为克服钠冷快堆机械式钠泵机械磨损、噪声大、泄漏以及普通电磁泵流量小、扬程小等问题,提出了大流量鞍型磁体的电磁泵作为驱动钠循环的主泵设计方案。对其结构进行了研究并建立了相应的数学模型,利用Matlab编写程序进行了不同电流、磁感应强度和温度条件下泵的扬程、流量和效率的性能研究。结果表明,扬程随通道宽度的增加、电流的减小、磁感应强度的减小而减小,效率随电流的减小、磁感应强度的减小而减小,温度高于400 ℃时由于接触电阻的降低可使效率提高,鞍型超导钠泵的流量可由电流、磁感应强度控制,但较为实用的是电流控制。该研究可为具体设计提供依据。 相似文献

清华大学高温气冷堆氦气透平直接循环系统(HTR-10GT)的特性研究已经进行了很多,但大多是针对理论上的布雷登循环作特性研究,没有考虑系统中其他实际因素,如工质泄漏、管道摩擦等。工程中,泄漏是不可避免的问题,泄漏及泄漏位置的不同都会引起系统中参数的变化。主要工作是研究HTR-10GT氦气透平直接循环系统在泄漏条件下的实际布雷登循环特性。研究目的就是在建立泄漏的物理和数学模型的基础上,研究泄漏对工质的热力参数及其效率的影响,对比在考虑有无泄漏时系统循环特性曲线的不同,找出提高系统效率的途径。 相似文献

为进一步探究核电厂安全壳内环境条件影响泄漏率测量的基本规律,自主研发了压降法安全壳泄漏率数据分析程序,并通过在大尺度安全壳模拟体上开展的泄漏率实验对测量结果进行验证。结合相应的实验数据研究了准稳态与非稳态环境条件下安全壳内温度和相对湿度变化对泄漏率测量值的影响。结果表明,在升温条件下,各温度传感器因所处热环境的差异而形成的不同升温速率会明显影响泄漏率的测量,测量值相比升温前的相对偏差可超过20%。此外,在壳内局部温湿度变化的非稳态环境下,压力与温度传感器的固有延迟效应还会导致泄漏率的测量出现异常。而当壳内温湿度维持恒定或各传感器的温湿度变化速率近似一致时,泄漏率测量值较稳定,可确定其为实际的泄漏率。该研究结论可为进一步认识安全壳泄漏率测量机理和方法优化提供参考。 相似文献

An investigation has been made of a new type of insulated gate field effect transistor (IGFET), in which the gate lead is brought through the header in a guarded configuration. Measurements of gate leakage current with the drain connected to the source on this guarded IGFET show that its gate leakage current is less than 1/10 that of the conventional device, demonstrating that most of the leakage in an IGFET is across the header. When the guarded IGFET is operated in the active region, it is possible to set the operating conditions such that the gate leakage current cannot be measured on the best vibrating reed electrometers. Models of the guarded IGFET which explain the effect of bias on gate leakage current are presented. Others have shown that the IGFET, under proper bias, exhibits a zero temperature coefficient. It is shown how to simultaneously satisfy the bias conditions for minimum gate leakage current and zero temperature coefficient, as well as eliminate drift with time. Biased in this manner, a single guarded IGFET electrometer, which can be battery operated, was built. Its current sensitivity is better than 10-17 amperes. 相似文献

反应堆冷却剂泵(以下简称主泵)轴密封由3级相同的动压机械密封串联组成,是主泵的心脏,其泄漏量直接决定主泵能否正常运行。本文提出了一种新型的挤压变形研磨法完成动压机械密封的制造,应用挤压变形工装和金属垫片使静环产生变形,在密封端面研磨出9个波形槽。功能实验表明,新型的机械密封在考核压力下的低压泄漏量满足主泵轴密封的设计要求;压力突变工况下的冲击考核实验表明,新型的动压机械密封摩擦副之间的液膜刚度未发生破坏,未出现密封失效。本文研发的动压机械密封在核电厂的运行状况与实验结果完全吻合,充分证明了该新型动压机械密封具有极高的工程应用可靠性。 相似文献

A large capacity sodium-immersed self-cooled electromagnetic pump (LEMP) was developed for application to the main circulation pumps of FBR. This advanced LEMP is a submergible annular linear induction pump designed to be self-cooled by immersing into sodium and applying high temperature electrical insulation. Almost all the internal electrical losses were transferred to the surrounding sodium, which can be recovered as electricity by turbine generators. The LEMP having specifications of 160m3/min flow rate, 0.28 MPa head and more than 40% efficiency at the rating was designed, fabricated and tested in the sodium pump test facility. The test involves magnetic field measurement in the air and a variety of sodium tests during 2,550 h, which demonstrated good pump performance and flow controllability, and satisfied the design target. The boundary between flow stability and instability of the LEMP operation could be defined by peak position of the Q-H curve, which was specified by Rem×S (magnetic Reynolds' number times slip) of 1.4 to 1.5 at 335°C. Based on the test results, the applicability of the LEMP for the FBR was confirmed. 相似文献

Preliminary analysis and calculation of liquid metal Li17Pb83 magnetogydrodynamic (MHD) pressure drop in the blanket for the FDS have been presented to evaluate the significance of MHD effects on the thermal-hydraulic design of the blanket.To decrease the liquid metal MHD pressure drop,Al2O3 is applied as an electronically insulated coating onto the inner surface of the ducts.The requirement for the insulated coating to reduce the additional leakage pressure drop caused by coating imperfections has been analyzed.Finally,the total liquid metal MHD pressure drop and magnetic pump power in the FDS blanket have been given. 相似文献

One of the most critical issues for the steady state fusion reactor is the heat flux in the divertor target. This paper proposes a liquid lithium divertor system to solve this problem. The proposed divertor system consists of a liquid lithium target, an evaporation chamber and a differential evacuation chamber. The heat coming from the fusion plasma along the divertor leg is removed by evaporation of lithium. The lithium vapor is condensed on the wall and is circulated with a pump. The coolant temperature for the wall is high enough to drive a power generator. Narrow slits along the divertor leg and the differential evacuation chamber reduce leakage of lithium vapor to the plasma chamber. A preliminary estimation predicts that the lithium ion density in the core plasma is lower than the plasma density. 相似文献
