石油公司内网资产测绘平台研究

近年国家针对企业内部网络资产管理要求不断加强,企业内部网络资产管理措施亟须提升改进。网络资产管理首要工作是摸清家底,实现资产探测发现,资产风险的探测和治理。根据大型石油公司内部网络特点,本文设计了基于分布式的内网资产测绘平台,通过资产测绘、资产管理、风险管理、资源管理、工单管理、多维展示等模块,实现企业内网多级资产测绘和风险治理及联动管控,有效提升企业内网信息资产的管理能力。通过RSA分级任务分配算法和Diff-hellman加密通道设计保障分级平台之间的通讯安全。     

企业资产管理概述

企业资产管理（EAM）意味着一个组织机构对物理资产全生命的最优化管理,实现价值最大化。他涵盖了企业中的设备和设施的设计、建造、调试、运行、维护、替换、废弃等环节。“企业”适用于跨部门、位置、设施和业务单元的资产管理。依靠跨设施管理资产,组织机构可以提高资产的效用和性能,减少资本投入,降低资产相关运行成本,增加资产生命周期,从而提高资产回报率（ROA）。     

基于SOA架构的电网数据资产管理平台

电网数据已成为企业发展的重要资产,但电网企业缺乏有效的技术手段来为解决电网数据资产的全生命周期监控和管理. 从组件化、松耦合、标准化等架构设计原则考虑,设计并实现了基于SOA架构的电网数据资产管理平台. 设计了一种通过捕获数据库日志方法来实时采集数据资产变更信息,以及台账管理、全景视图管理、日常监测管理、溯源管理、价值评估管理和流程管理等数据资产管理核心功能,实现了电网数据资产的标准化管理,从业务、技术、管理等视角对数据资产进行全方位体现.     

供电局IT资产管理的研究与应用

IT资产管理是企业固定资产管理的一部分,是企业信息化管理的基础。供电局规范、高效的IT资产配置及管理流程可以确保IT资产配置价值最大化,有效推进供电局整体信息化建设。本文对供电局IT资产配置及管理流程进行优化分析,旨在提高供电局IT资产帐、卡、物一致,提升IT固定资产的支撑作用。     

基于物联网技术的高校资产管理系统设计

现代高校教学科研设备繁多、存放地点分散、管理人员多,传统条形码编码的资产管理方式已经很难适应管理需要。为了提高资产管理的效率,保护资产的安全与完整,防止资产流失,提出了一个在高校资产管理中采用物联网技术的总体解决方案,并给出了其中主要的软硬件的具体设计方法。实际运行效果显示,该系统可以提高高校资产管理的工作效率。

基于网络运行管理平台的资产管理系统

网络运行管理系统和资产管理系统相互独立,缺乏数据共享和数据同步机制,且传统资产管理系统缺乏流程监控和资产生命周期管理功能。为此,提出基于iNetboss2网管平台的资产管理系统。通过共享统一资产数据的方式将网络管理和资产管理相结合,利用工作流技术实现设备资产的流程管理和生命周期管理。运行结果表明,基于网络运行管理平台的资产管理系统能有效解决数据冗余和信息孤岛问题,并且能提高网管系统和资产管理系统的信息化和业务流程化水平。

针对资产管理系统的技术发展,提出了基于动态Web数据库的资产管理系统的实现方法.本资产管理系统是一个集Client/Server和Browser/Web Server技术于一体、包含资产管理模块、工作管理模块、物资管理模块等几大部分,其中,资产管理模块是核心的功能部分.     

RFID技术在IT服务管理系统中的应用

Getting started with IT asset management

Asset management is a combination of tools and processes that proactively manage a company's entire asset base from a cost, contractual, support, and inventory viewpoint. This definition stems from the basics of a company's business functions; several common threads lead to a fundamental definition. At the root of business you find a basic equation: assets+people=profits. Since this equation underlies basic business fundamentals, business managers must support each aspect of the equation, and asset management tools and processes must address each area. Companies must possess certain competencies to maximize their effectiveness in each area. Ownership data allows companies to look at their asset base from a strategic business perspective. Help desk and deployment tools remain tactical tools to solve today's problems. Separately or together they do not constitute asset management. To truly manage assets we need all three competencies. Help desks support people and deployment tools support the assets. Ownership management tools support the process by maximizing asset use while lowering the cost of ownership     

Cloud asset for urban flood control

The performance of physical assets has become a major determinant success factor for urban flood control. However, managing these assets is always challenging as there are a huge number of diverse assets involved, which are distributed throughout the city, and owned by different agencies. Aiming at improving the management efficiency of these assets, and ensuring their performance, this paper proposes the concept of cloud asset based on cloud computing, mobile agent, and various smart devices. Through hardware integration and software encapsulation, cloud asset could sense its real-time status, adapt to varied working scenarios, be controlled remotely, and shared among agencies. It enables accurate real-time control of every asset, and thus improves the management efficiency and effectiveness. This paper first presents the concept of cloud asset with its technical architecture, and then analyses the software agent model for cloud asset, which is the key enabler to realize UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) management of assets, and provides mobility and intelligence for them. After that, the framework of cloud asset-enabled workflow management is built, in which cloud asset could be easily found and dynamically invoked by different workflows. Finally, a demonstrative case is provided to verify the effectiveness of cloud asset.     

企业固定资产信息化管理体系

核电企业具有高投入、高产出的特点。高投入转化为价值高、数量大、种类多的固定资产,高产出的前提是机组的安全运行,这就要求对企业已有的固定资产进行更新改造,同时不断扩大对新的固定资产的投入。因此,如何对固定资产进行有效地管理和控制,就成为大亚湾核电站保证安全运行、提高经济和管理效益的重要手段之一。对于固定资产管理体系的重要组成部分——生产离线固定资产的信息系统的开发和实施也成为企业固定资产信息化管理体系的重要内容之一。

本文结合目前高校固定资产的管理现状,提出了基于RFID技术的高校固定资产信息化管理网络方案,以加强高校的固定资产管理,进一步推进高校的信息化管理建设,提高高校的固定资产管理效率,实现固定资产管理的保值。     

Automated management of assets based on RFID triggered alarm messages

Asset management has long been considered as an important issue in enterprises. With the maturing of the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, automated management of assets (particularly for mobile ones) in an enterprise using RFID becomes practical. We have developed a RFID-based Asset Management System (RAMS) for a large telecommunication enterprise and this paper details how we maintain the whole life-cycle of assets from their acquisition, transfer, maintenance, audit taking, to retirement. Our system also displays spatial information of assets on an electronic geographical map using Web-based Geographical Information System (WebGIS) technology. Further asset security is improved by automated notification of asset movement and malfunction alarm through Short Message System (SMS). To improve the sending time of the alarm SMSs that have high priority, we also develop a Maximum Position First (MPF) speed-up algorithm for their scheduling. Our initial deployment shows that our system can improve the availability of assets and reduce the asset management cost dramatically.     

固定资产管理系统的设计与应用

本文针对某所固定资产管理工作中依赖纸质单据跑签、各级主管部门信息交互不畅、资产体量庞大、资产台账信息动态跟踪不到位的难题,提出建设固定资产管理系统。系统实现了某所固定资产管理业务的全面网上审签,统领了某所的固定资产台账,实现了对资产全生命周期的管理,在提高业务人员办公效率的同时,为资产管理者的资产决策提供了有力的支撑。
