本文采用电磁激励的方法,在线识别转子支承的刚度和阻尼系数,然后根据Ritz法和模态理论的基本思想,提出了一种新的转子不平衡的识别方法,该方法无需改变转子的工作转速,且能在支承随转速变化的条件下,满足全速动平衡的要求,该方法适用于测点数和校正平面数都大于等于3的转子,文中给出了仿真研究结果证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

提出了一种大型锻件外形尺寸的在线测量新方法.首先通过激光扫描仪扫描锻件表面的信息,将获得的扫描仪到锻件表面的距离信息转化为坐标信息,然后进行点云拼接、数据精简和曲面重构处理,最后导入SolidWorks软件中构建锻件的三维模型,从中提取截面,给出锻件的尺寸信息,实现大型锻件外形尺寸的在线测量.  相似文献

The sustainable development of Internet hospitals and e-health platforms relies on the participation of patients and physicians, especially on the provision of health counseling services by physicians. The objective of our study is to explore the factors motivating Chinese physicians to provide online health counseling services from the perspectives of their online and offline reputation. We collect the data of 141029 physicians from 6173 offline hospitals located in 350 cities in China. Based on the reputation theory and previous studies, we incorporate patients’ feedback as physicians’ online reputation and incorporate physicians’ offline professional status as physicians’ offline reputation. Results show that physicians’ online reputation significantly and positively influence their online counseling behaviors, whereas physicians’ offline reputation significantly and negatively influence their online counseling behaviors. We conclude that physician’s online and offline reputations show a competitive and substitute relationship rather than a complementary relationship in influencing physicians to provide online counseling services in Internet hospitals. One possible explanation for the substitute relationship could be the constraints of limited time and effort of physicians.  相似文献

Control charts are the most popular statistical process control tools used to monitor process changes. When a control chart indicates an out‐of‐control signal it means that the process has changed. However, control chart signals do not indicate the real time of process changes, which is essential for identifying and removing assignable causes and ultimately improving the process. Identifying the real time of the change is known as the change‐point estimation problem. Most of the traditional methods of estimating the process change point are developed based on the assumption that the process follows a normal distribution with known parameters, which is seldom true. In this paper, we propose clustering techniques to estimate Shewhart control chart change points. The proposed approach does not depend on the true values of the parameters and even the distribution of the process variables. Accordingly, it is applicable to both phase‐I and phase‐II of normal and non‐normal processes. At the end, we discuss the performance of the proposed method in comparison with the traditional procedures through extensive simulation studies. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

It is a normal operating condition for a lot of cryogenic storage vessels that no boil-off gas is vented over long periods, which leads to a simultaneous pressure increase of the stored fluid. One main reason therefore is to avoid product losses during transport or between withdrawals. At transport conditions the mixing of the fluid can be assumed to be ideally, which results in a maximum reachable pressurising period. At stationary conditions the pressurising period is expected to be shorter, because a stratification is rising up, so that the heat capacity of the stored fluid cannot be used completely.In a thermodynamic view, an isochore change of state takes place and the heat flux into the vessel rises the internal energy of the fluid. For the representation of the isochore change of state a new developed Δu/v-v-diagram with the 1 × 105 Pa reference as a basis line is introduced. The basis line is linear for the filling rate and functionally connected with the specific volume.For the fluids He and H2 e.g., Δu/v-v-diagrams are pointed out, using the u- and v-values on the saturation lines for the two phase region and those of some isobar lines for the region above the critical pressure.  相似文献
