弯曲载荷作用下复合材料层合板的优化综合性能受边界条件变化的影响最小,而优化铺层角度受边界条件变化的影响最大。研究结果为复杂载荷作用下复合材料层合板的设计提供了参考。 相似文献

本文用边界元法分析了纤维增强复合材料正交各向异性层合板的屈曲性态。为了克服在用边界元法求解正交各向异性层合板屈曲时寻求相应的基本解的困维,本文采用了双重傅立叶级数和引用等效荷载的概念,建立了层合板屈曲临界荷载的特征方程。算例说明了本文方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

与常规层合板相比,变刚度层合板的制造、有限元建模分析和铺层设计有其特殊之处。首先对设计时需考虑的制造因素进行了归纳,提出了变刚度层合板的铺层设计要求。然后给出了变刚度层合板的理想模型和考虑丝束宽度模型的建模方法。基于理想模型对ABAQUS的前处理模块进行二次开发,利用编制的参数化建模程序分析了不同铺放角的变刚度层合板的屈曲性能,并讨论了最小曲率半径对铺层的限制和变刚度设计提高屈曲载荷的机制。基于变刚度层合板的抗屈曲机制建立了一种铺层优化设计方法,使用遗传算法经两步优化得到最优铺层。对最优铺层建立考虑丝束宽度的模型以研究丝束宽度和铺层偏移对变刚度层合板抗屈曲铺层优化结果的影响。研究表明,在变刚度层合板的抗屈曲铺层优化中使用简化的理想模型通常来说是可行的。在考虑制造因素的情况下,优化后的变刚度层合板较常规层合板屈曲载荷有显著提高。 相似文献

A theoretical investigation of the response of multilayered composite laminates to concentrated and distributed dynamic surface loads is carried out. Each layer of the laminate is assumed to be transversely isotropic and dissipative with arbitrarily oriented symmetry axis. The dissipative property of the material is modeled approximately through the introduction of a frequency-dependent damping function. A multiple transform technique is used to calculate the spectra and time histories of the displacements and stresses produced by a variety of dynamic loads, and the quantitative features of the waves produced in the laminate are determined. The methodology developed in this work is expected to be useful in the prediction of the response of composite laminates to impact loads and also in the characterization of acoustic emission (AE) sources in these materials under static and dynamic loads. 相似文献

This paper concerns the buckling load analysis of laminates with a pre‐existing delamination, using the finite element method based on the Mindlin plate theory. To deal with the contact problem in the buckling mode, an effective algorithm is presented. In this method, an iterative updating process based on the first‐order sensitivity analysis and the quadratic programming technique is proposed to compute the fictitious forces in contacting areas at first. These fictitious forces are then transferred into the stiffness parameters of some artificial springs. The original stiffness matrix of system can be modified, using these artificial springs. Finally, the penetration between two delaminated layers in the buckling mode can be prevented effectively. Numerical examples show that this method is very efficient to solve the contact problem in eigenvalue analysis from the viewpoint of its accuracy, stability and convergence speed. While the quasi-static fracture load of many composite laminates can be estimated with engineering accuracy, the fracture event itself has not been clearly characterized and is incompletely understood. When cyclic loading is present, the pre-fracture damage state is altered significantly, so that estimating strength (or residual strength) is greatly complicated. The present paper examines this complexity and attempts to assess the manner in which pre-fracture fatigue damage affects residual strength and the fracture event. It is found that the large strength reductions observed prior to failure at low load levels can be accounted for by internal stress redistribution and material degradation events. A careful chain of physical evidence in support of this approach is presented. 相似文献

提出了一种等效理论来分析含损伤碳纤维增强树脂T300/QY8911复合材料层合板的分层屈曲。针对含贯穿脱层层合板产生面外弯曲后的受力特点,引入损伤界面的接触效应,根据精确模型所给出的多尺度变形失效机制,提出了一个基于刚度等效理论来分析损伤层合板结构失效的力学性能。通过将含脱层的区域等效成一个几何形状和铺设方式完全一致,但刚度相应折减的完善子板,运用三分区模型,根据板壳理论、复合材料力学等基本原理建立各子板的屈曲控制方程,同时结合边界条件和连续性条件求解。算例分析表明,本文所得的屈曲荷载与考虑接触效应精确模型所得的解析解及ABAQUS有限元结果高度吻合。该研究方法充分考虑了脱层带来的刚度降低以及由于分层界面处非线性抗穿透约束的影响,不仅大大简化了繁琐的推导过程和节省了计算量,而且揭示了深层次的力学机制,更为主要的是,该方法可以有效推广到含多分层损伤层合板的非线性力学性能的评估,为航空航天先进复合材料的结构设计和力学分析提供有力的技术支持。 相似文献

基于二次Bezier曲线法,开展纤维变角度层合板的屈曲特性研究。首先,对原始的二次Bezier曲线进行了扩展,提出了分段式二次Bezier曲线变化方法,重新定义了纤维变角度铺放参考路径,确定了变角度层合板的表示形式。其次,以[0±20(β)65]_(2s)和[90±20(β)65]_(2s)为例对变角度层合板的屈曲特性进行了有限元分析,并与定角度层合板对比。最后,研究了不同终止角α和连接点参数β对层合板屈曲性能的影响,结果表明:连接点参数β的增大使得两种变刚度层合板的线性屈曲载荷先增大后减小,终止角大于起始角时,层合板的一阶屈曲载荷逐渐增大,铺放角度的增大有利于层合板屈曲载荷的提高。 相似文献

Abstract This study aims to propose a simple explicit model for predicting the nonlinear rate dependent behaviors of composite laminates. Using one parameter plastic potential to describe the flow rule, the viscoplasticity model is expressed as a single master effective stress‐effective plastic strain curve in the form of a power law with a rate dependent amplitude. Based on the viscoplasticity model together with the laminated plate theory, the incremental form of the constitutive formulation is derived to model the nonlinear rate dependent behaviors of composite laminates. Symmetric glass/ epoxy and graphite/epoxy composite laminates were tested at three different strain rates and the experimental results were then compared with the model predictions. It was indicated that the proposed constitutive model is effective in characterizing the nonlinear rate dependent behaviors of composite laminates at strain levels up to 1%. 相似文献

首先,为研究复合材料层合板在准静态载荷下的基体裂纹演化特征,提出了一个基于能量的协同损伤演化模型。然后,通过模型对损伤进行了多尺度分析:从微观角度,采用三维有限元方法求得裂纹表面位移;从宏观角度,结合裂纹表面位移,推导了萌生基体裂纹的能量释放率。最后,根据裂纹萌生准则对基体裂纹的演化过程进行预测。模型考虑了演化过程中损伤的相互影响、残余应力、基体材料非线性、材料初始损伤分布及损伤演化的不均匀性。根据演化分析流程计算了[±θ/904]s铺层玻璃纤维复合材料的基体裂纹演化过程。结果表明:这一模型能够准确地预测准静态载荷下复合材料层合板基体裂纹的损伤演化规律。 相似文献
