采用反应热压烧结法制备Ti3 SiC2/SiC复合材料,针对不同SiC含量的Ti3 SiC2/SiC复合材料在1100 ~ 1500℃下恒温氧化20h的氧化行为进行了研究.结果表明:(1)适量SiC的引入能有效的提高Ti3 SiC2/SiC复合材料的抗高温氧化性能;(2)复合材料的氧化膜分内外两层,外层成分为TiO2,逐渐向内层过渡为TiO2和SiO2的混合物.  相似文献

连续SiC纤维增韧SiC陶瓷基复合材料(SiCf/SiC CMCs)具有低密度、优异的高温力学性能和抗氧化性能,在航空发动机热端部件上具有广阔的应用前景,具备提高发动机推重比和使用温度、减轻无效重量、简化系统结构等显著优势.延长SiCf/SiC复合材料在航空发动机高温氧化环境下的服役寿命是当前需要解决的难题.本文从纤维、界面相、基体、表面涂层四个方面综述了SiCf/SiC复合材料高温抗氧化研究进展.采用多元多层自愈合界面相、对基体进行改性以及采用表面自愈合整体涂层都可以有效提高SiCf/SiC复合材料在高温氧化环境中的使用稳定性和寿命.  相似文献

This paper aims to study the influence of Al2O3 particle addition to Al alloys. The effects of reinforcement volumes in a metal matrix alloy on response variables were investigated towards the highlighting of this process with the goal of achieving high process performance. In this study, the comparison between EDM of Al/Al2 O 3 metal matrix composites with different volumes of reinforcement and 2024 alloys was investigated to determine the influence of weight percentage of Al2 O 3-reinforced particles on output parameters. The results show that addition of Al2 O 3 particles in the composites has significant effects on material removal rate, surface roughness and tool wear rate. Tool wear rate and surface roughness were increased with increased Al2 O 3 ceramic contents. Surface roughness was obviously affected by the discharge current as well as pulse on-time. Rapid increase in tool wear rate was seen when reinforced with higher weight percentage of Al2O3 particles. The pulse on-time and discharge current significantly affect the material removal rate, tool wear rate and surface roughness. Tool wear rate, material removal rate and surface roughness were high if the discharge current and pulse on-time were set at a higher level. In other words, high current and pulse on-time resulted in high tool wear rate, material removal rate and surface roughness. The material removal rate was decreased by increasing the weight percentage of Al2O3 particles.

以聚酰胺66(PA66)、聚苯硫醚(PPS) 及65Mn钢板为主要原料,制备了一系列不同配比的金属基复合材料,并对这些材料进行不同条件下的摩擦学性能试验,最后通过结合强度试验来分析材料间的结合强度。结果表明,复合材料的摩擦因数及磨损速率随着聚酰胺66的增加而降低;同种材料的摩擦系数及磨损速率随着载荷和对摩速度的增加而先增大后减小;结合强度试验表明金属基复合材料的结合强度随着聚苯硫醚的增加而逐渐增大。  相似文献

采用熔融共混的方法制备了PS/纳米MoS2复合材料,并应用高阻仪、DSC等研究了该复合材料的电性能和热性能,同时测试了该复合材料的力学性能.结果表明,随着纳米MoS2用量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率明显下降,当MoS2用量为25份时,复合材料的体积电阻率达到109Ω·cm;复合材料的热稳定性也得到提高;同时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度提高,而弯曲强度有所降低.  相似文献

Effect of filler material on three-body abrasive wear behaviour of Glass – Epoxy composites has been investigated. The abrading distance, applied load and sliding speed are the parameters used for the study. A L9 orthogonal array and ANOVA were used to identify the contribution of individual parameters. The result shows that the weight loss increases with increase in load, sliding speed and abrading distance. The abrading distance has more effect on the wear compared to other parameters. The filler material (SiC) contributes a significant wear resistance of the G–E composites.  相似文献

Fatigue Mechanisms in Graphite/SiC Composites at Room and High Temperature   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Some deductions have been made from fractographic evidence about mechanisms of low-cycle mechanical fatigue in plain woven graphite/SiC composites at room and high temperature in vacuum. At both room temperature and 830°C, fatigue appears to be confined to the crack wake, where attrition reduces the efficacy of bridging fibers. It is inferred that the crack tip advances at some critical value of the crack tip stress intensity factor, as in monotonic growth, rather than by any intrinsic fatigue mechanism in the matrix. However, the manifestations of attrition are very different at room and high temperatures. At high temperature, wear is greatly accelerated by the action of SiC debris within the crack. This distinction is rationalized in terms of the temperature dependence expected in the opening displacement of a bridged crack. This argument leads in turn to plausible explanations of trends in loadlife curves and the morphology of cracks as the temperature rises.  相似文献

通过单向拉伸试验,研究了2D-SiC/SiC复合材料的应力-应变行为.结果表明,材料单向拉伸应力-应变曲线表现出明显的双线性特征,且线弹性段较长.通过试件断口照片,分析了2D-SiC/SiC复合材料单向拉伸破坏机理和损伤模式.基于对损伤过程的假设,建立了二维连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的双线性本构模型,并将其应用于2D-SiC/SiC复合材料的应力-应变曲线模拟,模拟结果与试验值吻合很好.同时,分析计算表明,2D-SiC/SiC复合材料的单轴拉伸行为主要由纵向纤维柬决定,横向纤维对材料的整体模量和强度贡献很小.  相似文献

The implementation of Ceramic Matrix Composites necessitates the understanding of stress‐dependent damage evolution. Toward this goal, two liquid silicon infiltrated SiCf reinforced SiC composites were tensile tested with electrical resistance (ER) monitoring as well as acoustic emission to quantify matrix cracking. ER was modeled using a combination of resistors in series and parallel to model transverse matrix cracks and fiber/matrix segments between matrix cracks. It is shown that resistance change is sensitive to transverse matrix crack formation and stress‐dependent debonding length. The model appears to be accurate up to the stress for matrix crack saturation.  相似文献
