本文着重研究了Ti(OnBu)4-Ba(OAc)2水解法合成高纯超细BaTiO3粉体的制备工艺和工艺参数。对不同工艺条件下制得的BaTiO3粉体进行了TG-DTA、XRD、TEM、SAXS和ICD-AES的测试和分析,找出了其中的规律。采用本工艺方法合成的BaTiO3粉体,纯度达到99.80wt%,比表面积为68m2/g,一次粒子平均粒径为46.7um,二次粒子粗径分布在20~300um之间。  相似文献

以Ce(NO3)3.6H2O和(NH4)2CO3为沉淀源,搀杂稀土氧化物Sm2O3,利用柠檬酸作为络合剂和分散剂,制备出纳米(CeO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14.并采用TEM、XRD等方法对其热分解所得纳米(CeO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14的形貌及结晶性等进行了表征.结果表明:随着柠檬酸加入量的增加,焙烧生成的纳米(CeO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14颗粒的形貌从纳米线向类球形颗粒变化,所得(CeO2)0.86(Sm2O3)0.14为立方萤石结构,且随焙烧温度的提高,晶化程度增大.  相似文献

采用传统的水热合成法,将La3+/Ca2+直接掺杂到反应物体系中,制备了La3+/Ca2+共掺钛酸钡(BaTiO3)粉体;XRD晶相分析表明,所制备的粉体晶相结构单一,为四方相钙钛矿型晶体结构;SEM形貌分析表明,适量的La3+/Ca2+掺杂有利于钛酸钡陶瓷的致密化烧结,并且能够改善其介电性能。电学性能分析结果表明,随着La3+与Ca2+质量分数比的增大,其介电常数和绝缘电阻先增大后减小,而介电损耗的变化规律则恰好相反。当La3+与Ca2+质量分数比为2∶1时,其介电常数达到最大值,得到了介电常数为4 900、介质损耗为0.014 8、绝缘电阻为3.0×1012Ω的高介电低损耗粉体。  相似文献

Coated-PMMA microspheres consisting of poly (methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) core and barium titanate (BaTiO3) shell were synthesized by the modified sol-gel processing and then adopted as an electrorheological (ER) materials. The structure and morphology of coated powders were characterized by SEM and FT-IR; the shear stress of the suspensions of coated-PMMA particles and pure PMMA particles in silicone oil with a 20 vol% were investigated. The results show that the BaTiO3 coated PMMA microspheres based suspension in silicone oil exhibited typical ER behavior and stronger ER effects.  相似文献

Polyaniline-barium titanate (PAn-Ba-TiO_3) ultrafine composite particles were prepared by the oxidative polymerization of aniline with H_2O_2 while barium titanate nanoparticles were synthesized with a sol-gel method. The infrared spectrogram shows that the polymerization of PAn in the hybrid process of PAn-BaTiO_3 is similar with the polymeric process of pure aniline, and there is interaction of PAn and BaTiO_3 in the PAn-Ba-TiO_3. SEM and TEM results show that the average diameter of the composite particles is 1.50/~m and the diameters of BaTiO_3 nanoparticles are 5—15 nm in the composite particle. The electrical conductivity of the ultrafine composite particles is transformable from 10~0 to 10~(11)S/cm by equilibrium doping or dedoping method using various concentration of HCl or NaOH solutions.  相似文献

A novel process termed low-temperature combustion-synthesis(LCS)of Ba(ON3)2-TiO2-C6H8O7.H2O system was investigated at the initial temperature of 600℃ and ultrafine BiTiO3 powders with a particle size of 200-350nm were prepared.It was found that the molar ratio of NO3^-/citric acid and the homogeneity of combustion have remarkable effect on the characterstice of the powder,The reaction mechanism of LCS BaTiO3 powders was proposed on the basis of thermodynamic analysis.  相似文献

Dispersing and doping of BaTiO3 powder by adsorption method were investigated.Ultrafine BaTiO3 powders were dispersed in the aqueous with ammoniumized citrate (NH4-CA) or ammoniumized citric Ianthanum chelate (NH4-La-CA) as dispersant by ultrasonic bath. Better dispersion of BaTiO3 slurry was obtained in the aqueous with NH4-La-CA than that of NH4-CA when the mass ratio of citric acid (CA) to BaTiO3.Was less than 0.007. The pH value hardly affects the dispersion property of BaTiO3 suspension dispersed by NH4-La-CA. BaTiO3 powder could be well dispersed (median size D50=0.45 μm) and also doped with high uniformity of added components by adsorbing citric acid chelate on surface. Compared with solid mixing, better microstructure and properties of La/Mn codoped ceramics were obtained by adsorption method.  相似文献

为了获得片状BaTiO3陶瓷模板,在KF-NaF-BaTiO3伪三元体系中采用凝固法制备了异形BaTiO3晶粒粉体,表征了该粉体的结构和形貌.研究结果表明:不同原料配比制得的BaTiO3晶粒的大小、形态和相的纯度有显著的区别;以97.8(3KF-NaF)-2.2BaTiO3原料配比制备的粉体中BaTiO3含量高,BaTiO3晶粒形态大多呈片状,晶粒尺寸分布均匀.  相似文献

采用机械球磨的方法制备(Fe Al)/Al2O3复合纳米粉体,通过对粉体的X衍射分析研究其机械球磨特性.结果表明:Al2O3阻碍球磨过程中的Fe、Al合金化,有利于粉末的纳米化和机械活化,并大幅提高出粉率.这对机械活化烧结FeAl基Al2O3弥散型块体复合纳米材料,提高机械球磨效率具有重要意义.  相似文献

Composite particles consisting of polyaniline( PAn) core and barium tilanate ( BaTiO3) Layer shell were synthesized. The PAn-BaTiO3 composites particles were characterized with TEM and XRD. The dielectric behavior of particles was tested and the electrorhcologicak(ER) behavior of the suspensions of PAn/ BaTiO3 panicles in chlorinated paraffin oil with a 20vol % was investigated under DC electric field. The results show that the ER effect of composite particle is far stronger than that of pure polyaniline and barium titanate which mere synthesized by the stone method. pH and thickness of BuTiO3 have an important. influence on the ER effects.  相似文献

研究了水基溶胶法合成ZrO2(Y2O3)纳米晶超微粉体的可能性。结果表明,这种方法能够合成粒径为数十至数个纳米的超微粉体,合成的粉体粒径分布均匀,分散性好。通过选择溶胶形成过程中前驱物浓度值,可以有效地控制合成的超微粉体的粒径,浓度增大,粉体粒径减小。合成的ZrO2(Y2O3)粉体最小粒径为6nm,该值由溶胶中胶体粒子临界晶核的大小所决定。  相似文献

A new complex-precursor method was proposed to prepare nanometer-sized BaTiO3 powder. Firstly,Ti2O(O2)2(ta)24-complex ions were prepared by the reaction of H2O2,Ti^4+ and ta^3-(ta=[C6H6O6N]^3-) with a desirable amount of surface active agent,and then the Ba2[Ti2O(O2)2(ta)2]·2H2O precursor was obtained by reaction between [Ti2O(O2)2(ta)2]^4-and Ba^2+. Finally,the precursor was annealed at 800 ℃ for 2 h to obtain BaTiO3 powder. The morphology,the particle size distribution,the purity and the molar ratio of Ba to Ti of BaTiO3 powder were investigated systematically by TEM,XRD,IR,Raman and chemical analysis,respectively. The results show that the BaTiO3 powders with the grain size of about 40 nm have a tetragonal crystalline structure at room temperature and a spherical morphology.  相似文献

文中以柠檬酸为络合剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Fe2O3粉,并用TG/DTA对干凝胶进行了热分析,用XRD、SEM对产物的粒度及分散性进行了表征;考察了无水乙醇,乙二醇及金属离子与柠檬酸摩尔比对产物粒度、形貌及分散性的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的Fe2O3的粒度比醇盐法的要细,乙二醇的加入能够减轻产物的团聚现象,当金属离子与柠檬酸的摩尔比为1:1时,产物的粒度和分散性最佳,XRD测出原始晶粒的精确尺寸为18.3nm,SEM所测团粒的平均粒径为200nm左右,且颗粒近似球形.  相似文献

采用均匀沉淀法将MgO均匀地包覆在BaTiO3基陶瓷粉体表面,制备包覆MgO的BaTiO3基陶瓷复合粒子,研究了不同包覆量对BaTiO3基陶瓷的微观结构、微观形貌、介电性能、绝缘性能和击穿电压的影响。实验表明:包覆剂MgO能有效抑制晶粒长大,从而获得晶粒均匀的陶瓷,此细晶效应是由于晶界区MgO的抑制作用;MgO有助于形成“壳-芯”结构晶粒,降低并展宽BaTiO3基陶瓷的ε峰,增加电阻率和击穿电压强度。  相似文献

TiB2-Al2O3 composite powders were produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) method with reductive process from B2O3-TiO2-Al system. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analyses show the presence of TiB2 and Al2O3 only in the composite powders produced by SHS. The powders are uniform and free-agglomerate. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM) observation of microstructure of the composite powders indicate that the interfaces of the TiB2-Al2O3 bond well, without any interfacial reaction products. It is proposed that the good interfacial bonding of the composite powders can be resulted from the TiB2 particles crystallizing and growing on the Al2O3 particles surface with surface defects acting as nucleation centers.  相似文献

Barium titanate nano-powders were synthesized under defined conditions.The surface of these particles was successfully modified by coating with urea.The characteristics of these composite particles were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The electro-rheological (ER) effects of these particles suspended in methyl-silicone oil were measured.The particle, methyl-silicon oil ratio was 30%-35% weight percent.The experimental results indicate that these ER particles exhibit a remarkable ER effect.The ER fluid shows Bingham characteristics and the static shearing stress increases with an increase of the electric field strength.The highest static shearing stress under a 4 MV/m electric field is 13.2 kPa at room temperature, an increase of about 8.7 kPa compared to untreated BaTiO(C2O4)2 powders.  相似文献
