多功能热泵机组评价指标及相关标准的缺失在很大程度上制约了该技术在我国的发展.在介绍多功能热泵机组的工作原理的基础上,依据多功能热泵机组在不同的模式下的对象特性分别对国内外相关标准进行了研究.为了使多功能热泵机组的标准制定更具针对性,还按照热源形式等11个方面对多功能热泵机组进行了类别的划分,并根据我国5个不同的气候区域的特点,按运行模式和温区对多功能热泵机组进行了全年运行过程中各种运行模式的累积时间分布的分析,给出了多功能热泵机组全年运行的能效评定指标APF的计算依据.  相似文献

某电厂200 MW机组大修后一年时间内发生过30多次阵发性振动,使机组无法带满负荷运行.经过理论分析与试验研究,认为该200MW机组阵发性振动主要是由于汽流激振引起的.对机组按汽流激振故障进行了治理,消除了该机组存在的阵发性振动,保证了机组的安全运行.该例对高参数大型火电机组有参考价值.  相似文献

就某厂热电机组存在的由于轴系热态对中度变化,影响轴系振动与机组运行稳定的问题进行了分析和诊断.并在分析轴系不对中的旋转机械系统的振动机理的基础上,对机组的运行进行实际的考察和调整,得出了机组因轴系热态对中度变化及联轴器连接不良,激励产生的轴承振动响应而状态劣化的结论.  相似文献

百年电力3号机组大修中进行了增容改造后,机组启动、定速和带负荷过程发生异常振动,严重威胁机组的安全运行.通过频谱分析、振动升降特性和机组带负荷的振动特点等特征对机组的振动故障进行了正确的诊断分析,确认了汽轮机中压缸内的动静摩擦和低压转子一阶和二阶不平衡量的存在是造成的机组异常振动的原因.通过调整2号轴承座的标高和低压转子的一次精确加重,成功消除了机组的振动故障,振动达到优良水平,保证了机组的安全投产运行.  相似文献

优化地源热泵的运行管理策略,降低土壤热不平衡对地源热泵机组性能的影响,是保证地源热泵机组长期稳定高效运行的重要措施.以天津市某办公楼的地源热泵系统为研究对象,对其多年运行之后的土壤温度变化和系统能效变化进行了模拟分析,分析比较了不同间歇运行方案下得到的土壤温度和热泵机组能效的变化.结果表明,地源热泵机组连续运行30年时,土壤温度受热不平衡的影响,呈逐年波动式上升,前15年上升幅度较大,后15年增幅较缓.地源热泵系统间歇运行将有利于地温的恢复,机组的启停比对地源热泵系统土壤温升的累计影响显著大于运行起止时间对土壤温升的影响.研究结果可为地源热泵系统的运营管理提供重要参考与借鉴.  相似文献

This study addresses the problem of determining the allocation of operations and their tools to machines, the operation processing times and the allocation/sequence of the parts to be processed on each machine for flexible manufacturing systems with controllable processing times. Tool lives, tool copies and tool sharing are also considered. An integer programming model is developed for the objective of minimizing the sum of operation processing and tardiness costs. Then, iterative algorithms are proposed that solve the two subproblems iteratively, where the loading subproblem is solved by a modified bin packing algorithm under initial processing times and the resulting scheduling subproblem is solved by a priority scheduling method while modifying the loading plans and operation processing times iteratively. Computational experiments were carried out, and the results are reported.  相似文献

以我国众多中小生产企业人工手工工序作业系统的作业组织模式为研究对象,考虑小组工人在组织学习率-倦怠双因素的影响下,以小组作业模式的生产加工产品批完工时间为目标函数,通过仿真分析得出工人产品批加工生产周期的较优方案。通过例证结果表明:适当休息时间和休息次数,产品批的生产加工周期更优;过长或过短的休息时间和过多或过少的休息次数,都将影响产品批的生产加工周期。  相似文献

The single-electron circuit and nanostructure described in this paper are designed for stochastic associative processing, which is an expanded version of ordinary associative memory processing. In stochastic associative processing, the association probability of each stored pattern depends on the similarity between the stored pattern and the input pattern. Such unique processing is useful for sequential stochastic association and for clustering for vector quantization. Conventional single-electron circuits operate only at very low temperature for practical junction capacitance (i.e., 30 K for 0.1 aF) because the charging energy in these circuits is directly related to the tunnel junction capacitance. Our multi-nano-dot circuit and structure operate at room temperature with a junction capacitance around 0.1 aF through tunneling processes assisted by thermal noise. We analyze the operation of this circuit in detail and propose for it a stochastic associative processing operation, where the detection timing of the electron position controls the association probability distribution.  相似文献

In this paper we study the following generalization of the job-shop scheduling problem. Each operation can be performed by one machine out of a set of machines given for this operation. The processing time does not depend on the machine which has been chosen for processing the operation. This problem arises in the area of flexible manufacturing. As a generalization of the jobshop problem it belongs to the hardest problems in combinatorial optimization. Correlation is considered to be a fundamental operation in the field of signal processing. The fact that this operation can be implemented optically in a relatively simple manner is an important advantage of utilizing optical systems for signal processing. The VanderLugt 4-f system and the joint transform correlator (JTC) are the two most popular configurations for performing a spatial correlation operation optically. So far the JTC architecture has been used for performing correlation between two images, which are illuminated by a quasi-monochromatic light source. We propose a generalization of the JTC that performs a correlation between two temporal optical signals.  相似文献

The critical path method (CPM) is a widely applied technique in large-scale industrial project planning and control. Based on a detailed review of the current literature, no references have been found referring to the use of the CPM in marble processing plants and other industrial mineral plants. In this regard, this study proposes a new application area of CPM and suggests the implementation details of mineral processing workflows with particular emphasis on marble production facilities. In the study, the CPM is applied to marble processing plants for selecting an applicable production process and for determining the workflow schema in order to optimize the cost of operation and to effectively manage time. As a consequence of this analysis, a new production plan is proposed for medium-scale marble processing plants. A suitable marble processing plant has been built and taken into operation in accordance with the proposed plant plan. It has been observed that this plant has a higher production rate at a preferable capacity when compared to three other plants studied as a part of this research.  相似文献

波前处理机是自适应光学系统波前处理运算的中心 ,其运算延时直接影响系统的控制带宽。在 6 1单元自适应光学系统中 ,我们根据采样频率 2 90 0 Hz的Hartmann波前传感器输出信号的特点 ,采用流水和并行处理技术 ,用 1 2片TMS32 0 C5 0和 5片 TMS32 0 C31处理器 ,研制了我国首台峰值运算速度达 8.5亿次/秒的专用高速实时数字波前处理机 ,满足了系统的实时性要求。  相似文献
