经过多年的深入研究和开发,我国的数字电视的发展进入了最后的实施阶段。本文从数字电视地面广播的技术出发,介绍关于数字电视地面广播的DVB-T。(数字视频地面广播)COFDM(编码的正交频分复用)和ATSC高级电视制式委员会)8-VSB(8-残留边带调制)两种数字地面发送技术的原理、性能等,并对两种技术各自的优缺点进行了比较,供参考。 相似文献

随着数字化时代的到来,数字电视也相应地得到了快速地发展。本文首先简要介绍了数字电视地面广播、接着在分析正交频分复用(OFDM)技术基本原理的基础上,进一步探讨了以欧洲数字电视地面广播(DVB-T)为基础的COFDM传输方案原理,分析了该方宁所具有的特点。OFDM/COFDM已经在数字音频广播中实现,并准备应用于地面数字电视和HDTV广播中。最后还对我国数字地面电视的发展做了分析与展望。 相似文献

一般来说,每个系统都具有自己独特的优势和劣势.ATSC 8-VSB系统在加性白高斯噪声(AWGN)信道方面有较强的能力,具有较高的频谱效率和较低的峰值-平均功率比,并且抗脉冲噪声和相位噪声的能力较强.它在低电平总回波(鬼影)效果及模拟电视对数字电视的干扰方面与DVB-T性能类似.因此,ATSC 8-VSB系统对于多频网络(MFN)实施和在6 MHz信道内提供HDTV服务方面可能具有较大的优势. 相似文献

In early 1996, the European DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) Project finalised what is now called the `common 2k/8k specification' for terrestrial television transmission. This specification is an important cornerstone of digital video broadcasting in Europe and numerous other countries in the world. Called DVB-T, it is based on the channel-coding algorithms the DVB Project had earlier devised for digital television on cable and satellite. The modulation scheme that is used for DVB-T is OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing), which when used in conjunction with channel coding is known as COFDM. Two variants are described, one employing 1705 individual carriers in an 8 MHz channel (`2k variant'), the other employing 6817 carriers (`8k variant'). This paper describes advanced dual stream system for improving mobile/pedestrian reception performance to the ATSC DTV 8-VSB transmission standard. E-xVSB system can transmit a mixture of normal (8-VSB) stream and enhanced (robust) stream. The robust stream has a higher threshold of visibility (TOV) compared to the standard stream, and legacy receivers ignore the robust packets. Thus, Enhanced-xVSB system is fully backward compatible with a current ATSC standard. For more robust transmission support, E-xVSB system adopts a reduced constellation method as well as enhanced trellis-coded modulation scheme. E-xVSB system supports a variety of enhanced modulation schemes: Pseudo-2VSB, Enhanced-4VSB, modified Enhanced-8VSB and Hybrid-VSB. This article presents the results of the first digital terrestrial television field trials and coverage measurements in Spain. First of all the VIDITER project is presented. The main objective of this work is to study the behavior of a whole digital terrestrial television network, from source coding up to the final signal reception. At this point, the experimental network installed in Madrid is described. Next, the measurement campaign is explained, first, by describing the network configuration used for these first field trials, and then, paying attention to the criteria used to select the measurement points and the parameter set to be tested. On November 8, 1997, Canada formally adopted the ATSC Digital Television Standard for terrestrial transmission as defined in document A/53 of the Advanced Television Systems Committee of the USA and as modified by the FCC document MM Docket No. 87-268. This paper discusses the Canadian digital terrestrial television system technical parameters for implementation and frequency planning: interference protection ratios, reference system parameters, and radio frequency emission masks, as well as their design methodology. First, the Canadian terrestrial DTV design guidelines are presented, followed by the introduction of DTV reference receiving system set up and the parameter selection of the interference protection ratios.
