建立了小麦粉及面粉处理剂中三聚硫氰酸三钠盐的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。对比了不同提取试剂及提取方式对三聚硫氰酸三钠盐回收率的影响,并考察了三聚硫氰酸三钠盐在样品提取液中的稳定性。在最优实验条件下,三聚硫氰酸三钠盐在浓度0.05~2.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数R2=1.000 0,方法检出限为0.4 mg/kg,定量限为1.0 mg/kg。小麦粉中三聚硫氰酸三钠盐的加标回收率为80.4%~84.8%,RSD为1.4%~3.1%;面粉处理剂中三聚硫氰酸三钠盐的加标回收率为87.9%~91.5%,RSD为2.2%~3.2%。  相似文献

Production and applications of cyclododecatriene and cyclooctadiene. Today the cyclic trimerization of 1,3-butadiene to cyclododecatriene and the synthesis of cyclododecatriene derivatives are accomplished on an industrial scale using fully developed processes. This paper surveys the variety of the derivatives and their applications. The cyclic dimerization of 1,3-butadiene to cyclooctadiene and the synthesis of cyclooctadiene derivatives have also been performed on a technical scale for some years now. The paper gives examples of these derivatives, including polyoctenamer a rubber whose properties are considered to be due to the presence of cyclic macromolecules.  相似文献

The amount of acid sites on external surface and L/B ratio of the zeolite catalysts are close relative to the catalytic performance of the catalysts in butene trimerization. The doping of Ni into the zeolite modifies the textural and acidic properties of the catalyst. NiHβ(32) exhibits the highest catalytic performance and the lowest apparent activity energy in butene trimerization among the investigated catalysts, due to the reason that it has the proper amount of acid sites on external surface and the proper L/B ratio.  相似文献

Lignocellulosic biomass is a promising feedstock for the synthesis of value-added chemicals and biofuels. However, one of the biggest challenges for producing high-quality diesel fuels is the lack of sufficient carbon-chain length in biomass derivatives. In this study, a C17 diesel precursor 1,1,1-tris(5-methyl-2-f uryl)ethane (TEMF) with a yield of ca. 70% was synthesized from the cascade acetylation-hydroxyalkyla tion/alkylation of bio-based 2-methylfuran (MF) with acetic anhydride (AA) catalyzed by acid-treated montmorillonite with enhanced acidity and improved porosity. The catalytic mechanism of the cascade reaction process was investigated over different types of acid species (Brønsted acid and Lewis acid), and the influence of in situ formed acetic acid was also examined. A synergistic effect was observed to enable the synthesis of TEMF from the trimerization of MF with AA, in which Lewis acid and weak Brønsted acid species mainly catalyze the acetylation and hydroxyalkylation processes, while the subsequent alkylation step is mainly catalyzed by strong Brønsted acid.  相似文献

采用2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)三聚催化剂合成了二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)的三聚体,用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和凝胶色谱(GPC)对产物进行了表征,并用FT-IR跟踪方法研究了MDI-50三聚反应的反应动力学。结果表明,MDI-50三聚反应是一级反应,60℃时反应的速率常数Ka为0.00760min-1,平均活化能为79.33kJ/mol。  相似文献

利用DMol3分子模拟软件对二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)3种异氰酸酯自聚反应进行了模拟计算;利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对不同异氰酸酯在催化剂2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)作用下的三聚反应进行了跟踪,研究了不同催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间下3种异氰酸酯的自聚反应动力学。结果表明,异氰酸酯自聚反应倾向生成稳定的六元环结构;3种异氰酸酯三聚反应均为二级反应,MDI在加入催化剂质量分数0.05%时,反应的活化能为26.1 kJ/mol,IPDI和HMDI在加入催化剂质量分数2%时,反应的活化能分别为13.5 kJ/mol和49.9 kJ/mol。  相似文献

Oligomerization of isobutene has been investigated over AlCl3-loaded USY zeolite catalysts in order to produce triisobutenes or remove/separate isobutene from C4 streams. Stable isobutene conversion and high selectivity for trimers and tetramers were attained over the modified zeolite with high ratio of Lewis acid site-to-Brønsted acid site, suggesting that a potential trimerization catalyst can be obtained easily by loading a Lewis acid into an acidic zeolite catalyst. This catalyst can be facially produced by physical mixing and can be easily restored its activity after deactivation by simple calcinations.  相似文献

New emulsifiers were developed by esterification of polytriethanolamine based on the dimerization and trimerization of triethanolamine. The dimer and trimer were esterified with oleic acid to prepare monoesters of di-triethanolamine and tri-triethanolamine. The synthesized esters were evaluated as water-in-oil emulsifiers in oil-based muds, which are the circulating fluids used in rotary drilling to perform various functions required in the drilling operation, such as control of density, flow, and filtration properties. The dimer and trimer of triethanolamine were also esterified with hydrolyzed cottonseed oil, and the resulting esters were evaluated as commercial emulsifiers for oil-base muds.  相似文献
