以氯虫苯甲酰胺为先导化合物,通过在其吡唑环上引入氯原子,合成了1 1个吡唑酰胺类新化合物。所有化合物通过~1HNMR、元素分析进行了结构表征,并初步测定了化合物对二化螟的杀虫活性。在0.1 mg/L质量浓度下,部分新化合物对二化螟的生物活性显著高于氯虫苯甲酰胺。 相似文献

利用核磁共振技术可以快速、准确的对岩样孔隙度、渗透率以及含油饱和进行分析,同时,该项技术对岩样无损伤,具有其它常规技术无可比拟的优点。该技术在辽河油田奈曼旗凹陷奈1块进行储层评价的现场应用效果表明,核磁共振技术能够完全满足储层评价的精度要求,其解释结果与沉积微相结果吻合,效果较好。 相似文献

A new technique based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is developed in this paper to determine quantitatively the hydrazide content in poly(oxadiazole-hydrazide) copolymers. Two-dimensional 1H-13C shift correlation and 1H NMR spectra of poly(4,4′-diphenylether-1,3,4-oxadiazole-hydrazide) copolymers with different hydrazide contents were performed to characterize these copolymers and allow for development of a NMR based quantitative correlation for hydrazide content. Thermal gravimetric measurements (TGA) were also performed in order to provide an independent data set for validation of the NMR based technique. The results obtained with the proposed NMR technique were shown to be in good qualitative agreement with the TGA results. 相似文献

A simple, inexpensive, and highly efficient NMR sample preparation technique for volatile chemicals has been devised using a micropreparative GC system. The recovery efficiency of a volatile chemical using this technique was >80% with sample sizes of 0.05 to 0.5 microg. The purity of the acquired NMR samples was sufficient for high sensitive NMR analyses including two dimensional experiments. 相似文献

Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) thermosetting resin has been characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. The main monomer in DCPD resin is found to be in endo isomer form. Solid-state 13C cross polarization/magic angle spinning and 13C high-power decoupling NMR techniques have been applied for characterization of polymer network during curing and after cure. NMR spectra of carbon atoms in rigid phase and in mobile phase have been investigated. The possibility of three structural elements in polymer network was discussed. 27Al and29Si MAS NMR studies of various ZSM-5 zeolites of different Si/Al ratio, crystal size synthesized with and without alkali metal salt addition by the hydrothermal technique were carried out. The NMR observations clearly showed that the technique can be employed to differentiate Si/Al ratio, framework tetrahedral content and the crystal size. The last observation has been confirmed by SEM and catalytic activity test for para ethylation of ethylbenzene. A good correlation was found between the catalytic activity and the data from NMR and SEM. 相似文献

We describe a new solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique for correlating anisotropic and isotropic chemical shifts in powdered samples. Two-dimensional (2D) NMR spectra are obtained by processing signals acquired in independent experiments for different angles between the sample spinning axis and the Zeeman magnetic field. This 2D NMR approach can therefore resolve individual static anisotropic lineshapes according to their isotropic chemical shift frequencies, without use of sudden mechanical motions or multiple-pulse irradiation schemes. Applications of the technique are illustrated with an analysis of the chemical shift anisotropy for the eight distinct 13C sites in tyrosine. 相似文献
