河南某金选厂矿石主要为细粒嵌布含金硫化矿,为了实现矿石中金的高效回收,降低生产成本,本研究根据含金硫化矿原矿性质特点,采用柱机联合一粗一精一扫浮选工艺,对其进行了半工业试验。通过条件试验确定了最佳试验参数。当试验原矿品位为5.11 g/t时,试验最终得到回收率88.80%、品位为65.77 g/t的合格精矿。试验结果表明在试验回收率与工业相当的前提下,半工业浮选工艺具有提高金精矿品位约10.00 g/t并缩短工艺流程的优势。  相似文献

富含Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se等稀贵元素的卡尔多炉渣在返回卡尔多炉再提金、银前,进行预富集可以提高卡尔多炉的工作效率,降低卡尔多炉的生产成本,解决返回料越积越多问题。铜陵有色金属公司对其卡尔多炉渣进行了浮选预富集工艺研究,结果表明:以硫酸亚铁为硫化矿物的活化剂、硫化钠为氧化矿物的活化剂,采用粗选1重点回收硫化矿、粗选2重点回收氧化矿的2粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回浮选流程,可获得Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se品位分别为508.76 g/t、55.78%、9.36 g/t、16.92 g/t、2.94%,Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se回收率分别为95.60%、90.09%、78.00%、88.50%、86.70%的浮选精矿;浮选尾矿采用SLon-400型离心选矿机重选,可获得金、银品位分别为9.45 g/t和1 600 00 g/t,金、银流程回收率分别为2.27%和3.28%的重选精矿;全流程的金、银回收率分别达9787%和9337%。因此,浮选-重选工艺是卡尔多炉渣的高效回收工艺,重选尾矿中的金、银可考虑采用化学选矿方法回收。  相似文献

新疆和田某含银铅混合矿,矿石中主要银矿物包括自然银和硫化银,以及部分被铁包裹的银矿物;主要铅矿物为白铅矿、铅矾,少量方铅矿,铅氧化程度高,氧化铅与褐铁矿之间、银矿物与铅矿物及褐铁矿之间嵌布关系复杂。针对该矿的矿石性质,开展条件试验后,确定在磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量占85%的条件下,采用硫化矿优先浮选—氧化矿硫化浮选工艺流程回收该矿石中的银和铅,硫化矿浮选段经过一次粗选、两次精选获得硫化矿铅银混合精矿A,含铅62.13%、铅回收率18.04%,含银16 863.68 g/t、银回收率65.99%;氧化矿硫化浮选后获得氧化铅精矿B,铅品位57.14%、铅回收率36.39%,其中含银2 679.69 g/t、银回收率23.00%。总精矿铅品位为58.70%、铅回收率54.42%,银品位7 121.33 g/t、银回收率88.99%。选矿指标良好,可为该类型资源的高效综合利用提供技术借鉴。  相似文献

广西某金矿矿石为含金的石英脉,伴随多种金属硫化矿物。目前生产中,采用人工淘洗铅精矿的方法回收粗粒金,金流失比较严重,铅也没有得到充分回收。对原矿、生产中产品进行检测,并进行了摇床精矿、中矿及原矿的浮选-重选探索性试验。摇床精矿金品位为505.05 g/t、中矿品位为46.47 g/t,通过浮选,获得铅精矿中金品位分别为169g/t、36 g/t,作业回收率分别为28.62%、22.26%。原矿浮选-重选试验,获得金精矿金品位为3.53 g/t,铅精矿含金57g/t,硫精矿含金4.19 g/t,回收率分别为5.52%、37.34%、10.85%。表明浮选能富集细粒及嵌布于硫化矿中的金于硫化铅矿中,但粗颗粒金难以通过浮选富集,采用摇床重选也难以获得高品位金精矿。  相似文献

某金矿试样由原生矿和氧化矿混合配矿,采用浮选-浮选尾矿浸出联合工艺回收目的矿物金。浮选作业通过条件试验的优化,确定最佳工艺流程为一次粗选、四次精选、二次扫选,获得金品位48.85 g/t、回收率53.57%的金精矿;浮选尾矿再磨后采用低毒浸金剂、氰化钠进行了浸出对比试验,前者金的浸出率31.66%左右,略低于后者。综合试验表明,采用联合工艺可以获得较为理想的技术指标,金总回收率85.23%。  相似文献

某黄金冶炼厂的金精矿来源非常复杂,氰化浸出工艺不很稳定,导致氰化尾渣金品位高达3.75 g/t。为减少金流失、提高二次资源的利用率,在工艺矿物学研究基础上进行了浮选选金工艺流程试验。结果表明,试样粒度较细,主要金属硫化矿物黄铁矿是金的主要载体矿物,金主要被未氧化彻底的硫化矿物包裹,在细粒级略有富集;试样采用1粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程处理,最终获得产率为13.27%、金品位为21.47 g/t、金回收率为75.98%的浮选金精矿,取得了较好的金回收效果,实现了金二次资源的高效回收。  相似文献

豫西某金矿金品位为2.15 g/t,WO_3品位为0.115%,硫品位为3.31%。含硫高限制了浮选精矿金的富集比。选金采用浮选—中矿再选后氰化浸出的工艺流程,浮选精矿金品位32.10 g/t,回收率85.30%,与常规工艺相比,金品位提高2 g/t,且回收率没有降低。选金尾矿采用浮选工艺回收钨,粗选钨精矿WO_3品位2.86%、回收率70.53%,为后续加温精选创造了条件。  相似文献

四川某金矿石金品位为1.56 g/t,砷含量为0.5%,硫含量为2.03%,金主要富集于黄铁矿等硫化矿中。为回收利用矿石中的金,分别进行了重选、浮选试验。结果表明:采用重选和浮选均能实现对矿石中金的有效回收,采用重选工艺,精矿金品位为33.39 g/t,金回收率为66.35%;采用一粗两精两扫浮选流程,精矿金品位为30.46 g/t、金回收率为85.91%。但相较重选流程,浮选流程选别效果更好,虽金品位略有下降,但回收率大幅提高。  相似文献

针对石槽钢铁矿矿石进行了原矿直接磁选、原矿先浮选—浮选尾矿磁选流程试验研究。通过试验,最终确定采用先浮后磁选矿工艺.先浮选回收铜,然后对浮选尾矿进行磁选选别铁,铜、铁粗精矿分别再磨精选的工艺流程。小型闭路试验获得了铜品位21.05%、铜回收率76.04%、含金1.78g/t、金回收率41.83%、银278g/t、银回收率39.62%的铜精矿和铁品位63.17%、铁回收率75.58%的铁精矿.有价元素得到综合回收。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
