A compact quad‐channel high‐temperature superconducting diplexer based on stub‐loaded square ring resonator (S‐LSRR) is proposed. The proposed resonator consists of a square ring with symmetrically loaded two open‐circuited stubs and provides four resonant modes for quad‐channel applications. Even‐ and odd‐mode methods are applied to analyze the S‐LSRR. Analytical study shows that four resonant modes of one S‐LSRR can be designed in two pairs and applied to construct two of four channels of the designed diplexer. A square patch is added to the resonator for providing an additional parameter to tune the resonant modes. Based on the proposed resonator, a quad‐channel diplexer with center frequencies of 2.4, 3.2, 3.9, and 5.6 GHz is designed. For demonstration, the diplexer is fabricated on 2‐in‐diameter 0.5 mm‐thick MgO wafer with double sided YBa2Cu3Oy films and measured at 77 K. Good agreement between the simulation and measurement is obtained. The diplexer has a compact size of 0.25 λg × 0.45 λg, where λg is guided wave length at the center frequency of first channel.  相似文献

设计并实现了一种基于电磁耦合的水下无线能量传输系统。该系统采用全桥整流电路实现高频逆变,优化驱动电路,采用STM32F103VBT6处理器实现全桥PWM控制与电流监测,结合理论计算与有限元分析方法获取最优参数耦合器,进而实现电能的无线耦合传输。水下试验证明,该系统可实现有效的水下无线能量传输。  相似文献

A novel unbalanced‐to‐balanced diplexer based on a dual‐mode substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity is proposed and implemented. The diplexer is realized using one dual‐mode cavity and two single‐mode cavities. By properly choosing, feeding and coupling the cavity operating at the TE102 or TE201 mode, so as to not only provide capabilities to realize the desired unbalanced‐to‐balanced transmission within both Rx and Tx channels but also realize good differential‐mode channel‐to‐channel isolation. To the author's knowledge, we present for the first time an unbalanced‐to‐balanced type diplexer based on the application of SIW. The proposed diplexer was successfully designed, simulated, and fabricated. Good agreement can be observed between simulated and measured performances in our letter. The measured in‐band common‐mode rejection is better than 33 dB for both channels. A minimum differential‐mode isolation of about 50 dB across the Rx band and about 40 dB across the Tx band is also observed in the measurement. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A frequency reconfigurable third‐order bandpass filter based on two substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavities is presented in this article. The purposed filter consists of a dual‐mode square‐shaped resonator and a triangular‐shaped resonator. In the square‐shaped cavity, four lumped capacitors are loaded as electrical tuning elements in the area where the electric fields of diagonal TE201 and TE102 modes are strongest. And an another capacitor is loaded at the suitable region of the triangular‐shaped cavity. Square‐shaped cavity introduces two transmission zeros and the triangular‐shaped cavity can suppress out‐of‐band spurious modes. The method that combines the resonators with different shapes and multiple modes into an organic whole cannot only achieve synchronous tuning but also have complementary advantages and improve out‐of‐band rejection. To verify its practicality, a SIW reconfigurable bandpass filter is simulated when the capacitance value varies from 0 to 1.4 pF and measured at 0.7, 0.8, and 0.9 pF, respectively. Measured results show that when the center frequency is tuned from 3.42 to 3.52 GHz, the proposed filter exhibits good tuning performance with insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and return loss of better than 10 dB, which is suitable for fifth‐generation communication system.  相似文献

A balanced‐to‐balanced ultra‐wide band (UWB) equal power divider (PD) based on parallel coupling slotlines is presented in this article. An ultra‐wide differential‐mode (DM) impedance bandwidth covering from 2.8 to 9.4 GHz can be achieved. It is noted that the DM performance is independent of the common‐mode (CM) response, which reduces the design complexity greatly. Meanwhile, CM response with a larger bandwidth and a higher suppression is obtained intrinsically. More importantly, two methods are designed and adopted to improve the DM isolation between the two output ports. To validate the correctness of the design method, a prototype circuit is fabricated and measured. The contrast of the simulated and measured results shows a good agreement.  相似文献

In this article, a filtering antenna array based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed with quasi‐elliptic gain responses for the first time. Two radiation nulls in the gain responses at two sides of the frequency band edges are designed by applying a novel intercavity bypass coupling scheme. First, by carefully analyzing the bypass coupling between the in‐band and out‐of‐band modes in a single oversized TE103 mode cavity resonator, quasi‐elliptic filtering responses are achieved for a two‐output filter. Afterward, those cavity resonators coupled with the two outputs are replaced by cavity‐backed slot antennas to achieve the proposed filtering cavity‐backed slot antenna array. Only one cavity is required in our design to achieve the two transmission zeros and the function of power divider. As a result, the complexity of the proposed filtering antenna array is reduced. A prototype operating at Ka band is designed, fabricated and measured with a center frequency of 28.5 GHz and fractional bandwidth of 1.25%. Similar characteristics can be observed between the gain response of the proposed filtering antenna and the transmission responses of the two‐output filter. The proposed SIW filtering antenna array has great potential to be integrated into millimeter‐wave transceiver modules. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel broadband bow‐tie antenna with high‐gain performance throughout the operating band is proposed and investigated in this article. This folded sectorial bow‐tie antenna is fed by a Г‐shaped strip balun, and the electromagnetic coupling feed mechanism is easy to optimize the impedance matching. The study of proposed antenna performance with different geometric parameters has been conducted. The final design is fabricated and measured, and the results exhibit a good impedance bandwidth of approximately 93.3% for VSWR≤2 ranging from 1.35 to 3.71 GHz, stable gain of 8.43‐10.02 dBi, and unidirectional radiation patterns over the whole operating band. Broadband coverage, stable high‐gain performance, and the simple structure make this antenna an excellent candidate for wireless communication systems.  相似文献

In this article, a simple method of modeling and simulating electromagnetic field coupling to PCB in the SPICE simulator is presented. The method exploits two assumptions: quasi-TEM wave propagation along PCB traces and representation of an external electromagnetic noise by a plane wave. Under these assumptions, a model of electromagnetic field coupling to the PCB traces is created in the form of an active n-wire transmission line placed in an inhomogeneous (that is, three layers) medium. Next, using the method of successive approximations, an equivalent active n-port (described by means of scattering parameters) is found. This work results in formulas that express the external electromagnetic field in the form of current sources and the way they are simulated in SPICE. This article presents a novel bandpass filter (BPF) using two proximity‐coupled dual‐behavior resonators (DBRs). The employed DBR is implemented by a single shunt stub with the compact microstrip resonator cell at its open end instead of the traditional dual stubs in cross‐shape. Due to the adoptions of the proposed DBR and proximity‐coupling scheme, both the transverse and longitudinal dimensions of the proposed BPF are reduced significantly. To verify the proposed idea, a demonstration microstrip BPF is designed and fabricated, and good agreement between the simulated and measured results can be observed, showing low loss and high selectivity due to four transmission zeroes in the stopband.  相似文献

In this paper, the application of the L‐slotted mushroom electromagnetic bandgap (LMEBG) structure to patch antenna and antenna array is investigated. A coaxial fed patch antenna and antenna array are designed at 5.8 GHz, center frequency for ISM band (5.725‐5.875 GHz). Two layers of LMEBG are placed around the patch to achieve a gain enhancement of 1.9 dB. Measured results show a bandwidth enhancement of 300 MHz with an additional resonant frequency at 5.6 GHz with 4.5 dB of gain. A 5 × 2 array of LMEBG is used to achieve a 2 dB mutual coupling reduction and 2 dB gain enhancement for a two‐element H‐coupled patch antenna array.  相似文献

This article focuses on the common problem of uncontrollable transmission zero (TZ) in X‐band filter design. Using uniform impedance rectangular resonator (UIRR) to design an X‐band filter always results in an unpredictable TZ on the low‐frequency side of the passband, which greatly deteriorates the frequency selectivity of the filter performance. Electromagnetic coupling polarity analysis of the UIRR shows that the magnetic crosscoupling between nonadjacent resonators which is opposite to the main coupling plays a major role in the unpredictable TZ. By optimizing the UIRR from the loop structure with a small opening to the folded one, weak couplings between resonators are obtained. A high‐temperature superconducting filter at X‐band using folded UIRR resonator was designed and fabricated with a center frequency of 10.01 GHz and a bandwidth of 58 MHz, and the uncontrollable TZ has been removed successfully from the low‐frequency side of passband. The measured insertion loss is less than 0.4 dB and the return loss is greater than 15 dB.  相似文献

为了确保通讯网络上信息更快更有效的传榆且通讯能力尽可能增大,以无标度网络为平台,提出了一种新的混合路由策略.该策略综合利用了网络动态信息和静态信息,并将网络中结点的传递能力设定为与结点的度相关的变量,采用优化的信息包传递概率模型来研究网络通讯能力,通过对可变参数a的调控可以使网络通讯能力达到最大值.实验结果表明,当α=-4时,网络的路由效率最高.通过与其它路由策略对比证实该路由策略有效地提高了通讯网络的路由效率.  相似文献

This article presents a highly selective dual‐passband filter based on stepped‐impedance‐resonator (SIR) and mixed electromagnetic coupling. First, the surface area of the filter is effectively reduced by the triangular topology. Second, four controllable transmission zeros are introduced by source‐load coupling feed and mixed electromagnetic, which increases the selectivity of the filter. Third, a perturbation structure is added to independently control the resonance points of each passband. Finally, the improved defect ground structure (DGS) is integrated to obtain wide stopband rejection. The measured S‐parameters are well agreement with the simulated results, which show that the center frequencies of the two passbands are 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz; and the passband insertion losses are 0.85 dB and 1.6 dB; and the relative bandwidths are 14.6% and 5.7%, respectively. Besides, the structure is with six transmission zeros, and 20 dB suppression for the third harmonic and the fourth harmonic are achieved. Compared with the traditional SIR double‐passband filter, this filter has many advantages, such as simple design, small size, small insertion loss, controllable frequency, high selectivity, and high spurious suppression.  相似文献

A novel compact and self‐packaging inline pseudoelliptic filter is proposed. The proposed filter exploits controllable mixed electric and magnetic coupling using substrate integrated suspended line (SISL) technology. Based on a synchronously tuned coupled resonator circuit with parallel LC resonant tank and admittance inverters, general formulas for extracting electric and magnetic coupling coefficients are derived. Meanwhile, a basic mixed coupled SISL resonator pair is investigated and a systematic design procedure of a second‐order mixed coupled SISL filter is also given. Two prototypes of the second‐order filter with one transmission zero (TZ) at either upper or lower stopband are designed, which is corresponding to either magnetic or electric coupling dominant case. Furthermore, for asynchronously tuned coupled resonator cases, an inline third‐order pseudoelliptic SISL filter characterized by symmetric TZs is designed, fabricated, and measured for validation. The simulated and measured results show a good agreement with the synthesized ones.  相似文献

In this article, a double‐T‐shaped stub centrally loaded uniform impedance resonator (UIR) is introduced and its resonant characteristics are well clarified, which provided a simple approach for triple‐mode wideband bandpass filter (BPF) design. The double‐T‐shaped stub consists of a T‐shaped stub at the center of UIR and two shunt uniform‐impedance stubs at the T‐shaped stub. Furthermore, loading technique for zero‐voltage point is employed to guide design procedure from UIR to the proposed resonator. The resonant frequencies of the first three modes for the resonator can be free to adjust by the length of the UIR and the two kinds of stub. Finally, a compact wideband BPF is designed, fabricated, and measured. The measured results are in good agreement with the full‐wave simulation results. The realized wideband filter exhibits a 3 dB fractional bandwidth of 69.1% with good in‐band filtering performance, wide stopband, and sharp out‐of‐band rejection skirt.  相似文献

A substrate integrated folded waveguide (SIFW) controllable mixed electric and magnetic coupling structure is proposed and investigated, which is suitable for millimeter‐wave pseudo‐elliptic filter applications. The proposed structure is built by a meandered slot‐line (MSL) combined with an inductive via‐hole in a SIFW cavity, which can support two closely‐spaced resonator modes and achieves a mixed coupling. By adjusting the physical sizes of the mixed coupling structure, the electric and magnetic coupling can be separately controlled and a controllable transmission zero (TZ) can be produced below/above the passband. Furthermore, detailed analysis of the SIFW cavity mode spectrum and the mixed coupling characteristics are presented. Finally, direct‐coupled and cross‐coupled fourth‐order pseudo‐elliptic filters are designed, fabricated and measured to verify the proposed mixed coupling structure. The experimental results show that the proposed filters have good performance, such as high frequency selectivity, compact size, wide upper stopband, and easy integration with other planar circuits.  相似文献
