搅拌反应器内三种桨型的气、液分散与相际传质特性研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文以改进搅拌发酵罐的桨型为目的,对空气-水、空气-亚硫酸钠溶液系统就六平叶、弯叶、箭叶三种圆盘透平桨产生的气泡平均直径、气含率及容量传质系数的变化规律作了较为系统的研究。实验发现:相同单位体积功率、表观气速条件下,三种桨型各自产生的气泡平均直径相差不大;箭叶桨的气含率较低;六平叶圆盘透平桨具有最大的容量传质系数。  相似文献

This paper reports a detailed study of the hydrodynamic variables involved in the operation of 6-blade (flat) turbine agitated gas-liquid contractors. New information is presented regarding the characteristic velocity of the dispersed gas bubbles. Generalized correlations for prediction of power consumption of impellers under aeration conditions, gas phase holdup, characteristic velocity, mean residence time of gas bubbles, interfacial area of contact and mean bubble size are proposed in terms of system variables.  相似文献

气液搅拌设备因其良好的适用性被广泛应用于过程工业中。为更好地比较不同工况下剪切变稀体系中的气液分散情况,通过实验研究整体气含率和相对功耗确定适宜的转动模式,进而模拟研究表观气速、体系黏度、搅拌转速对气含率和气泡尺寸的影响。结果表明,相同功率下内外双桨反向旋转模式在理想气液分散条件下,相较于单轴内桨和内外双桨同向旋转模式具有更高的气含率和更好的气体泵送能力;表观气速的增加有利于气泡的均匀分散,但气泡尺寸也会随之增大;有效黏度的增加使得搅拌桨的影响区域变小,不利于气泡的均匀分散,气泡尺寸也随之增大;搅拌转速的增加使得循环涡流的影响区域变大,高气含率区不断扩大。  相似文献

在槽径分别为Φ0.287m、Φ0.495m、Φ1.100m三个几何相似的搅拌槽内,采用双电导探针法测定了搅拌槽内上、下循环区及叶轮区的气泡尺寸分布,研究了单位液体体积搅拌功率、表现气速及搅拌槽放大过程对气泡尺寸的影响规律以及气泡尺寸的空间分布规律,并得到了相应的经验关联式,为气-液搅拌槽的设计放大提供参考。  相似文献

High-throughput experimentation (HTE) is used for the screening of novel catalyst formulations via miniature agitated gas-liquid reactors with vessel volumes of an order of magnitude below the laboratory scale. An investigation of the macroscopic hydrodynamic performance of a miniaturised unbaffled stirred vessel of diameter 45 mm for an air-water system has been carried out at gassing rates of 0.25 and 0.5 vvm (dispersed flow regime) using particle image velocimetry (PIV). Measurements of bubble size and gas hold-up were also made. Eccentric agitation was employed as a means of breaking solid body rotation within the vessel, using a 6-blade, up-pumping pitched blade turbine. The gas phase was introduced via sintered glass panel spargers mounted in the vessel base. Two different configurations were used: firstly where the sparger located directly below the impeller, and secondly where the sparger was located opposite the impeller on the other side of the vessel. Measured distributions of turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) for both gassed configurations were similar and showed significant differences to the ungassed case. Estimates of the gas-liquid interfacial area were at least 2-3 times higher than those found in conventional, lab-scale baffled vessels; this was attributed to the creation of very small bubbles at the sparger ().  相似文献

The impeller configuration with a six parabolic blade disk turbine below two down-pumping hydrofoil propellers, identified as PDT + 2CBY, was used in this study. The effect of the impeller diameter D, ranging from 0.30T to 0.40T (T as the tank diameter), on gas dispersion in a stirred tank of 0.48 m diameter was investigated by experimental and CFD simulation methods. Power consumption and total gas holdup were measured for the same impeller configuration PDT + 2CBY with four different D/T. Results show that with D/T increases from 0.30 to 0.40, the relative power demand (RPD) in a gas–liquid system decreases slightly. At low superficial gas velocity VS of 0.0078 m·s-1, the gas holdup increases evidently with the increase of D/T. However, at high superficial gas velocity, the systemwith D/T=0.33 gets a good balance between the gas recirculation and liquid shearing rate, which resulted in the highest gas holdup among four different D/T. CFD simulation based on the two-fluid model along with the Population Balance Model (PBM) was used to investigate the effect of impeller diameter on the gas dispersion. The power consumption and total gas holdup predicted by CFD simulation were in reasonable agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

在直径为0.21 m的搅拌槽内,使用FLUENT?软件对错位六弯叶桨的流动场及混合性能进行了数值模拟.工作介质分别选用牛顿流体(水)和假塑性流体1.0%(wt)黄原胶水溶液,计算采用标准κ-ε湍流模型,并将牛顿流体的速度场分布与粒子图像测速仪(PIV)实验结果进行了比较.通过与标准六弯叶桨进行对比分析,阐述了错位桨用于假塑性流体搅拌时在混合速率和混合效率方面的特性.结果表明:速度矢量的计算值与 PIV 实验数据吻合较好,湍流模型的计算结果可靠;混合过程与流场结构密切相关,监测点位置对浓度变化有较大影响.错位六弯叶桨的混合时间数明显小于标准六弯叶桨,混合速率更高,同时错位六弯叶桨的混合效率大大高于标准六弯叶桨,单位体积混合能只有标准六弯叶桨的52%,具有节能功效,体现出错位桨的优越性.  相似文献

在直径为0,476m的椭圆底搅拌槽中,采用由六叶半椭圆管叶盘式涡轮桨(HEDT)及四叶宽叶翼型桨的上提(WHU)及下压(WHD)操作组合的六种不同的三层桨,研究了气-液两相体系中的通气功率变化及气含率特性,获得不同桨型的通气搅拌功率及气含率的关联式;结果表明,底桨为HEDT的组合桨通气功率下降幅度最小,相同输入功率时气含率最高,其次为WHD,WHU为底桨时气液分散性能最差。因此,适用于气液两相操作的优化组合桨应以HEDT为底桨。此研究结果可为工业用多层组合桨气液搅拌反应器的设计提供参考。  相似文献

基于ANSYS Workbench分析平台,采用双向流固耦合计算方法,对错位六弯叶搅拌器)6PBT)和六弯叶搅拌器)6BT)的动力学特征进行了对比分析,根据桨叶与流体之间相互耦合运动特性,探讨了宏观流场的结构和搅拌功耗特性,分析了桨叶的变形和等效应力分布,并对6PBT桨在静态和预应力状态下的模态进行了对比研究。结果表明:同6BT桨相比,6PBT桨叶端部变形量增加了8%,端部应力提高了61%,而根部应力降低了6.7%,应力沿径向呈均匀化分布,这表明错位桨对流体的作用力更大,能够更快地传递能量,同时桨叶强度也得到相应提高;6PBT桨的静模态与预应力模态振型分布一致,在施加预应力后模态频率无明显改变,说明桨叶流场的流固耦合作用和预应力对桨叶模态的影响不大;随转速的增大,6PBT 桨的节能效果显现,体现出错位桨的优势。  相似文献

在直径为0.48 m的椭圆底搅拌槽中,采用包括半椭圆(HEDT)及抛物线(PDT)形叶片的4种盘式涡轮桨,研究了叶片形状对气液两相体系中临界分散、通气功率和气含率的影响. 结果表明,由载气到气泛测得的泛点比气泛到载气测得的泛点明显滞后;比较相同条件下PDT桨与HEDT桨的通气功率和气含率,相同通气准数时,PDT桨的相对功率消耗(Pg/P0)较高,通常大于0.75,且受通气量影响较小;功率消耗相同时,在较宽气量范围内PDT的气含率较HEDT高约5%. PDT桨在相同气量时达到气液分散所需的功率略低,推荐用于工业气液搅拌反应器中.  相似文献

Two geometric configurations of gas-liquid separators were used in split-channel airlift reactors (0.1 m3 liquid volume; riser-to-downcomer cross-sectional area = 1.45; aspect ratio = 3.6) to test the effect of geometry on hydrodynamic performance and oxygen transfer behaviour. One of the configurations consisted of the basic internal-loop airlift head region without added features; the other had a 45° -inclined prism attached to the upper edge of the splitting baffle. For otherwise fixed conditions, the design of gas-liquid separators affected the induced liquid circulation velocity, the depth of penetration of the bubbles in the downcomer, the gas holdup in the downcomer and the mixing time. The overall volumetric gas-liquid oxygen transfer coefficient was not affected. The gas holdup in the riser was only marginally affected by the design of the separator; however, the relationship between the riser and the downcomer holdups was sensitive to separator configuration. Incorporation of the prism in the basic airlift configuration enhanced gas-liquid separation so much so that up to 30% reduction in the downcomer gas holdup could be obtained relative to the unmodified geometry. The impact of the separator designs on hydrodynamic behaviour could be explained as emanating from a combination of the gas-liquid separating ability of the design and its hydraulic resistance.  相似文献

The design method of small-flow high-head centrifugal-vortex pump was presented. This pump, configured with inducer, complex-centrifugal impeller and open-vortex impeller, was put forward to deliver gas-liquid two-phase mixture. An HTB-5/60 type sample pump was developed and tested on a closed-loop test rig. Experimental studies on performance and cavitation tests for gas-liquid two-phase mixture were carried out compared with pure-water experimental results. Also the effect of gas phase on pump was analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that performance and cavitation characteristics of the sample purnp deteriorates progressively with increasing volume fraction of gas. When the total capacity Qm is between 4.5 m^3·h^-1 and 6 m^3·h^-1 and the gas flow rate qg below 0.66 m^3·h^-1, or qg/Qm is lower than 15%, the characteristic curves are approximately parallel to those in pure water test, but the performance deteriorates sharply until an abrupt flow-cutting at a critical volume fraction of gas. This pump is found suitable for transporting gas-liquid two-phase mixture when working around rated capacity of 5 m^3·h^-1 with qglQm below 15%.  相似文献

搅拌式气液反应器因其操作灵活、适用性强等优点,在过程工业中应用广泛.综述了采用计算流体力学CFD技术对搅拌反应器内气液两相流动行为的数值模拟研究.Euler-Euler双流体模型作为主要方法用于描述气液两相流动,在其基础上耦合相对简单的气泡数密度函数模型或复杂的群体平衡模型,可较为准确地预测搅拌反应器内气泡尺寸和局部气含率及其分布规律.CFD模拟结果可用以分析和评价不同搅拌桨叶、搅拌桨组合和气体分布器的气液分散性能,对气液反应器的结构优化和过程强化提供了有效手段.  相似文献

计算流体力学与群体平衡模型(CFD-PBM)结合可有效地模拟鼓泡塔内流体行为,较准确地预测流场、相含率以及局部气泡尺寸分布。以直径100 mm、高1.3 m的加温加压鼓泡塔为模拟对象,在系统压力为1 MPa、表观气速为0.08~0.24 m/s、温度为30~160℃条件下系统地考察了空气-水体系的表观气速、温度以及固含率对平均气含率、大小气泡气含率、气泡直径和气泡尺寸分布等参数的影响。结果表明,平均气含率的模拟结果和实验值在10%的误差范围内吻合较好;温度的变化主要影响了塔内气泡的聚并和破碎,并用聚并破碎的机理解释了温度对其流体行为的影响。  相似文献

Fundamental characteristics of hydrodynamics and mass transfer have been measured in an air lift slurry reactor with a draft tube. The solid suspension capacity, i.e., the critical solid holdup, the gas holdup and the volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient were measured in the two draft tube columns of 0.1485 and 0.10?m in diameter. Four activated carbon beads ranging in size from 0.25 to 2.19?mm in average diameter were utilized as suspended solids in the experiments.

The critical solid holdup in the draft tube slurry column is found to be much greater than that in the conventional bubble column. An empirical correlation is developed to account for the critical solid holdup behavior in the draft tube column. The gas holdup in the draft tube column agrees well with that in the bubble column. The overall gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient, k1awas measured by the oxygen probe method. The effect of solid holdup on k1a is found to be negligible in the present system. The empirical equation is developed to correlate k1a in the draft tube slurry reactor.  相似文献

研究了6种组合浆型搅拌槽反应器在气-液两相中功率消耗和气含率的变化情况。结果表明,底浆为六叶半椭圆管盘式涡轮(HEDT)浆、上层浆为宽叶翼形(WH)下压或上提浆浆叶组合,气液分散效果最佳。该新型搅拌浆应用于环己烷氧化生产环己酮工业装置后,氧化反应和分解反应顺利,装置生产能力提高了28t/d,环己酮消耗环己烷量及碱液量分别下降8kg/t和12kg/t。  相似文献

Experiments and simulations were conducted for bubble columns with diameter of 0.2 m(180 mm i.d.), 0.5 m(476 mm i.d.) and 0.8 m(760 mm i.d.) at high superficial gas velocities(0.12–0.62 m·s-1) and high solid concentrations(0–30 vol%). Radial profiles of time-averaged gas holdup, axial liquid velocity, and turbulent kinetic energy were measured by using in-house developed conductivity probes and Pavlov tubes. Effects of column diameter, superficial gas velocity, and solid concentration were investigated in a wide range of operating conditions. Experimental results indicated that the average gas holdup remarkably increases with superficial gas velocity, and the radial profiles of investigated flow properties become steeper at high superficial gas velocities. The axial liquid velocities significantly increase with the growth of the column size, whereas the gas holdup was slightly affected. The presence of solid in bubble columns would inhibit the breakage of bubbles, which results in an increase in bubble rise velocity and a decrease in gas holdup, but time-averaged axial liquid velocities remain almost the same as that of the hollow column. Furthermore, a 2-D axisymmetric k–ε model was used to simulate heterogeneous bubbly flow using commercial code FLUENT 6.2. The lateral lift force and the turbulent diffusion force were introduced for the determination of gas holdup profiles and the effects of solid concentration were considered as the variation of average bubble diameter in the model. Results predicted by the CFD simulation showed good agreement with experimental data.  相似文献
