本文利用空时联合检测的方法,提出了在频率选择性信道下多天线发送的单载波频域均衡方案,它可以提供和一个发送天线多个接收天线单载波系统相同的分集增益,和单载波时域均衡相比具有低的复杂度。分析了信道估计误差对系统的影响,类似于基于迫零算法的线性均衡器的情形,在低信噪比下,信道估计误差对系统影响很大,给出了一种简单的克服方法。在不增加发射功率的情况下,使用信道编码可以进一步改善系统的性能。本方案的系统性能在6径典型城市信道模型下进行了评估,仿真的结果证明了本方案的有效性。  相似文献

Inspirited by the wide range of applications of graphene and the similarity between boron and carbon, 2D boron sheets have gained extensive research interest. In this work, using first‐principles combined with a nonequilibrium Green's function method, thermal conductance of fully hydrogenated borophene, named borophane, is studied. Interestingly and in contrast to widely perceived sense, at 300 K, it is found that the thermal conductance of borophane in the armchair direction is remarkably larger than that of graphene. More interesting, a dimensionality crossover is observed in phonon transmission where low‐frequency phonons exhibit 2D characteristic, while high‐frequency phonons behave like a 1D system, oriented along armchair direction, which results in the ultrahigh thermal conductance. An anomalous increase of thermal conductance with uniaxial tensile strain is observed, which is well explained by the unique puckered structure and chemical bonding in borophane. The excellent in‐plane stiffness and flexibility together with the high thermal conductance suggest that borophane is promising for soft thermal channel. Moreover, this unique dimensionality crossover in phonon transmission offers a perfect platform for studying the effect of phonon population in mode space, which is of primary importance for thermal transport in low‐dimensional systems.  相似文献

A dual-gate graphene field-effect transistor is presented, which shows improved radio-frequency (RF) performance by reducing the access resistance using electrostatic doping. With a carrier mobility of 2700 cm2/V · s, a cutoff frequency of 50 GHz is demonstrated in a 350-nm-gate-length device. This fT value is the highest frequency reported to date for any graphene transistor, and it also exceeds that of Si MOS field-effect transistors at the same gate length, illustrating the potential of graphene for RF applications.  相似文献

In this paper, incoherent multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems operating over multimode fiber are analyzed theoretically. In particular, investigated is the influence of selection of the RF carrier frequency and other system parameters on the value of SNR at the MIMO receiver. It is shown that the RF carrier frequency should be greater than the baseband (3 dB) frequency. Furthermore, it is proved that the MIMO channel SNR reduction is smaller if the mode groups used for communication between transmitter/receiver pairs are different.  相似文献

Broadcasting satellite (BS) digital broadcasting of HDTV in Japan is laid down by the ISDB-S international standard. Since it has a unique transmission technique that can use a number of modulation schemes simultaneously in one RF carrier, the most suitable modulation scheme for the broadcast content can be selected even within one RF carrier. In addition, a hierarchical modulation technique that can mitigate rain attenuation can be introduced as an application of this transmission system. This paper shows how the transmission system establishes such a versatile function.  相似文献

Stretchable electrical interconnects based on serpentines combined with elastic materials are utilized in various classes of wearable electronics. However, such interconnects are primarily for direct current or low‐frequency signals and incompatible with microwave electronics that enable wireless communication. In this paper, design and fabrication procedures are described for stretchable transmission line capable of delivering microwave signals. The stretchable transmission line has twisted‐pair design integrated into thin‐film serpentine microstructure to minimize electromagnetic interference, such that the line's performance is minimally affected by the environment in close proximity, allowing its use in thin‐film bioelectronics, such as the epidermal electronic system. Detailed analysis, simulations, and experimental results show that the stretchable transmission line has negligible changes in performance when stretched and is operable on skin through suppressed radiated emission achieved with the twisted‐pair geometry. Furthermore, stretchable microwave low‐pass filter and band‐stop filter are demonstrated using the twisted‐pair structure to show the feasibility of the transmission lines as stretchable passive components. These concepts form the basic elements used in the design of stretchable microwave components, circuits, and subsystems performing important radio frequency functionalities, which can apply to many types of stretchable bioelectronics for radio transmitters and receivers.  相似文献

The tuning of carrier concentrations in graphene is at the heart of graphene‐based nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications. Molecular doping, that is, taking charges from the adsorbed molecules, shows promise as a means by which to change carrier density in graphene while retaining relative high mobility. However, poor control over doping concentrations is a major obstacle to practical applications. Here, we show that lattice disorders induced by plasma exposure can be used as anchor groups. These groups serve as centers of molecule adsorption and facilitate orbital overlap between graphene and adsorbates (melamine), thus allowing for selective and tunable doping. The carrier concentration revealed by Raman shift can be progressively adjusted up to 1.4 × 1013 cm?2, depending on the coverage of melamine molecules and doping temperature. The electronic band structures of the graphene–melamine complex were calculated using density functional theory for adsorption over ideal graphene and over non‐ideal graphene with Stone–Wales (5–7‐7–5) defects. It is shown that charge transfer for adsorption on ideal graphene is negligible, while adsorption on graphene with Stone–Wales defects results in weak hole doping, which is consistent with the progressive increase of carrier density with increasing melamine coverage.  相似文献

Si-LDMOS transistor is studied by TCAD simulation for improved RF performance. In LDMOS structure, a low-doped reduced surface field (RESURF) region is used to obtain high breakdown voltage, but it reduces the transistor RF performance due to high on-resistance. The interface charges between oxide and the RESURF region are studied and found to have a strong impact on the transistor performance both in DC and RF. The presence of excess interface state charges at the RESURF region results not only higher DC drain current but also improved RF performance in terms of power, gain and efficiency. The most important achievement is the enhancement of operating frequency and RF output power is obtained well above 1 W/mm up to 4 GHz.  相似文献

为简化光载无线通信系统(RoF)中心站(CS)和基站(BS)结构,提出了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)和偏振复用技术的8倍频全双工RoF系统方案。通过设置马赫-曾德尔调制器(MZM)偏置电压和射频驱动信号幅度保留部分主载波与偶数阶边带,再利用FBG将主载波与偶数阶边带分离。结合偏振复用技术将主载波和偶数阶边带复用到X和Y两个偏振方向上,其中抑制载波偶数阶边带用于下行链路数据传输,而主载波在BS站作为上行链路载波使用。理论推导了实现机理并进行了实验验证,结果表明当使用10 GHz射频驱动时可实现稳定的80 GHz光载毫米波信号,传输20 km后下行链路和上行链路功率代价仅为0.1和0.07 dB,表现出了较好的系统性能。  相似文献

Biomolecule/graphene van der Waals heterojunction provides a generic platform for designing high‐performance, flexible, and scalable optoelectronics. A key challenge is, in controllable attachment, the biomolecules to form a desired interfacial electronic structure for a high‐efficiency optoelectronic process of photoabsorption, exciton dissociation into photocarriers, carrier transfer, and transport. Here, it is shown that a polarity‐controlled attachment of the Cytochrome c (Cyt c) biomolecules can be achieved on the channel of graphene field effect transistors (GFET). High‐efficiency charge transfer across the formed Cyt c/graphene interface is demonstrated when Cyt c attaches with positively charged side to GFET as predicted by molecular dynamics simulation and confirmed experimentally. This Cyt c/GFET van der Waals heterojunction nanohybrid photodetector exhibits a spectral photoresponsivity resembling the absorption spectrum of the Cyt c, confirming the role of Cty c as the photosensitizer in the device. The high visible photoresponsivity up to 7.57 × 104 A W?1 can be attributed to the high photoconductive gain in exceeding 105 facilitated by the high carrier mobility in graphene. This result therefore demonstrates a viable approach in synthesis of the biomolecule/graphene van der Waals heterojunction optoelectronics using polarity‐controlled biomolecule attachment, which can be expanded for on‐chip printing of high‐performance molecular optoelectronics.  相似文献

A simple but efficient strategy to synthesize millimeter‐sized graphene single crystal grains by regulating the supply of reactants in the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process is demonstrated. Polystyrene is used as a carbon source. Pulse heating on the carbon source is utilized to minimize the nucleation density of graphene on copper foil, while a gradual increase in the temperature of the carbon source and the flow rate of hydrogen is adapted to drive the continuous growth of the graphene grains. As a result, the nucleation density of graphene grain can be controlled to as low as ≈100 nuclei/cm2, and a single crystal grain can grow up to dimensions of ≈1.2 mm. Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and electrical‐transport measurements show that the graphene grains obtained are of high quality. The strategy presented provides very good controllability and enables the possibility of large graphene single crystals, which is of vital importance for practical applications.  相似文献

A 10‐Gbit/s wireless communication system operating at a carrier frequency of 300 GHz is presented. The modulation scheme is amplitude shift keying in incoherent mode with a high intermediate frequency (IF) of 30 GHz and a bandwidth of 20 GHz for transmitting a 10‐Gbit/s baseband (BB) data signal. A single sideband transmission is implemented using a waveguide‐tapered 270‐GHz highpass filter with a lower sideband rejection of around 60 dB. This paper presents an all‐electronic design of a terahertz communication system, including the major modules of the BB and IF band as well as the RF modules. The wireless link shows that, aided by a clock and data recovery circuit, it can receive 27?1 pseudorandom binary sequence data without error at up to 10 Gbit/s for over 1.2 m using collimating lenses, where the transmitted power is 10 μW.  相似文献

提出一种基于啁啾光纤布拉格光栅(CFBG)的宽谱光单边带(OSSB)调制实现方法。光双边带(ODSB)调制信号经过同一CFBG两个相反方向的反射,利用偏振控制器(PC)实现两个方向偏振态的正交。这种双反射CFBG(DR-CFBG)结构可以滤出光载波与其中一个边带实现OSSB调制,同时消除了反射谱内的色散,避免了滤波引起的相位畸变。利用实验制作的线性CFBG搭建了DR-CFBG,实验数据仿真结果表明,本文方法可以实现宽谱基带信号与加载数据信息射频信号的OSSB调制,结果表明传输距离大于6km时,40Gb/s NRZ信号OSSB调制传输有明显优势;加载2.5Gb/s的NRZ信号,OSSB调制传输50km,误码率为10-9时,20GHz射频为载波的功率代价比10GHz低3dB,比40GHz低1.2dB。改进CFBG的边沿斜率可以更好地抑制边带残留,提高OSSB调制信号的传输性能。  相似文献

It is well known that orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is sensitive to carrier frequency offset (CFO) and suffers from a high peak‐to‐average ratio. In addition, the performance of OFDM is severely affected by strong co‐channel interference and strong narrowband interference. To mitigate the limitations of OFDM, we propose a new multi‐carrier transceiver based on frequency‐shift filter. A frequency‐shift filter can separate spectrally overlapping sub‐carrier signals by exploiting the spectral correlation inherent in the cyclostationary modulated signals. To increase spectral efficiency, we increase the percentage of spectral overlap between two adjacent sub‐channels. We derive an upper bound and a lower bound on the bit error rate performance of the proposed multi‐carrier transceiver in additive white Gaussian noise channel and frequency‐nonselective Rayleigh fading channel, respectively. Compared with OFDM, our simulation results show that the proposed multi‐carrier transceiver is much less sensitive to CFO and has a lower peak‐to‐average ratio; moreover, without any additional interference suppression technique, the proposed transceiver has the advantage of being able to mitigate strong co‐channel interference with CFO from the intended multi‐carrier signal and mitigate strong narrowband interference in additive white Gaussian noise channel and in Rayleigh fading channel in which a large CFO between the transmitted signal and the received signal often occurs. This paper presents a chromatic dispersion monitoring technique using a clock‐frequency component for carrier‐suppressed return‐to‐zero (CSRZ) signal. The clock‐frequency component is extracted by a clock‐extraction (CE) process. To discover which CE methods are most efficient for dispersion monitoring, we evaluate the monitoring performance of each extracted clock signal. We also evaluate the monitoring ability to detect the optimum amount of dispersion compensation when optical nonlinearity exists, since it is more important in nonlinear transmission systems. We demonstrate efficient CE methods of CSRZ signal to monitor chromatic dispersion for optimum compensation in high‐speed optical communication systems.  相似文献

We propose maximum-likelihood sequence estimator (MLSE) equalizers based on either Viterbi algorithm or template matching temple matching (TM) for the equalization of impairments imposed on the minimum shift keying (MSK) modulation formats in long haul transmission without optical dispersion compensation. The TM-MLSE equalizer is proposed as a simplified alternative for the Viterbi-MLSE equalizer. It is verified that the Viterbi-MLSE equalizer can operate optimally when noise approaches a Gaussian distribution. Simulation results of the performances of the two MLSE equalizers for optical frequency discrimination receiver-based optical MSK systems are described. The transmission performance is evaluated in terms of: (1) the chromatic dispersion (CD) tolerance for both Viterbi-MLSE and TM-MLSE equalizers; (2) transmission distance limits of Viterbi-MLSE equalizers with various number of states; (3)the robustness to fiber polarization mode dispersion (PMD) of Viterbi-MLSE equalizers; and (4) performance improvements for Viterbi-MLSE equalizers when utilizing sampling schemes with two and four samples per bit over the conventional single sample per bit. With a small number of states (64 states), the non-compensating optical link can equivalently reach up to approximately 928 km SSMF for 10 Gb/s transmission or 58 km SSMF for 40 Gb/s. The performance of 16-state Viterbi-MLSE equalizers for optical frequency discrimination receiver (OFDR)-based optical MSK transmission systems for PMD mitigation is also numerically investigated. The performance of Viterbi-MLSE equalizers can be further improved by using the sampling schemes with multiple samples per bit compared to the conventional single sample bit. The equalizer also offers high robustness to fiber PMD impairment.  相似文献

针对突发条件下线性调制信号的载波频率同步,研究了基于非数据辅助的直接判决引导频偏估计算法和开放环频偏估计方法。研究结果表明,直接判决引导频偏估计算法复杂度较低,适用于对性能要求不高的系统。开放环频偏估计算法计算简单,其复杂度低于直接判决引导频偏估计算法,估计时间短适合突发通信系统。  相似文献
