国外某钒钛磁铁矿中主要有价元素TFe、TiO_2、V_2O_5含量分别达47.20%、18.68%、0.63%。根据钒钛磁铁矿矿物的选矿特性,采用弱磁选选铁-选铁尾矿重选选钛-重选尾矿再用"SLON强磁-浮选"回收细粒钛铁矿的综合回收工艺,获得铁精矿TFe品位60.03%、回收率70.03%;V_2O_5品位1.08%、回收率94.39%;重选钛精矿TiO_2品位48.17%、回收率27.64%;浮选钛精矿TiO_2品位46.64%、回收率16.12%。试验成果为评价该矿产资源综合利用的可行性提供了选矿技术支撑。  相似文献

对含TFe为13.54%,Ti O2为7.31%的攀枝花低品位钒钛磁铁矿,进行了粗磨湿式中磁抛废、细磨弱磁选铁和选铁尾矿强磁-浮选选钛的选矿工艺试验研究。该工艺最终获得了含TFe为55.18%,回收率为39.98%铁精矿和含Ti O2为46.13%,回收率为43.70%钛精矿,实现了对原矿中铁、钛的较佳回收。  相似文献

甘肃某低品位钛铁矿石铁和TiO_2品位分别为22.08%、18.34%,铁主要赋存于钛铁矿、钛磁铁矿和赤(褐)铁矿中。为回收矿石中的铁和钛,进行选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85%的条件下,1粗1精弱磁选—中磁选—强磁扫选—磁选精矿1粗1精反浮选试验可获得铁品位42.82%、回收率82.34%,TiO_2品位29.94%、回收率67.93%的精矿,Si O2含量仅8.97%,指标较好,精矿可作为高炉护炉原料。试验结果可为该钛铁矿石选矿工艺流程的确定提供技术参考。  相似文献

陕西某地原生钛铁矿为钒钛磁铁矿选铁尾矿,原矿品位较低,矿物组成复杂,钛铁矿与榍石、钛赤铁矿等脉石矿物可浮性相近,且钛铁矿嵌布粒度细,与榍石、钛磁铁矿等脉石连生密切,分离难度大。针对该矿石性质,进行了4种方案的工艺对比试验研究,结果表明,一段高梯度强磁选-磨矿-弱磁选-二段高梯度强磁选-脱硫浮选-钛浮选方案,工艺简单,精矿指标最好,在原矿Ti O2品位9.78%的情况下,获得了Ti O2品位46.82%,回收率40.84%的钛铁矿精矿,且浮选前再磨后,精矿指标可进一步提高到Ti O2品位47.23%,回收率45.36%。  相似文献

对印度尼两亚桑义赫岛海滨砂矿进行了多流程选矿条件试验.试验结果表明:采用原矿-磁选-磨矿-磁选-磁筛精选流程,可从含TFe 23.72%、TiO2 3.20%的原矿中获得钛磁铁矿精矿产率20.00%,TFe品位58.34%,回收率59.68%,含TiO2 8.26%,为该海滨砂矿选矿提供了合理的工艺流程.  相似文献

对印度尼西亚某海滨铁砂进行了选矿探索试验研究。试验结果表明, 该矿石主要金属矿物为钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿等, 原矿石不磨直接进行分选, 采用磁选-重选联合工艺, 可获得产率23.46%, TFe品位58.08%、含TiO2 12.48%、含V2O5 0.57%, TFe回收率69.70%的铁精矿, 有效回收了海滨铁砂中的铁、钛及钒。  相似文献

国外某海滨砂矿中TiO2含量和ZrO2含量分别达到了7.55%和0.74%,其中钛主要以钛铁矿、金红石等工业可利用矿物形式存在,锆主要以锆英石形式存在,嵌布粒度范围主要集中在0.04-0.16mm,属于物理选矿适宜回收的粒度范围,是典型的锆钛共生砂矿。本论文以国外某滨海砂矿为研究对象,进行了工艺矿物学和选矿小型试验研究,采用“锆钛矿物重选预富集-钛铁矿与非磁性锆钛矿物磁选分离-锆钛矿物重选再富集-金红石与锆英石干式磁电选分离”的全工艺流程,分别获得了钛品位大于52%的钛铁矿精矿、钛品位大于77%含铁金红石精矿、钛品位大于75%金红石精矿以及锆品位大于63%的锆英石精矿。钛锆回收率分别达到了81%和74%,实现了该矿床中钛锆资源的高效利用,可为同类矿山的开发利用提供借鉴。  相似文献

为了开发低品位、低钛型钒钛磁铁矿,针对表外矿矿石主要为海绵陨体结构、稀疏浸染状及星散浸染状等构造,铁、钛氧化物嵌布粒度相对较细且含量较少的问题,根据白马表外矿的原矿性质攀钢矿业有限公司与国内多家相关研究院所对攀枝花表外矿和白马表内矿选钛进行了大量的试验研究,采用两级抛尾阶磨阶选选铁工艺流程将干式抛尾与湿式抛尾有机结合,选钛采用重磁浮多种选矿方法联合。试验获得了相对原矿产率16.21%、全铁品位55.52%、全铁回收率53.79%、TiO_2品位9.83%、V_2O_5品位0.775%的高铁高钒低钛的铁精矿,相对选铁尾矿产率0.98%、TiO_2品位47.03%、TiO_2回收率13.41%的钛精矿。为进一步开发利用低品位、低钛型钒钛磁铁矿提供了基础依据。  相似文献

云南钛铁矿石中主要有用矿物为钛铁矿、钛磁铁矿,矿石泥化较严重,针对该矿石进行了磁选试验研究。对原矿采用选择性擦洗解离,可以得到TiO2品位35.31%,产率78.25%的+0.030mm产品及TiO2品位8.46%,产率21.75%的-0.030mm产品。+0.030mm粒级采用弱磁除铁,弱磁尾矿采用分级-强磁选工艺进行选钛试验,对弱磁精矿再磨后采用弱磁-强磁工艺进行钛、铁分离;-0.030mm粒级采用脱泥-磁选工艺进行细粒选钛试验。最终可得到TiO2品位48.83%的钛精矿,回收率85.51%,TFe品位56.62%的铁精矿,回收率25.17%。该工艺合理可行,选矿指标较为理想。   相似文献

针对某风化型钒钛铁矿中铁矿物与钛矿物嵌布关系十分密切、密度和比磁化系数接近、选矿难以分离的特点, 采用选冶联合工艺进行了回收试验研究。结果表明, 利用磁选实现了钒钛铁矿物的预先富集, 对钒钛铁粗精矿进行闪速磁化焙烧拉大了铁矿物与钛矿物的比磁化系数差距, 为选矿分离创造了条件。选冶联合工艺全流程试验取得了TFe品位61.06%、V2O5含量1.03%, TFe和V2O5回收率分别为73.12%和76.43%的含钒铁精矿和TiO2品位50.96%、回收率40.40%的钛精矿。该工艺实现了钒、钛、铁的综合回收。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
