碳纳米管水泥基复合材料电学性能数值模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用ANSYS12.0和蒙特卡洛随机方法构建了碳纳米管水泥基复合材料的有限元模型,并基于有限元法分析了碳纳米管长径比、直径和掺量对复合材料有效电阻率的影响,并在此基础上通过有效介质方程对有效电阻率数值解和电阻率实验值进行了拟合。数值计算结果表明,碳纳米管水泥基复合材料有效电阻率的有限元解与解析解较为一致,证明采用有限元法进行电学分析具有可行性;碳纳米管水泥基复合材料有效电阻率随碳纳米管掺量和碳纳米管长径比增加而减小,随着碳纳米管直径的减小而减小;有效介质方程对碳纳米管水泥基复合材料有效电阻率实验值和有限元数值解拟合曲线变化趋势是一致的。  相似文献

研究了碳纳米管-碳纤维/水泥基材料的微观结构以及碳纳米管-碳纤维/水泥基材料升温与降温过程中的热电性能。实验结果表明,当水泥基材料中碳纳米管掺量较低时(碳纳米管掺量占水泥质量百分比不高于0.5%),碳纳米管能有效改善水泥基体性能,密实基体结构。在碳纤维水泥基材料中掺入碳纳米管能有效提高和改善复合材料热电性能;当碳纳米管掺量为水泥质量0.5%,水泥基材料热电势率最多能提高260%,达到22.6μV/℃。与此同时,碳纳米管掺入能增强热电效应中温差电动势与温差关系的线性规律和可逆性规律。  相似文献

在水泥基中掺入不同比例的碳纳米管,制备出碳纳米管水泥基复合材料。测量其在室温~600℃的热膨胀性能,并根据DSC/TG、XRD图谱,孔径分布图和扫描电镜图从微观尺度分析其变化规律的机理。结果表明,从室温到150℃掺入各比例碳纳米管的水泥基复合材料热膨胀率变化趋势相似,热膨胀率为正值而出现微膨胀;150℃~590℃热膨胀率为负值且逐渐减小,试件持续收缩。当碳纳米管的掺量为水泥的0.3%时热膨胀曲线始终在其他掺量之下,热膨胀率达到最小值。这表明,碳纳米管掺量为0.3%的材料水化反应充分,产生大量的水化硅酸钙凝胶,收缩明显、密实度显著提高。掺入0.3%的碳纳米管可有效阻止供暖管道局部混凝土的膨胀,提高结构的耐久性。  相似文献

将碳纳米管与碳纤维混杂掺入水泥基材料制备碳纳米管-碳纤维(CNT-CF)水泥基材料,并研究其温敏和压敏传感特性。结果表明,当碳纳米管掺量较低时(0.5%),碳纳米管能有效提高CNT-CF水泥基材料的温敏和压敏特性;CNT-CF水泥基材料的活化能、温敏系数以及压敏传感线性程度和重复度均随碳纳米管掺量增加而提高;随着碳纳米管掺量继续增加,CNT-CF水泥基材料各项传感性能均有所下降。碳纳米管掺量为0.5%的试样传感特性最优。利用CNT-CF水泥基材料开发水泥基温敏、压敏传感器有一定应用前景。  相似文献

研究了脱油沥青(De-oiled asphalt)基气相生长碳纤维(VGCFs)增强水泥基复合材料的制备方法及其性能。以脱油沥青作原料,采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备出气相生长碳纤维,以此纤维制备水泥基功能复合材料。结果表明:低含量VGCFs的碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料具有良好的抗压强度和导电性能,在VGCFs的掺量由0增至0.6 %范围内,随着VGCFs掺量的增加,碳纤维增强水泥基复合材料的电阻率下降,抗压强度提高。当VGCFs为0.4 %时,VGCFs水泥基复合材料电阻率降低2个数量级,从3.25 ×105 Ω·cm 降为1.49 ×103 Ω· cm ,抗压强度提高28.8 %,为最佳掺量。   相似文献

在水泥基复合材料中掺入适量纤维可显著改善其物理力学性能,但有机-无机混杂纤维对水泥材料性能的影响目前研究不多。进行了单掺PVA纤维、单掺玄武岩纤维以及复掺两种纤维的水泥基复合材料力学性能实验。结果表明,单掺1.6%(体积分数)的短PVA纤维时,水泥基复合材料的抗折强度降低7%、抗压强度提升31%、折压比降低24%;单掺0.3%(体积分数)的短玄武岩纤维时,水泥基复合材料的抗折强度降低8%、抗压强度提升15.7%、折压比降低20%;掺0.3%(体积分数)短玄武岩纤维和0.5%(体积分数)短PVA纤维时,水泥基复合材料的抗折强度几乎无影响,抗压强度显著提升,折压比相对减少,其综合性能最优。  相似文献

利用四电极法研究了内掺水泥基渗透结晶防水材料(CCCW)的碳纤维石墨水泥基复合材料试样(40 mm×40 mm×40 mm)的导电特性及其在循环荷载作用下的压阻特性,分析讨论了碳纤维石墨水泥砂浆的体积电阻率及压阻特性随石墨掺量的变化规律。碳纤维和CCCW的掺量分别为水泥质量的1%和4%;石墨掺量分别为水泥质量的0%、10%、20%、30%、40%和50%。结果表明,添加CCCW的碳纤维石墨砂浆试样的体积电阻率随石墨掺量的增加迅速下降,并存在渗滤现象,渗滤阈值为20%左右。在循环荷载作用下,不同石墨掺量试样的电阻和应力存在一定的对应关系。石墨掺量为水泥质量的20%~30%时,碳纤维石墨水泥砂浆试样的体积电阻率与压应力呈现良好的可重复性,电阻值在应力加载时几乎呈线性下降,而卸载时增加。  相似文献

研究了不同掺量的碳纳米管对磷酸镁水泥(MPC)力学性能和导电性能的影响,并结合压汞法,XRD和FTIP分析其组分与微观结构变化。结果表明,随着碳纳米管掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥的抗压强度先增加后降低,掺量为0.03%时达到最佳。随着碳纳米管掺量增加,MPC电阻率逐渐降低,而孔隙率增加。一定掺量的纳米碳管可以促进磷酸镁水泥的水化,但没有新的水化产物生成。  相似文献

以高掺量粉煤灰磷酸盐水泥为基体,短切碳纤维为功能材料,制备出了磷酸盐水泥碳纤维复合材料(PCFC),同时制备了碳纤维硅酸盐基复合材料(CFRC),并利用压力试验机、交流电桥和SEM对二者的基本力学性能、导电性能及内部碳纤维分布进行了对比研究。此外还考察了碳纤维掺量、龄期对PCFC导电性能的影响。结果表明,PCFC相比CFRC在同等碳纤维掺量的情况下力学增强效果更好、导电性能更为优越;机理分析表明PCFC中存在二次"渗流"现象,而CFRC试体中则没有。SEM照片显示碳纤维掺量较高时,PCFC中的碳纤维分散得更好;龄期实验结果表明,当碳纤维掺量超过1.4%时,龄期对PCFC的导电性影响较小,具有良好的导电稳定性。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献

Several researches have been reported about the characteristic of β-Ga2O3 nanowires which was synthesized on nickel oxide particle. But indeed, recent researches about synthesis of β-Ga2O3 nanowires on oxide-assisted transition metal are limited to nickel or cobalt oxide catalyst. In this work, Gallium oxide (β-Ga2O3 ) nanowires were synthesized by a simple thermal evaporation method from gallium powder in the range of 700 - 1000℃ using the iron, nickel, copper, cobalt and zinc oxide as a catalyst, respectively. The β-Ga2O3 nanowires with single crystalline without defects were successfully synthesized at the reaction temperature of 850, 900 and 950℃ in all the catalysts. But optimum experimental condition in synthesis of nanowires varied with the kind of catalyst. As increasing synthesis temperature,the morphology of gallium oxide nanowires changed from nanowires to nanorods, and its diameter increased. From these results, we could be proposed that the growth mechanism of β-Ga2O3 nanowires was changed with synthesis temperature of nanowires. Microstructure and morphology of Synthesized nanowire was characterized by HR-TEM, FE-SEM, EDX and XRD.  相似文献
