我厂滚挂镀锌都是采用DE型锌酸盐镀锌工艺 ,其中添加剂DE与光亮剂一直使用同一厂家的产品。工作时控制锌碱比例为1∶(8~ 10 ) ,满负荷生产时 ,一般每月底用锌酸盐除杂剂处理一次 ,镀锌槽曾出现过两次故障。1 故障一(1)情况 挂镀和滚镀先后出现镀层粗糙、灰暗的现象 ,镀液分散能力和深镀能力差 ,生产难以正常进行。(2 )分析 故障产生的原因 :①锌碱比例失调 ,锌高碱低 ;②添加剂、光亮剂不足 ;③温度太高 ;④镀液杂质含量高。(3)排除过程 通过逐一检查、分析、调整 ,最后发现温度是引起这次故障的主要原因。锌酸盐镀锌控制最佳温度…  相似文献

Emphasizing upon a process–product combinatorial perspective, this article addresses the role of rate enhanced electroless plating baths for the fabrication of dense Pd/porous stainless steel composite membranes. Adopting phasewise contacting pattern of the reducing agent, plating experiments have been carried out with variegated Pd electroless plating baths at a palladium solution concentration of 0.005 M with a loading ratio of 203 cm2/L for the plating time of 2–6 h. Amongst all processes, surfactant and sonication coupled electroless plating baths provided optimal combinations of combinatorial plating process characteristics for dense Pd composite membrane fabrication.  相似文献

A pulsed eddy current technique is described that is suitable for plating thickness measurements of low-permeability metals such as Au or Ag on high-permeability wire in the 3-80 mg/ in' range. Equipment costs, speed, and accuracy are such as to make this technique a strong contender not only for laboratory measurements but also for production line testing. The method is usable for plating thickness measurements whenever the ratio of relative permeability to electrical conductivity for the plating material differs substantially from that for the substrate, with the added condition that at least the plating is electrically conductive.  相似文献

以某锁体生产线为实际研究对象,开展了生产线现场调研,收集了大量数据,进行了锁体生产线的价值流分析,明确了该生产线的生产流程,绘制了价值流现状图。在对现行流程中的主要浪费——“过量生产”和“库存”的产生原因进行分析的基础上,基于精益思想设计了锁体生产线价值流的未来状态图,确定了以生产链方式的价值流动生产方式,以看板-超市方式控制生产和库存,并对相关的生产计划、生产线平衡、质量控制、设备等进行了优化和改进。项目实施后生产周期减少928%;库存减少928%。  相似文献

A mixed-model assembly line is a type of production line where a variety of product models similar in product characteristics are produced. As a consequence of introducing the just-in-time (JIT) production principle, it has been recognised that a U-shaped assembly line system offers several benefits over the traditional straight line system. This paper proposes a new evolutionary approach to deal with workload balancing problems in mixed-model U-shaped lines. The proposed method is based on the multi-decision of an amelioration structure to improve a variation of the workload. This paper considers both the traditional straight line system and the U-shaped assembly line, and is thus an unbiased examination of line efficiency. The performance criteria considered are the number of workstations (the line efficiency) and the variation of workload, simultaneously. The results of experiments enhanced the decision process during multi-model assembly line system production; thus, it is therefore suitable for the augmentation of line efficiency in workstation integration and simultaneously enhancement of the variation of the workload. A case study is examined as a validity check in collaboration with a manufacturing company.  相似文献

目的针对当前焊条包装自动化程度低,技术落后,进口焊条包装生产线价格超高的现状,设计开发HBB20半自动焊条包装生产线。方法按照生产工艺流程和产品技术要求,主要对HBB20半自动包装生产线进行工艺流程设计,包括计量、检测、小包装、透明膜包装、装箱等装置,将单机生产形式变为自动生产线形式,并对小包包装装置及其前后工位物料的传输各部件机构、工作原理进行了分析。结论该焊条包装生产线可以大大降低材料成本,减少人工操作,减小计量误差,提高生产效率。  相似文献

A case study is presented to illustrate the application of the Theory of Constraints thinking process logic tools in a manufacturing environment. The study firm performs design activities related to meeting future product requirements while concurrently meeting existing production schedules for the current design of the product. Current approaches to managing the firm's limited productive capacity do not allow for both design and production activities to occur simultaneously while meeting the customer's current product delivery schedule. Thus, despite their desire to satisfy their customer's future design requirements, management uses the majority of its production capacity to meet its customer's current product delivery schedule. This case study demonstrates how a team of employees used thinking process logic diagrams to document reality, identify a core conflict and problem, develop proposed changes to address the core problem, and create several detailed action plans to implement changes within the study organization. Initially, scenarios associated with some undesirable effects are used to understand how prevailing policies and behaviours result in less than desired production line performance. Then, a current reality tree is constructed to link the core problem or system constraint with the previously identified undesirable effects. Next, two major injections are developed to address the core problem in managing the production line as logically documented in a future reality tree. Finally, three transition trees are presented to guide the implementation of change at the study organization.  相似文献
