水冷板是新能源车辆的关键部件,其换热性能直接影响了冷却系统的效能。利用CFD技术对某款水冷板的热力性能进行了分析研究。首先,建立其3D简化模型,并利用前处理软件生成网格;然后在Fluent 15.0中模拟特定工况下的性能,经20 000步迭代收敛后,输出计算结果。通过分析结果可知,当前水冷板流道内平均流速为0.16 m/s,换热量为4 883.25 J,压力损失为394.84 Pa,可以满足高效工作下的散热需求。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of various fin numbers, fin heights, and base temperatures on natural convection from horizontal cylinders with longitudinal plate fins experimentally. Experimental results were used to establish a correlation for estimating the Nusselt number under the following conditions: Rayleigh number, 300000–1000000; fin-height-to-cylinder-diameter ratio, 1/6–1/2; and fin number, 9–72. 为研究充液率、真空度和长度对热管传热性能的影响作用,利用基于虚拟仪器技术的热管传热性能测试平台对直径6mm的微梯形沟槽热管在不同充液率、不同真空度以及不同长度等条件下进行实验测试.实验表明:微沟槽热管的最佳充液率在(75~100)%之间.热管内必须具备足够低的真空度,且充液率需根据真空度的不同适当调整.热管长度缩短可以提高其传热性能,但长度较短时,需适当提高充液率. 相似文献

The heat transfer and friction characteristics of fin-and-tube heat exchangers having herringbone wave fins were experimentally
investigated. Eighteen samples having different fin pitches (1.34 mm to 2.54 mm) and tube rows (one to four) were tested.
For all the samples, the waffle depth and the corrugation angle of the fin was 1.14 mm and 11.7o respectively. Results showed that the j factors were insensitive to fin pitch, while f factors increased as the fin pitch
increased. As the number of tube rows increased, both the j and f factors decreased. However, the effect of tube row diminished
as the Reynolds number increased, at least for j factors. Existing correlations failed to adequately predict the present data.
A new correlation was developed based on existing data, which significantly improved the predictions of the present data. 相似文献

An experimental study was conducted on a water-spray-bed heat exchanger to investigate the heat transfer characteristics. A laboratory-scale test rig was built and its heat transfer characteristics were investigated with respect to various design and operation parameters such as the water spray flow rate, exhaust gas flow rate and number of tube rows. It was found that the implementation of the water spray increased the heat transfer rate to about 1.3 - 2.2 times that of a heat exchanger without water spray, although with a slight increase in the pressure loss. It was thus confirmed that the water spray was effective for enhancing condensing heat recovery from an exhaust gas.

A numerical method to efficiently predict heat transfer phenomena of a louver fin radiator was presented — multi-scale semimicroscopic heat exchange (SHE) method. This method consists of microscopic analysis and semimicroscopic analysis. To predict heat transfer characteristics of a louver fin element, the microscopic analysis employs modeling of the detailed geometry of a fin element. Numerical models for the heat transfer rate and flow friction derived from the microscopic analysis are then used for simulations of the full radiator model in semimicroscopic analysis. In the semimicroscopic analysis, conjugate heat transfer is analyzed for the domain with the radiator whose louver fin area is replaced by a porous media. The results with the proposed method show a good agreement with the experimental data. The proposed method can be used to predict flow and heat transfer characteristics of a realistic louver fin radiator with a reduced cost and sufficient accuracy. 相似文献

为了研究工质对沟槽式微热管传热性能的影响,通过试验对不同充液率下,不同工质对沟槽式微热管的温差、热阻与极限功率等性能的影响进行研究.结果表明:充液率对丙酮热管的温差变化影响较大,在相同情况下,丙酮热管需要更高的充液率.乙醇热管的温差性能较差,但充液率小的乙醇热管其热阻较小.水热管的极限功率最高,且在100%的充液率时,有着最为良好的传热性能,较另两种工质更适合用于高功率场合.该研究对实际生产和应用中的工质选择有着重要的参考意义. 相似文献

The characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop for fully developed turbulent flow in a tube with circumferential fins and circular disks were experimentally studied. The various spacing and sizes of circumferential fins and circular disks were selected as design parameters, while the effects of these parameters on heat transfer enhancement and pressure drop were investigated. In order to quantify the effect of heat transfer enhancement and the increase of pressure drop due to the fins and disks in a tube, the Nusselt numbers and the friction factors for various configurations and operating conditions were compared to those for a corresponding smooth tube. The results showed that the heat transfer rate was significantly enhanced by increasing the height of circumferential fins and decreasing the pitch of circumferential fins. On the other hand, the influence of the disk size and the fin-disk spacing were not significant. Based on the experimental results, a correlation for estimating the Nusselt number was suggested. 相似文献
