2004年是中国PCB和CPCA最具亮点的一年。CPCA成为国家一级协会一年来,各分会组织体系建立健全;赢得第十一届世界电子电路大会ECWC11主办权,成为在中国零的突破;PCB进出口总额首次突破80亿美元大关,同比增长35%以上……这一切都表明我们走过了难忘、精彩、催人奋进的2004年!我们     

新媒体,新机遇

互联网每天都在发生新的故事,我愿和大家先分享一个故事:经济落后的山东沂蒙山区,有5位70多岁的妇女,最大的77岁。几十年来,她们靠制作煎饼为生,生活贫困。一年前,她们请人帮助建了几个个人主页,通过互联网从此生意兴隆,有了自己的企业,过上了富裕的生活。从这个故事我们得到启示,在互联网面前能做到人人平等,网络打破了世界的界限,把地球变小,把每个人联系起来。

New,lead-free solders

Two specific examples of the new lead-free alloys are described. In the Sn-3.5%Ag-l%Zn alloy (m.p.~217°C), the eutectic precipitate morphology is refined by the relatively small amount of zinc addition and as a result, a high-strength, high-ductility solder with significantly improved creep resistance is obtained. As a temperature equivalent drop-in replacement for the Pb-Sn eutectic alloy (m.p.~183°C), Sn-Zn-In based alloys (m.p.~185°C) have been developed. The addition of indium to the Sn-Zn binary system improves the wetting characteristics of the alloy and lowers the melting temperature.

使用200℃温度焊接的无铅焊料 日立制作所开发了焊接温度200℃的无铅焊料,为锡铜合金焊锡。目前多数无铅焊料选用的是锡银合金焊锡,焊接温度较高而影响印制板和元器件性能,而且在基底镍镀层与焊锡结合会产生镍锡金属氧化物,使得焊接点劣化。锡铜合金焊锡与镍镀层接触会抑制金属氧化物产生,又用较低焊接温度,提高电子设备装配质量。     

New Tech, Old Fuel

Upon extraction, the oil shale found is Estonia can be pulverized and burned like coal to drive electric generators. However, burned shale produces millions of metric tons of ash as well as airborne particles laced with heavy metals. The state-owned Eesti Energia in Tallinn has developed a means to address this environmental problem. The Eesti plant has installed the first of what will be 16 new circulating fluidized bed boilers, which drastically reduce emissions from burning oil shale. Eesti plans to implement a new disposal technology that will address its problem with the ash pool

P4P新的机遇还是新的挑战？

自从1999年大名鼎鼎的Napster问世以来，P2P技术在短短几年之内经历了从初生到成熟再到大规模普及的飞速发展，eMule、BT、迅雷等P2P应用为广大互联网网民带来了浩如烟海的丰富资源与风驰电掣的高速体验，最红最火的游戏、最新最全的电影，各种资源琳琅满目，下载一部电影甚至只需要品杯茶的时间……然而在另一方面，对于电信运营商来讲，各种P2P应用迅速耗尽了有限的带宽资源，同时却没有带来任何额外的收益。

New lead-free,Sn-Zn-In solder alloys

In view of the need for a lead-free, drop-in replacement for the widely used 40Pb-60Sn near-eutectic solder (m.p. ~183°C), new Sn-Zn-ln based alloys with substantially the same melting point have been developed. It is shown that the alloying additions of In to the Sn-Zn binary system result in a suppression of the melting point to 175-188°C, and at the same time significantly improve the wetting characteristics. While a relatively active flux may be required for good solderability in air atmosphere, the recent manufacturing trend of using inert atmospheres is likely to allow acceptable manufacturability using less active fluxes in the future.
