报道了以具有抗癌和抗艾滋病毒活性的β-D-氨基葡萄糖与二茂铁二甲酸作起始原料合成一种糖/金属有机化合物——N,N′-二茂铁二甲酰氨基葡萄糖的方法。第一步,将氨基葡萄糖用苯甲醛保护氨基后,用乙酸酐再保护羟基,然后在加有盐酸的丙酮中去氨基保护,得1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐;将二茂铁二甲酸与草酰氯在干燥的二氯甲烷中反应得到二茂铁二甲酰氯。第二步,将第一步所得的两个中间产物,在室温下加入干燥的二氯甲烷和苯的混合溶剂中,在三乙胺存在下进行反应,得目标产物,收率35.7%,系红棕色固体,熔点198~200℃。目标化合物是具有双药效基团的物质。用元素分析,红外光谱和核磁共振波谱进行了表征。 相似文献

Synthetic reaction of aluminum isopropoxide, which is used as a starting material for catalytic-grade alumina, has been studied
in the presence of a small amount of HgI2, HgCl2, I2 or FeCl3 from aluminum dross. It was synthesized by solid-liquid reaction between the aluminum metal and isopropyl alcohol, using
vacuum distillation process. The purity of the synthesized aluminum isopropoxide was obtained over 97.6% experimentally, which
had been analyzed quantitatively by complexometric method. The initial amount of sodium, which directly affects the catalytic
activation in the alumina catalyst, was in the range of 0.926 to 1.563 wt% in the aluminum dross. Finally, it was decreased
to 0.007 wt% in the aluminum isopropoxide product. Yield was changed according to the amount of aluminium existing in the
aluminum dross. Aluminum could mostly be recovered regardless of the amount of aluminium existing in the aluminum dross. 相似文献

Three series of mesoporous aluminosilicate molecular sieves, MCM-41, with various Si/Al ratios were synthesized using different aluminum sources (aluminum isopropoxide, pseudo boehmite and aluminum sulfate). XRD analysis, temperature programmed desorption ofn-butylamine,27Al and29Si MAS NMR, and catalytic alkylation test indicated that aluminum isopropoxide is a better source for incorporating aluminum in the framework of MCM-41 type molecular sieves with better crystallinity and acid characteristics. 相似文献

Thermal reaction of aluminum isopropoxide in glycols at 300°C yielded the glycol derivatives of boehmite. The physical properties of the products and the aluminas obtained by calcination strongly depended on the crystallite size of the boehmite derivatives, which seems to be controlled by the heterolytic cleavage of the C-O bond of HO(CH2 ) n OAI = formed by alkoxide exchange between aluminum alkoxide and glycol. The product had a unique honeycomb texture, which was preserved on calcination to form a transition alumina. 相似文献

This paper studies tuning heterogeneous transesterification catalysis and process for easy catalyst separation and enhanced reaction rate. Multibond metal alkoxides and ultrasonic pretreatment are employed to produce nanoemulsions with large interfacial area, which have the potential to be easily separated. With aluminum isopropoxide or titanium isopropoxide as the catalyst and surfactant, transparent alcohol/oil emulsions can be formed in less than four minutes and can significantly enhance the transesterification reaction rate. The micelle size was observed to be as low as 5.1 nm. Partially polymerized titanium isopropoxide also showed good catalytic activity and considerable amphiphilic properties in forming nanoemulsions. Viscosity and apparent vapor pressure reduction were also observed. The alcohol/soybean oil molar ratio was a main factor for apparent vapor pressure reduction. 相似文献
