环路声学共振多级行波热声发动机的机理研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对环路声学共振多级行波热声发动机的工作机理进行了研究,重点分析了环路声学共振4级行波热声发动机无负载工作情况,并比较了环路声学共振4级、8级、16级行波热声发动机的工作性能。计算结果表明,这一行波热声发动机具有较好的声场分布并通过增大回热器横截面积有效降低了回热器内的粘性流动损失。增加环路声学共振多级行波热声发动机的级数仍能获得较为理想的工作性能,并能够增加整机产生净声功率,降低谐振管消耗声功率的比例,相对传统带驻波谐振管的行波热声发动机更为紧凑。 相似文献

A resonance tube is an important component of a thermoacoustic engine, which has great influence on the performance of the thermoacoustically driven pulse tube refrigerator. A standing wave thermoacoustic engine is simulated with linear thermoacoustics. Computed results show that an appropriate accretion of the resonance tube length may lead to a decrease of the working frequency and an increase of the pressure amplitude, which will improve the match between the thermoacoustic engine and the pulse tube refrigerator. The theoretical prediction is verified by experiments. A refrigeration temperature as low as 88.6 K has been achieved with an optimized length of the resonance tube, helium as working gas, and 2200 W of heating power. 相似文献

The pulse tube cooler (PTC) driven by a thermoacoustic engine can completely eliminate mechanical moving parts, and then achieves a simpler and more reliable device. A Stirling thermoacoustic heat engine has been constructed and tested. The heat engine can generate a maximal pressure ratio of 1.19, which makes it possible to drive a PTC and get good performance. Frequency is one of the key operating parameters, not only for the heat engine but also for the PTC. In order to adapt to the relatively low design frequency of the PTC, the operating frequency of the thermoacoustic heat engine was regulated by varying the length of the resonance tube. Driven by the thermoacoustic engine, a single stage double-inlet PTC obtained the lowest refrigeration temperature of 80.9 K with an operating frequency of 45 Hz, which is regarded as a new record for the reported thermoacoustically driven refrigerators. 相似文献

某公司生产的RHU200AHZ1-N型号空气源热水机组在安装运行后,吸气铜管多次发生断裂。研究结果表明:吸气铜管发生断裂是由振动过大或共振引起的,安装问题导致压缩机与安装槽钢发生共振,加速铜管的疲劳失效,最终使吸气铜管断裂。根据分析结果确定机组安装的整改方案,整改后吸气铜管断裂故障得到排除。 相似文献

The failure analysis of a four-stroke 3000 kW off-shore operating diesel engine is presented. The failure occurred during engine normal operation period in the leak-off oil pipe from the injection valves, which experienced a fracture through the pipe wall and a diesel engine fire as a result. A detailed analysis of all elements which had an influence on the failure initiation was carried out, namely leak-off oil pipe vibration level, pipe stress level, presence of corrosion pits on the pipe external surface under the zinc coating and engine components temperature distribution in the failure zone. It was found that the crack initiation and propagation of the leak-off oil pipe from injection valves was driven by a fatigue mechanism, which was facilitated by loose pipe supports (excessive pipe vibration) and corrosion pits on the pipe surface that acted as stress concentrators. The contact of leak-off atomized oil due to the pipe through wall fracture with the hot engine exhaust muff (390 °C approximately) caused local fire of the diesel engine. 相似文献

为了获得直升机传动系统扭转振动的特性,对直升机传动系统的扭转振动进行了计算和分析.在简化传动系统结构的基础上,将直升机传动系统划分为若干个轴段和圆盘的子系统,根据振型叠加原理,得到了直升机传动系统扭转振动的解,分析了传动系统的扭转频响函数.结果表明:传动系统扭转频响函数幅值的峰值出现在低阶固有频率附近;不同频率激振源的部件引起传动系统同阶扭转共振时,发动机的转速不等,发动机到激振源部件的传动比大,发动机的转速高;在同阶扭转共振中,桨叶引起传动系统扭转共振时,发动机的转速最高. 相似文献
