The evaporative heat transfer of the non-boiling annular two-phase flow of air-water in a small vertical tube with uniform wall heat flux was studied both theoretically and experimentally. A simplified two-phase flow boundary layer model was used to calculate the thickness of the water film attached to the wall, and from the liquid film thickness the evaporative heat transfer coefficients of the annular two-phase flow were obtained. Theoretical equations and semi-theoretical equations were proposed for predicting the evaporative heat transfer of the annular two-phase flow of air-water in a small vertical tube. The semi-theoretical prediction agrees well with the experimental data. The mechanism of the heat transfer enhancement is the evaporation of the thin liquid film attached on the wall.  相似文献

The experimental results were compared with the numerical calculations based on the two-phase flow boundary layer model. The experimental data show that the annular two-phase flow of nitrogen gas and subcooled water in a small vertical tube can provide quite high heat transfer ability, while wall temperatures lie in a low range even if at quite high wall heat fluxes. In particular, the highest values of the wall temperatures are insensitive to the change of flowing and heating conditions. The effect of thermal asymmetry on heat transfer in a hydrodynamically developed annular flow has been investigated numerically. The surfaces confining the fluid space are kept at constant but different temperatures. Depending on the fluid inlet temperature, the thermal asymmetry can lead to a discontinuity of the Nusselt number on one surface. 利用Fluent-EDEM耦合方法对管内插螺旋线的液固两相流动与传热进行数值模拟,分析了螺旋线对固相颗粒的诱导碰撞作用和液固两相流传热性能的影响. 通过实验验证,模拟值与实验值的偏差为6.3%~13.8%. 模拟结果表明,与管内未插螺旋线对比,管内插螺旋线对液固两相流体具有诱导作用,使流体呈螺旋流状态;在流体离心力和螺旋线共同作用下,贴近管内壁运动的固体颗粒体积分数由0.44%提高到3.27%;相同雷诺数Re条件下,内插螺旋线液固两相流传热方法的努赛尔数Nu最大. 在Re≤60000范围内,内插螺旋线液固两相流的综合评价指标值均高于内插螺旋线和液固两相流单独作用方式. 因此,该技术适用于低Re下管内防垢除垢及强化传热的工况.  相似文献

Numerical simulations were performed to study the fluid flow and heat transfer in a tube with staggered twisted tapes with central holes. In the range of Reynolds numbers between 6000 and 28 000, the modified twisted tapes increased the Nusselt number by 76.2 ~ 149.7 % and the friction factor by 380.2 ~ 443.8 % compared to the smooth tube. Compared to the typical twisted tapes, the modified twisted tapes produced an acceleration flow through the triangle regions leading to the enhancement of heat transfer, and the holes in the modified tapes reduced the severe pressure loss. It was found that the modified twisted tapes decreased the friction factor by 8.0 ~ 16.1 % and enhanced the heat transfer by 34.1 ~ 46.8 % in comparison with the typical tapes. These results indicated that the performance ratio values of the tube with modified twisted tapes were higher than 1.0 in the range of Reynolds numbers studied. The computed performance ratios of the tube with modified twisted tapes were much higher than those of the tube with typical twisted tapes. This means that the integrated performance of the tube with staggered twisted tapes with central holes is superior to that of the tube with typical twisted tapes.  相似文献

随着油气田开发的不断深入,油气两相混输技术的使用越来越广泛,这就涉及到水平管内油气两相混合物的传热计算问题。鉴于水平管内油气两相流动的复杂性,以三种常用简化计算的假设为基础,分别建立均相传热模型、分相传热模型以及流型传热模型,同时运用Aspen EDR软件对油气两相传热进行计算。将计算结果与工程实际设计值进行对比分析可知,均相传热模型与实际值相差最大;而流型传热模型最接近实际值,其相对误差仅2.6%;分相传热模型与软件计算值误差则介于这两者之间。另外,通过改变流速,对各个模型得出的油气两相传热系数进行了对比分析。  相似文献

通过对称性简化,建立了小尺度管壳式换热器的传热模型。基于Simple算法,采用RNG k-ε方程、多孔介质模型和增强壁面函数法,结合有限体积法及结构化网格对控制方程进行离散,求解三维N-S方程和能量方程模拟了流体在壳程流动的传热过程,在管径不变的情况下,针对节径比分别为1.2、1.4和2.0下的流场及温度场的总体分布规律进行分析,对影响其传热性能的关键因素进行了探讨。结果表明:在相同边界条件下,设计较小的节径比,易在管壁周边形成涡流,换热器的传热性能指标较高,但湍流强度过大,流体剧烈冲刷管束,将对设备的寿命产生影响。  相似文献

应用CFD软件对网状孔板换热器壳程流体流动及换热特性进行了数值模拟研究,揭示了网状孔板强化传热的机理,分析了孔板间距及开孔率对其换热、压降性能的影响,推导出网状孔板纵向流换热器壳程换热与流动的准数关系式. 结果表明,流体流过网状孔板产生射流及二次流现象,强化了壳程流体的传热;在Re=2300~6300范围内,网状孔板换热器比弓形折流板换热器的Nu数增大约50%,但压降比弓形折流板换热器高约2.5倍;在研究范围内,孔板间距减小、开孔率减小均能使壳程流体的Nu数及压降增大,且Re数越大,开孔率、折流板间距对Nu数及压降的影响越大;但随开孔率、折流板间距减小,流体压降增加的速度明显比Nu数快.  相似文献

一种新型的高换热效率的螺旋盘管换热器。将该新型换热器与普通的管壳式螺旋盘管换热器进行理论分析对比,该新型换热器具有以下主要三个方面优势:可轻松拆卸,定期清除管外壁上的污垢;能有效提高管外侧的对流换热系数;有效减少了管壳体本身的蓄热耗能。通过理论分析计算,比较了设计新型螺旋盘管换热器的性能优劣;并进行了实验研究,在实验中,通过对比实验发现新型螺旋盘管换热器管外侧水流速是普通螺旋盘管换热器的2.3倍,管外侧对流表面换热系数是普通螺旋盘管换热器的1.69倍。验证了新型螺旋盘管换热器能够有效提高换热能力,为螺旋盘管换热器的结构设计、性能优化提供有益的理论和实践依据。  相似文献

对水平横槽纹管内氨沸腾换热及其压降特性进行了实验研究,获得了不同热流密度、不同质量流速和不同局部蒸汽干度下沸腾换热和压降的实验数据。实验结果表明,在本实验的参数范围内,与光滑管相比,横槽纹管在压降增加不大的情况下可使管内沸腾换热系数提高30%~150%,横槽纹管的节距减小对传热强化的作用明显,而对槽深的影响不大。还给出了横槽纹管内氨局部沸腾换热和压降的无因次准则关系式。  相似文献
