为了从源头上解决工程机械领域涂装环保需求,选择了水性工程机械涂料进行涂装,并讨论了水性工程机械涂料涂层性能指标,工程机械涂装工艺及常见涂装弊病和解决方案、水性涂料涂装线改造、水性涂装线废水处理等内容。试验表明:水性涂料涂层性能可达到与溶剂型涂料相当,在一定的施工条件范围内、在适当改造的涂装线条件下,可满足涂装生产线的施工效率。选择合适的漆雾絮凝剂也可有效分离漆渣且使处理后的涂装废水循环使用。  相似文献

详细调研了汽车外饰塑料件3条溶剂型涂料涂装线和1条水性涂料涂装线的生产运行数据及其使用的供应商涂料配比数据,对2类涂料涂装过程的挥发性有机物(VOCs)释放量和总能耗(生产过程和涂装过程能耗之和)进行了对比。结果表明:涂装过程中使用水性涂料比溶剂型涂料在VOCs释放方面有大幅削减,在末端使用集中热力燃烧装置(RTO)的情况下,2种涂装线的VOCs释放浓度目前均能够达标;而水性涂料比溶剂型涂料的总能耗大约多55%,改用水性涂料后,涂装释放的VOCs削减效果很显著,但其能耗有所增加。因此,水性涂料需要在涂装工序方面进行精简,水性涂料涂装线生产效率的提高也是未来推广水性涂料使用亟待解决的实际问题。  相似文献

介绍了目前国内外环保法规现状和溶剂车间底漆 VOCs排放状态,通过分析二次喷砂效率,说明车间底漆的重要性。结合青岛地区所处环境和山东省 VOCs排放标准,对水性无机锌车间底漆性能验证和可行性进行研究,并通过与溶剂型车间底漆 VOCs排放等方面的对比,进行经济性分析。结果表明:使用水性自固化无机硅车间底漆在满足环保法规的同时提高了二次喷砂施工效率,无需对 VOCs净化进行较大改造,只需对烘干段加大通风量,加快水性车间底漆固化速率,即可以满足生产要求。通过对设备改造和污染排放等费用综合分析,说明水性车间底漆具有良好的防腐性能和经济价值。  相似文献

采用PUD乳液搭配PAC乳液和简单的填料搭配体系,制备了一种可以替代溶剂型PU/UPE/NC底漆的高性能水性木器底漆.讨论了不同成膜物、填料和成膜助剂的种类和用量以及流变助剂对涂膜性能和涂装外观的影响,同时对涂膜性能进行了分析和测试.结果表明:该产品可以对密度板及其切割边实现良好的封闭和填充,涂膜具有高填充、快速打磨、优异的机械性能和耐化学介质性能,可以配合溶剂型PU或NC实色面漆产品使用,以其低价、环保的优势完全可以取代溶剂型产品在密度板涂装上的应用.  相似文献

Although waterborne coatings have successfully replaced their solventborne counterparts in a variety of areas, their use generally has been limited to applications with relatively modest performance requirements. Recently, advances in technology have allowed for the design of waterborne coatings with performance suitable for more demanding applications. The emergence of two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings exemplifies this trend. These coatings can provide performance similar to that of solventborne 2-pack urethanes, but with much lower VOC. The chemistry of these coatings is discussed, in light of its relevance to some of the technical challenges, e.g., pot life and CO2-gassing in thick films, unique to these systems. The use of 2-pack waterborne urethane topcoats in combination with low VOC waterborne acrylic/epoxy primers and intermediate coats is also described. Such multiple coat systems offer the promise of long term corrosion protection in severe industrial and marine environments, coupled with very low VOC.  相似文献

In vehicle manufacturing, a common topcoat process sequence is the application of a waterborne basecoat, partial dehydration, application of a solventborne clearcoat, then curing at approximately 150°C. Anecdotal evidence suggests that under “harsh” (high temperature and velocity) dehydration conditions, a skin can be formed, which can trap excess water in the basecoat. Upon curing, the excess water forms vapor that can burst through the topcoat, leading to surface imperfections, termed pinholes or pops. A forward-time center-distance finite difference model, incorporating only diffusion and evaporation and experimentally determined coefficients, was used to simulate the water concentration in the layers of a paint film. Simulations were conducted at constant temperatures (27°C and 82°C) as well as by using temperature traces from a full-size dehydration oven under harsh (82°C) and gentle (54°C) conditions. The model accurately predicted the overall solids content after dehydration. However, in both temperature scenarios, the surface layer water concentration was less at the low temperature for the same overall solids content. This counter-intuitive finding is attributed to the increase in diffusivity with temperature, which allows water to be supplied to the surface faster in the high temperature run in each scenario. Therefore, this simple diffusion-evaporation model is not suitable for simulating water entrapment leading to popping.  相似文献

Two-pack paint systems are used in various segments of the industrial coatings market. Stringent legislation concerning the emissions of organic solvents has led to an increasing demand for green alternatives, for the current solventborne products. Water, in this respect, is one of the most interesting technologies for ambient curing systems. A novel waterborne isocyanate-free two-pack system for high gloss topcoats is herewith described. The system is based on two waterborne acrylics with different functional groups. Properties of the system were compared with the performance of waterborne two-pack polyurethanes based on polyisocyanates and waterborne acrylic polyols. Solventborne versions of both two-pack systems were also used as references.  相似文献

In the field of environmentally friendly coatings waterborne two-component polyurethane systems represent a new technology, combining the good film properties of solventborne two-component polyurethane coatings with the low VOC values of waterborne technology. Recently, waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings have matured to the point that they offer realistic alternatives to the corresponding solventborne systems in various application fields.

For industrial finishing and automotive refinish we are introducing rapid drying coatings exhibiting well-balanced range of properties at low VOC level. We developed high-performance OEM-clearcoats which combine good chemical resistance with excellent mar resistance. Waterborne soft-feel lacquers are already well established in the market.

Development of a new generation of water dispersible polyisocyanates as well as improvements in application technology have contributed substantially to this. Additionally, progress in understanding the fundamental principles of aqueous two-component-PUR systems like side reactions during pot life and film formation or the cause of blistering supported our developments.

We expect that waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings will gain a significant share of the market where high-performance coatings are demanded.  相似文献

为了制备高耐性的水性环氧富锌底漆,本文研究了环氧乳液粒径及其分布,活泼氢和环氧基的物质的量比对水性环氧富锌底漆的耐性尤其是耐盐雾、初期耐水性和耐闪锈性能的影响。实验结果表明,当环氧乳液粒径 ≤500 nm,且粒径分布均一,同时活泼氢和环氧基的物质的量比在 0. 8左右时,所得水性环氧富锌底漆的耐盐雾、初期耐水和耐闪锈性能达到最佳,其中耐中性盐雾可达 3 000 h,初期耐水性大于 480 h。此外,本文还研究了分散体系和防闪锈剂对耐盐雾、耐水和耐闪锈性能的影响,结果表明,选择高分子分散剂和与体系相容性好的防闪锈剂时,上述性能达到最佳。  相似文献
