In cyclotrons particles have fixed static equilibrium orbits (EO) for different energies, the center of the orbit is also the center of the machine. In fact beam will not run along EO, but with betatron oscillation about EO. When the magnetic field has imperfect component, the center of the orbit will deviate from its original position. During the long time operation of the compact cyclotron, the RF power will be fed into the RF cavity Some of the power is used for accelerating the H- beam, while the other is lost by heating the cavity and the magnet pole. Although the cooling water flowing around the outside of the cavity can take away the heat, the temperature of the pole will increase slowly. This phenomenon has been already observed in 1994, when the 30 MeV cyclotron was in operation with temperature variation of the pole about 25 ~C The thermal stress caused by the slow shift of the temperature will dilate the pole and diminish the gap height between the upper and the lower pole, which will result in the change of the magnetic field. Therefore, it is important to investigate the influence of temperature on the field.  相似文献

控制棒水压驱动技术是由清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院发明的具有自主知识产权的一项新型专利技术。组合阀是该项技术的关键部件,而组合阀是由3个直动电磁阀组成,因此,电磁阀的性能直接影响组合阀的性能,从而影响控制棒水压驱动技术的运行性能。本文就控制棒水压驱动系统运行过程中所出现的工况,对其直动电磁阀线圈进行了温升实验研究,并运用ANSYS软件进行了理论分析。分析结果表明:在电流增大情况下,线圈温度均会增大;线圈内壁温度高于外壁温度;线圈中间温度高于边缘温度。通过线圈温升研究可进一步优化直动电磁阀的设计。  相似文献

Instantaneous radiation, mainly consisting of photon and neutron caused by beam loss, occurs during the debugging and operation of the 100 MeV cyclotron. Some components such as beam line, targets and collimators will generate residual radiation while they are impinged by the beam. And worse still, sometimes this may lead to the destruction of relevant devices. In order to avoid the radiation damage to the device as well as people involved, it is planned to implement a set of radiation monitoring and safety system, aiming to protect devices and ensure personnel safety by monitoring the parameters of the beam and dose rate of different areas.  相似文献

100 MeV强流质子回旋加速器(CYCIAE-100)加速H-,引出质子束能量为75~100 MeV、最大束流强度为200 μA。为对束流输运线上的质子束流强度进行无阻挡实时监测,选择了直流流强监测器(DCCT),其在设计上考虑了空间限制、杂散磁场和外部高频干扰信号等因素对探头的影响。探头外采用了三重磁屏蔽设计,磁屏蔽外为1层黄铜的电屏蔽。采用了绝缘垫圈隔断束流输运线的直流导电性,束流输运线管壁通有冷却水以保证探头温度稳定。在绝缘垫圈处增加电容以满足探头对电容值的要求。采用高精度PLC-AI模块对DCCT的输出电压进行了读取。通过模拟束流的实验验证表明,DCCT设计合理可行,测量结果的线性度、误差等指标符合设计要求。  相似文献

The achievement of magnetic field plays a crucial part in the design of CYCIAE-100 cyclotron, which is assumed to satisfy various beam dynamics requirements. In the compact cyclotron, magnet deformation caused by gravity, electromagnetic force and atmospheric pressure, impacts the distribution of the field on the middle plane and the space nearby. 实验测量同轴喷射流模型三维温度场和二维速度矢量场,分析不同入口速度比对三维温度振荡的影响。实验结果表明:R<1时,冷热流在底部完成了混合行为,平均温度不呈轴对称分布,而R≥1时,呈轴对称分布,但流体瞬态温度不呈轴对称分布。随着R的增加,冷流随高度增加温度上升的梯度减小,而热流温度下降的梯度则增大;R>1时,流场温度振荡强度小于R≤1的,其强温度振荡发生在冷热流之间和热流与环境流之间的区域。不同R下,温度振荡主要频率均分布在7Hz以内。  相似文献

Axial insulation breaks are needed in ITER superconducting magnet system, which are used for separation of high voltage area from grounded cooling pipes system. To determine the maximum safe temperature that the insulating break can withstand without damage, such as preventing damage by overheating during welding of the insulating breaks to the helium cooling pipes for the superconducting magnets and high temperature baking to remove moisture, the glass transition temperature was tested by using the dynamic mechanical analysis with the standard sample made from epoxy resin. Furthermore, the high temperature baking test of axial insulation break was performed, further helium tight test and high voltage tests indicate the baked insulation break is in good condition.  相似文献
