不同干燥方法对桑椹中芦丁含量的影响

目的:研究不同干燥加工方法对桑椹药材中芦丁含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法研究不同干燥法加工后桑椹药材中芦丁含量的变化。结果:经不同干燥加工方法处理后的桑椹药材种芦丁的含量有较大差异,以冷冻干燥法处理后的桑椹药材中芦丁含量最高。结论:通过对比分析不同的干燥加工方法,冷冻干燥法的干燥效果最佳。

Human disease from radon exposures: The impact of energy conservation in residential buildings

The level of radon and its daughters inside conventional buildings is often higher than the ambient background level. Interest in conserving energy is motivating home-owners and builders to reduce ventilation and hence to increase the concentration of indoor generated air contaminants, including radon. It is possible that the current radiation levels in conventional homes and buildings from radon daughters could account for a significant portion of the lung cancer rate in non-smokers. Moreover, it is likely that some increased lung cancer risk would result from increased radon exposures; hence, it is prudent not to allow radon concentrations to rise significantly. There are several ways to implement energy conservation measures without increasing risks.     

Lung cancer incidence in a Chinese high background area — Epidemiological results and theoretical interpretation

A survey of inhabitant exposures arising from the inhalation of radon and thoron daughters, and lung cancer mortality has been carried out in two adjacent areas in Guangdong province, China, designated as the “high background” and the “control” area. Annual exposure rates are 0.38 WLM/yr in the high background, and 0.16 WLM/yr in the control area, while age-adjusted mortality rates are 2.7 per 10⁵ living people of all ages in the high background, and 2.9 per 10⁵ in the control area. From this data we conclude that we are unable to determine the excess lung cancer rate over normal fluctuations below a cumulative exposure of about 15 WLM. This conclusion is supported by lung cancer mortality data from an Austrian high background area.

The control of radon progeny by air treatment devices

The effect of air treatment devices on the behaviour of radon decay products has been studied in laboratory conditions. An HEPA filter and an electrostatic precipitator were used. Both of the filters were found to decrease the equilibrium factor of daughters and increase the unattached fraction of decay products. In a clean air they also decreased the activity of unattached daughters. The effect of the devices on the health risk caused by radon progeny was estimated by dosimetric calculations. The results corresponding to different models show considerable discrepancy, mainly due to different assumptions about the influence of unattached decay products on the dose.

Role Orientation of the TV Presenter's Social and Cultural Communication——Take the Second Season of Dong Qing's Poetry Conference as an Example

Spring Festival of chicken, since broadcast, the second quarter of CCTV China Poetry Conference is popular with the audience with rave reviews. A certain degree of relaxation of the program process, language that thoughtful and sexy, fresh and elegant style of hosting from the host Dong Qing, not only add luster for the program, but also becomes the focus of hot discussions during the Spring Festival. While the program was enthusiastically sought and widely noticed, from the sociological point of view, the author discusses the role orientation of TV program host's social and cultural communication. This article will analyze from two aspects: the TV host should be the leader, the disseminator of culture; the TV presenter should be the initiator of subculture about the TV presenter's social and cultural communication and role orientation. It was modeled on the second quarter of the Chinese poetry conference presided over by Qing Dong, paying attention to the necessity of TV presenters to correctly understand their role in social and cultural communication, and to cultivate their ability to regulate and control the role of social cultural communication.     

Radiation exposure in German dwellings,some results and a proposed formula for dose limitation

The results of our investigations in the Federal Republic of Germany on the indoor and outdoor exposure to natural radiation from gamma rays and radon and thoron daughters are presented. Indoor the median Rn-222 concentration was approximately four times higher than outdoors. A correlation analysis of the data obtained showed that indoors the equilibrium factor F is almost independent of ventilation, Rn-222 concentration and other parameters. The mean equilibrium factor was measured to be F = 0.3 in dwellings and approximately F = 0.4 outdoors. The results of our investigations on diffusion coefficients and exhalation rates showed, that the activity concentration in dwellings and in cellars can generally be explained by the radon exhalation from the building materials. Only in areas of high radon concentrations, the exhalation from the soil was a decisive factor. The mean effective dose equivalent by residence in dwellings amounted to 0.2 – 0.8 mSv/a for Rn-222 daughters and approximately 0.1 mSv/a for Rn-220 daughters. A relationship has been derived which permits the calculation of the expected average radiation exposure in dwellings by gamma radiation and by radon inhalation as function of the radionuclide concentration in building materials.
